They took the time to give me a very detailed run down on the unit I purchased. They also included an upgraded air filter simply because they felt the increased reliability was worth it. Jerry and Matt are AWESOME! We purchased our 600 CF Moto ATV yesterday and already LOVE it!!! We had not heard of the CF Moto brand prior to meeting Jerry and Matt. We stopped in several times as we were doing our research and they were always helpful and attentive. We never felt any pressure to buy, just always friendly and helpful answers to our hundreds of questions (although were fairly well versed in ATV/UTV, this is our first purchase of our own machine). Needed some parts for my Alpha, Parts man Matt had what I needed in stock, you dont find that often anymore.

Small family owned place that I hope never goes out of business. I mainly dealt with Matt. I brought a 2020 Alpha in that had a stuck injector. Matt was awesome, got the sled fixed up in a more than reasonable amount of time considering how backed up everyone is. I checked out some of their prices, they are very competitive. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

Great father and son team. Purchased a new alpha 154 from them. Friendly and knowledgeable about the artic cat line. They went out of there way to keep inventory available. For those of use that want to be able to see and feel the sled before dropping 13k plus on a sled.

These guys were fantastic to work with! Had a very very small issue pop up once I got the new CFMOTO 800 home. Matt led me through the process and gave me his personal # to give him a call after hours as the issue popped up at 4:45. Everything work out great and the small issue was worked out quickly. His above standard costumer service is unheard of in today’s standards and I would highly recommend. Nothing but pleasure working with them. I’ve owned several atv’s and utv’s and the whole experience was well above standard.

Great example of a family business who cares about customer service and is passionate about the sport. Front Range Arctic Cat helped me get into a New snowmobile and get set up with all the gear I needed! Not only that they SHOWED me where to go ride and helped me learn. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is tired of the big shops that only care about making the sale. I feel like I made friends and riding buddies who will help me for years to come. Took a sled I purchased elseware to Front Range Artic Cat for some minor warranty work. Guys did great work, communicated well, turned it around quick during the peak of the season, and followed up to ensure all was working well. I totaled that one out last season and they were very helpful through the insurance process. I was impressed with the customer service that I recieved on a sled I didnt even purchase through them so it was a very simple decision to buy a my new sled from them. Sure looking forward to some snow and feel very confident thse guys will provide great support if I should need it.
