The gentlemen greeted me when I arrived. I was unsure about the oil change specific typeso he verified what was needed. The oil change was completed in a very timelymatter. I was also informed of needed maintenance and given a quote of costs.I was also given information on time necessary when I was ready to schedule.

I was concerned that my brakes on my new used car were not up to par. I would have easily taken them at their word if after looking them over they told me I needed new ones. Meinekes skilled technicians took time and care in reviewing my brakes and assured me that I still had 80% life left. Dave, the owner of Meineke, is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him and his team. He has owned this store for a long while and its nice to see a familiar face when I drop off my vehicle. He gives his honest opinion and doesnt nickel and dime. On several occasions, he has provided free-of-charge vehicle inspections. Specifically when I heard a rattle, he got me on the schedule same day, put 2 screws in a plastic mud guard and sent me on my way free of charge. We have also had our brakes serviced by them. I completely trust this crew with all of my vehicles and highly recommend them!

I’ve been here multiple times. Some time for a minor problem and sometimes a major problem. They are honest! They show you exactly what is wrong with no surprises. I diagnosed my own vehicle and was wrong. What i thought was wrong would have been a $400 bill. It ended up being a $20 charge. Thank God they are honest people and they squeezed me in knowing I had to leave town.

So these guys are really really great, they always are willing to take a look at something thats weird or that I have a question about. I was going to leave 5 stars, because theyre amazing.... But honestly, i feel i have to leave four stars because when I got my car serviced yesterday 5/21/21, they were all unmasked. Fantastic customer service at the Fort Collins location on my recent visit. My check engine light was on and the mechanic diagnosed the problem to a faulty sensor. They also diagnosed a few other issues that were not related to my earlier observations of what the problem might have been. They were very receptive to my financial limitations and did not push in completing all the work that was suggested. The quote prior to initiating the work was on point with the final bill. Pretty accurate on the time required to complete the work as well. Great job.

Needed full brake job completed (pads & rotors). Scheduled appointment online and dropped vehicle off for inspection. Shortly after received a call from, I believe her name is Abby, to discuss what all was needed. She gave me the full details and pricing for what needed to be completed and what could wait. Other than looking at the brakes as requested, they also checked the overall condition of the vehicle. When it was all said and done, I had my truck back within hours and the repair was done correctly. This is the second time we’ve taken one of our vehicles to this Meineke location and we couldn’t be happier. They are professional, courteous, expeditious and their pricing is very competitive if not lower than some of the hack jobs around town. The thing I most appreciate about their team is that they don’t try to up sell you on repairs that aren’t needed. Fast, reliable and affordable service.

I got an oil change here. They were friendly and the experience was easy. If youre worried about COVID they had a partition between customers and the people behind the desk and its right next to the Mason trail so its easy to just go for a walk while they work on your car. They have a coupon for $19.95 basic oil change. I got a full synthetic oil change, which is $69.95. The coupon converted to $10 off, so I ended up paying $59.95. What I got was an oil change, new filter, air pressure check, top off fluids (I got wiper fluid), and a tire rotation. Seems like a good deal to me and I was very satisfied with the experience. Ill be going back for sure.

I also live somewhere with limited parking, they were awesome enough to let me keep my car there a few days until I could make arrangements. We have been taking our vehicles to Meineke for more than a decade. They are always friendly and accommodating, but we most appreciate their honesty. They recommended new brakes for our Tacoma and when they got knee deep into the job they realized only the front brakes needed replacing and adjusted their work. We trust our friends and family with this shop and that says a lot.

Just had my oil changed, awesome experience! Great service!

They installed a muffler that was not what I asked for. It was too quiet. At $110 dollars an hour for labor. I was told it would take 2 hours. It only took 1 hour and that was with the guy walking away several times to do other things. Still only took off about $50 instead of $110.

Promptly diagnosed and replaced a failed alternator. Excellent service, just as I have received for years.

Referred by a friend who brings a lot of work there and they aligned my entire truck backwards. I had caster adjusted high on the left when it needs to be adjusted with lowest caster on the left for road crown/ straightness. My truck also did not need any adjustment but the tow, as I aligned it myself when I rebuilt the front end (former Chrysler employee).. just took it there because I did not think a simple tow fix would be hard, and I don’t have access to my own rack anymore. Truck darts hard right when slowing down. When returned I was told that my truck had no more adjustment and it wasn’t possible to fix and that caster would not make my truck beer left or right.. which is wrong. , My truck has a brand new entire front end, new LCA’s with hardware and new, adjustable SPC UCA’s for extra adjustment when wheeling. Just spent big money on Nitto tires, and when I said the alignment was wrong he told me it was a tire issue and that it would be 4 hours until his guys could look at it when I had an appointment that morning and that he was not sure if he could fix my issue... I’m not a review guy, but this was plain ignorance with no drive to help the customer for the employees mistake. Instead of that, a refund was given, thankfully. I would not trust those kids working on any car.

This was such a pleasant experience getting my oil changed. The young lady, Abby, at the front was kind and easy to talk with. The price was right. My car feels great. Will definitely be returning for future services.

This place has always been our go to for any of our vehicle repairs or maintenance. My late father first started bringing his vans here throughout the years after almost paying too much for a repair elsewhere. When he came here, they told him whatever was said that needed to be replaced was just fine. They fixed something else that actually did need to be replaced and it didn’t cost too much at all. Our whole family will always continue to bring our vehicles here.

I live in Greeley have been coming here for years but since this new girl whos usually upfront started my customer service has been unpleasant. She belittled my boyfriend on car parts infront of people last year. (Thats why we go to a shop we arent gonna pretend we know how to fix things no need to embarrass people) When I went to pick up the car at the beginning of the year she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. And now my boyfriend scheduled an appointment for today at 11am that I ASKED him to and I show up and she told me it was for 9am. Acted like I should be upset with him and said she didnt mess up the times then proceeded to tell me if I wanted to leave the car there all day they could try while Im holding my infant and toddler. Thanks id love to sit here all day because of your mess up wish she would leave.

Took both our cars in for the full service oil change and maintenance inspection on an appointment. Took us in right when they said they would and they were done right when they said theyd be. They found a couple issues on one of our cars and explained them clearly without being at all pushy. He provided a printed estimate when I asked what it would be to fix. He also let me know that neither problem was critical to fix immediately, but gave a rough estimate of how the issues would progress over time.

Suboptimal experience, brought my car in for a check engine light, but mechanics couldnt determine why the light was on, they didn’t have the right tools and that’s understandable, but mechanic couldnt give me a straight answer about why a power window wasnt working right and didn’t try hard to fix the problem. Enthusiasm wasn’t impressive.
