This is a great store with a large inventory of goods for Bed and bath. One of the better stores we have been in. Until you have to go use the restroom… Disgusting and very dirty☹️ I was pretty shocked by it. Spend a few dollars and clean this up.

Clerk and our staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Called in inquiring about queen sized sheets. Was put on hold 4 times, as employees didnt know what they were doing. The store people didnt even have radios to talk to one another. The lady who I ended up talking to was condescending and rude to me for no apparent reason but it could of been that it was late afternoon & she was probably hangry. Terrible phone customer service. Makes me not even want to go into the store. No wonder retail is dying.

I dont like that you have to have the 20% off coupons to get the lower price. If you forget or just arent on their list, you are paying a lot of money without the discount. My wife and I went there yesterday and she had a coupon on her I phone. When she went to show it to the cashier to get the discount, it didnt fully download. He said they dont have wi-fi so it is a bad connection. So you have the coupon on your phone, but you cant use it because of them not having a connection. Hmm.

They had exactly what I was looking for and the employees were very helpful!

I placed a pickup order, only to find hours later that 80% of the items were actually out of stock. A huge waste of time.

Found the cast iron cleaning chain mail here and it works fabulously. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner bars though... be a lot cooler if you did...

BB &B always seems to have what I need. This time it was a seat for our commode.With a plethora of colors, sizes, and even two shapes to choose from, I dont know why youd go anywhere else.BB&B does deliver, but there is a delilvery charge for under $39. You can, of course, pick up or have it delivered to you in their parking lot for free. AT $20, I opted to pick up the seat. It was ready in two hours. YAY!

Bb&b is one of my very favorite stores. They have a large selection and I love the fact that theyre coupons never expire.

They should spend less time visiting and texting and more time working.

Could spend hours in this store.

Lots of great stuff, not what I was thinking of though.

They have so much but today not quite what I needed. The kitchen tool area seems to be more Oxo than anything. Only two kinds of office chair cushions. However, it just depends on what you are looking for because of variety. No one on the floor offered to help but check out woman was nice. Added bonus is that there is a drugstore of a sort and I was able to get some lozenges I needed. In the time of lockdown with curbside service the process was seamless and I was able to get what I needed quickly so thats a plus.

Terrible! Retailers today across the board NEVER have the simplest things for the consumer. Funny that they have the items ONLINE 90 percent of the time. So, we put them out if business by buying from a source online that has the product without burning fuel and time. In the 50s and 60s we VERY RARELY went into ANY store and couldnt find exactly what we were looking for. You are killing the system people!!!

Normally 5 stars, but they ran out of bags and didnt tell anyone before they shopped. I bought over 30 items that day. All had to go upstairs. It wouldve been nice to know and postpone the trip.

HORRIBLE customer service and the manager on duty Lawrence, otherwise known as Chip, according to the cashier, would not come and help out on an order that was shipped incorrectly. I ordered online and instead of 4 Forest Rugs they sent me 4 sage ones even though the order sheet said Forest was sent. I picked the option to return them to the store and we were trying to just get replacements ordered not refund them. He would not come out to the front to help out as the girl wasnt sure how to do it. So i told her just to go ahead and refund them all and I am going to return all the rest of the towels and washclothes I got to go with the rugs and take my business somewhere else.

I love this place. The have everything you near for home and personal use. They even carry pet supplies. Great staff, friendly service and clean and organized

The selection is good. Lots of housewares, and linens. I was after organization items. They had a good selection. However the overall customer experience was poor. The customer service was severely lacking. They were under staffed. And the checkout experience felt more like the clerk was anxious to have me gone than he was concerned about my using the store app to save money. Honestly there are other places to spend my money.

They were literally out of stock of everything we needed...... for 2 months. People who worked there all had attitudes when we just asked simple questions like hey quick questions, do you have *specific item* backstocked because you are out in the front. And they were very rude. Wouldnt come back.

Love this place. They are great about honoring coupons and they always have someone to help you even during the busy holidays. I do wish that some of the stuff they sell online they would keep in the store as well but it is fast shipping. My wife and I did our wedding registry here and were very pleased with their system. I highly recommend it.

