Always go here for my horse senior feed as the prices are better than most other places. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Theres always a lot of other goodies to shop for as well. Love this place!

My kids had to pee so I stopped here at JAX. I have to say I was so impressed once I walked in. There was so much inside that I wish I wouldve had time to walk around. However, I did have enough time to get some ice cream for all of us. That banana cream pie was delicious! Thank you!

Pleased that you can buy diesel before store opens. Easy in and out. Much appreciated.Nozzle extremely touchy. Was filling RV and had very hard time keeping nozzle from tripping off almost immediately. Maybe works OK on autos but very hard to keep it from tripping on RV.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I love that I can get fasteners by the pound - including normally hard to find metric nuts and bolts - and I always pick up some old fashioned candy and some smoked snacks before I check out. Its the only place I know of to buy Ranch-Way animal foods in town, even though theyre made here. They also provide a veterans discount, which I really appreciate. Heck, theres even coffee and ice cream! Decent prices and broad selection round out a great experience.

Moved to FoCo about 6 years ago and this place was one of the first shops I visited! It’s been my go to for all things farm related since. Always had good costumer service, whether at check out or if I was looking for something. I buy a majority of my animal feed here, tools, hoses and garden stuff, and lots of other things. They even have a little coffee/ice cream shop that makes a great Chi tea, the kids love to grab ice cream in the summer. The store is dog friendly, you can sigh up for an account and save points towards $$, and they offer a 5% military discount, just a great local store.

Great stores, well staffed with people who care! Not like the 2 big box hardware stores with hourly part time employees who know nothing and dont care....

A wonderful array of farm supply items, stylish work& casual play clothes, gift ware. What a fun place to shop & browse!!They had a wonderful assortment of healthy baby chickens- some breeds that i had never heard of!! They even let me pet them (when they realized that i knew how to handle the precious, fragile babies)!I dont live here _& my son would KILL ME if I got some for him!! I was VERY temptedto get him the wonderful chicken coup & babies to go with it!! If i could take the coup back to Florida I would!! It is a great coup! Babies too but I know where to get those at home!!Go Visit. It is a great store.

I love shopping at this store. They have a bit of everything I could need for work and home. Also plenty of things to take care of my pets and livestock. I even recommend JAX to all of my out of state family and friends. If youve never been to any JAX location or have been but not to this one. I suggest you stop in if you get a chance. Come see what they have to offer.

Great place for RVs to get gas before heading up into the mountains

HUGE...that was on the fly!!! - The place is well stocked...friendly folks... LOTS of gear to select from too. i was simply amazed as i usually shop at the Lafayette store, which is much smaller & ofterntimes out of what I need (this time it was bird seed-NONE at the Lafayette store for the past 3-4 days)

This place has the best bolt selection town. If you need a bolt in grade 8 they probably have it in Stock. I can not express how much this selection impressed me. You need to go here for that alone. The other stuff in the store is good too. Check it out.

Last night I stopped in Jax just before closing, which I know most store employees dread, the 20-minutes-before-closing-shopper. I meandered back to the oil section, and a worker actually took the t time to find me and help me. He was cheerful and knew where things were. Ive been a Jax Farm and Ranch customer ever since they opened here in Ft. Collins. This would be a five-star review, but many of Jax shelves had big blank sections, so call ahead if you want something really specific. It would be neat if Jax had à good online shopping interface, so you could buy something and have it waiting for you at the store. Anyway, thanks to last nights worker. He made my day, after I spent a couple hours of battling a trimmer that wontt start.

Great place here, i get a lot of my work and farm clothes from this Jax, that being said the prices are steep the dont have many sales and some item are just plain overpriced. The small things and hardware, tool section is reasonable but apparel can be too much. There is ice cream here and a really nice staff! 4/5 for prices online shopping is much cheaper.

Customer service lacking is the understatement of the century. Lack of apology for my lost time due to their mistakes in the power tool repair shop. Had a part on order for a STHIL chainsaw. Initially they took my contact information down and said that they would call me a week after the part was ordered. Two weeks went by no phone call. I went inside of the shop personally and asked for the part and they did not have my contact information on file in their system. Total lack of customer service or care of the customer. The collage age boy that assisted me did not find it necessary to apologise or make things right for the time lost and lack of service I experienced. Felt disrespected and disregarded there. I wil take my business elsewhere in the future. I hope you do the same.

Manager Quincy would not enforce mask mandate. Argued with customers with masks, as did cashiers. Horrible service, and we are a farm family that loves our local Jax.

The customer service here is outstanding. Always know how to answer questions, has everything in stock. Even tonight 15 minutes after closing they helped us out with an emergency with our puppies. Thank you guys and gals for being so amazing.

Do not recommend. Jax decided to get political and pull all blue line products from their shelves. Such disgust to see they do not support our law enforcement officers (I come from a blue family). I Will not be going back to spend any more money there (which is sad because I have a huge fence project coming up and I was planning on spending what I could there).

Jax is always a great place to visit. I typically stop for gas.On this occasion I stopped for gas and a welding accessory.As usual everyone was as helpful as they could be.One thing I noticed is that their website says they close at 8pm, however on this night their register was closed at 7pm and the only way you could get gas was by card out at one of two pumps that took card.Will not stop me from going back, just something to remember as it was almost an issue for my gas situation had I not had a card on me.Restrooms are in good condition, motion light would be nice instead of lights off in such a big restroom.Overall great place and encourage anyone to stop in and visit this beautifully kept store.

Great selection of Stihl power tools, carhart, bogs, and so much more. I have been shopping at Jax since 1989 and still have a few of the quality items 30 years later. 1 of 3 in Fort Collins to Loveland. Less corporate then Schells.

Diverse and extensive farm and ranch selection-like an Ace on steroids. Everyone is helpful but not pushy.

Stellar customer service! I had assistance from the parking lot to the service desk with a heavy return then great help getting a different jack from storage up high, then more help getting the new jack to the check out line. Very knowledgeable advice on which jack would be better suited to the job.

So important we support JAX Fthearm store, not many places like this left anymore. Alway fun to see what they have, employees are helpful and friendly.

Usually a good place to shop. Today the sales guy told me he didnt have the rope I needed. When I asked where I could look he sent me to ace or try value. 2 miles down the road at Jax outdoor was the rope I needed. Not much help from the paint guy helping in the rope dept.

This store never has anyone answer their phone. Plus, their prices are so ridiculously high that I will never shop here again. There are much better stores in the area that provide the same items for lower cost. And with much better service.

I want this store to be better than it is. I always go there for a certain thing and they never have that particular thing. They always have all kinds of other things that I am tempted to buy, but for some reason it always seems like they dont have what I am there to get. Maybe its just bad luck on my part.

Great coffee, helpful employees, huge assortment of everything but groceries. Was only driving by but would definitely stop by again if I come back this way .

We bought our chickens here and were told there was a 80% rate of hens. We bought 3 chickens which were 3 different breeds and they are all roosters. When we called to tell the manager what had happened they said there was nothing they could do. If there breeding rate is 80% the chances of this happening are so slim.

They sell a product but dont carry replacement consumable parts. Will go to ace hardware in eaton for welder parts. Worth the drive.

I love ALL the JAX stores, but this is a favorite!! So many interesting, USEFUL, and fun things!!!