The staff that I interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly, knowledgeable and altogether lovely. I didnt know they had a Feeding Room for parents, which is amazing! I really enjoy all my experiences there.

Came in with a product purchased through Amazon that I could exchange at the store. It was a bit of a confusing deal, but Ricky, Adam and Robin were all extremely polite and helpful and got it figured out and fixed. And this was early on a Monday morning, too! Went into the store with my girlfriend not knowing what to expect. But absolutely loved it they have coffee makers silverware dishes bath towels Bluetooth speakers they have a toaster that actually toasted Darth Vaders face onto your toast which was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend this door for any of your household needs.

LOVE this store, the staff are always incredibly friendly and do their best to help you walk out happy. It can be a little bit pricey but you gain it back in warranty and kind help. Keep it up!

Great! The Fort Collins store has a health and beauty department, from make up to hair products. I found many great deals there and will be shopping there from now on.

Friendly staff, clean store, massive selection. We purchased several items for our new townhouse and were extremely satisfied after they price matched Amazon and still allowed us to use our 20% off item. We will definitely be back for more. This location also offers many Colorado themed items including hats, belt buckles, dog leashes, and wall art. Five stars!

Love shopping at B B & B

I’ve always liked Bed Bath and Beyond but their return policies have changed and they’ll take almost nothing back now, example a recently bought set of sheets that say 10 year warranty didn’t buy them for that but when they split after four months and I attempted to return them they said take them to the manufacturer. Well you can’t contact the manufacturer and BB&B are the only place that carry these sheets! They gave me a number but it’s a dead end no one ones there and you can’t leave a message afraid I’ll be leaning towards amazon now.

Vast selection! You will find everything you need for your home in one trip, and most likely much more considering all the cool gadgets they have a competitive prices. Store is clean for the most part, but the racetrack is a little cluttered and is a little hard to maneuver in when people are coming from the wrong way of the designated path.

Either Im a lucky guy or the staff was very nice to me. Besides, I found what I wanted easily at a good price plus the coupon discount.

Always enjoy my time in thestore. I could wander around the store aimlessly for hours. Eventually I make the full circle, find what I came for and checkout.I love that they will accept expired coupons and that you can use many coupons in one purchase!!

Good luck finding someone to pay for the things you cant find anywhere else in town. By far the best deals on towels, sheets, cookware but feels like there is kinda a death nail there, same feel as toys/babies r us b4 they liquidated and closed. So Id suggest stocking up b4 they follow suit.

Got great clearance deals.. and used coupons. This place has some awesome stuff..you can go broke here. They have fall stuff 70 % off and now getting Christmas items in...I used 3 coupons on one transaction.. saved a lot.🤣 I could spend all day here. If you hit it right...you can find some smokin deals here..but you will have to really dig for them...and remember you can use all your coupons at once.. 😆 Happy shopping...

I was looking for kitchen rugs and they had one style I liked. The last few wedding gifts I purchased were from BB&B since the couple registered here. I like that I could wrap my own gifts and that they provide the products.

Went today because they had 2 folding chairs for $30.00, according to the sales paper I received yesterday. I specifically went there just to purchase the chairs,and they told me that they had none on the floor or in stock. All they had were $60.00 folding chairs. If you put something on sale,you should have it in stock! Also,I think that they should have honored me with 2 of the $60.00 folding chairs,since they didnt have they other ones. I left with nothing and was very upset. Wont be shopping at this store anymore.

Its BB&B. Their prices are always high, and there is always a coupon. If you can get past the aroma from all the shampoo and soap products, then you can probably enjoy the store more. They also have a limited stock on hand for stuff.

Nothing special. None of them are. I only go when I have coupons so I can get stuff cheaper, otherwise its usually more expensive. The staff could care less about you for the most part, but theyre great to work with on exchanges.

The store was nice, clean and organized and when I went to check out the cashier said hold on a minute and then she search through one of the coupon books and found a coupon for what I was buying to save me money she was also super friendly and had a great attitude the whole time.

Very poor service, extremely unfriendly woman behind the Customer service/ registry counter. This individual was just standing there gazing off into space when I walked up and asked if she could please tell me the price of an item that was not marked on the shelf, in the rudest tone possible she LITERALLY says “I’m in the middle of something”.... just wow.
