Awesome place to work on your vehicle, this is a FULLY operational shop. The amount of tools and machines they have to complete the project youre doing is amazing and makes the job easier. Highly recommend!Just keep in mind, youll want to work relatively fast, due to the hours they are open and they charge by the hour as well. Last thing you want to do is get almost done on a Saturday and not be able to get back to it until Wednesday.

This is one of the cleanest Army auto craft shops Ive been to in my career.

This place was amazing!! Feom the moment I walked in, I could tell that I was going to enjoy working on my vehicle. I want to give a very large THANK YOU! To Rocky, the man was knowledgeable, helpful and made the complete experience of working on my brakes as stress free as possible. Because of him I was able to save $50 on not needing to replace the pads, just do some minor touch up of greasing the pad retention clips. Will be going here a LOT more.

Its great spot for soldiers looking to work on their cars. It even has a rack for alignment. Extremely cheap for the value. Just clean up after yourself.

Knowledgeable staff. Don’t make you feel like an idiot when you’re working on stuff you’ve never done. They make sure you’re comfortable. Devlin was super nice and helpful. You take a ~15 question test (easy if you read the packet) to use the facilities and if you get 100% you get a free hour of a workspace. Big bay, lots of spaces. Even has an auto body and paint bays. Gem of ft. Carson.

Definitely the spot to do some serious work on your car. This place can save you thousands if you are willin and have the know how. If you lack the know how, dont worry the staff will guide you. I will say this you need to be mechanically inclined at the very least.The staff is grate and willing to help all who walk in. Remember you have to take a test to use the facilities.

This place is great. You dont need to bring tools. Large selection of tools available and the staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Love working on my car here. Oil changes and tire rotations are so easy with the lifts.

Place is good. One of the better auto places I’ve used on a military base. Always willing to help out when you have a question.

The staff are great at helping you out. However, MWR needs to communicate better. When they close the place (not regular schedule), they should post a sign that can be read while driving past the door (in the parking lot). The place is clean and can handle most of what you would need.

They have all you need, and the guys are really helpful, I was able to do my repairs in no time.

The Fort Carson Auto Craft Shop (ACS) is an amazing facility and run by very professional, helpful, and friendly individuals. A big thank you to both Mike and Devlin for their outstanding support. A special thanks to Devlin, who was more than happy to help/assist with a part replacement that I wasnt comfortable removing without some help. Devlin was very helpful and friendly and left me feeling very happy with the ACS! Looking forward to using the ACS in the future.

Crafts that was great I got done with exactly what I needed to get done on the vehicle and I was working on had no problems there trying to help somebody else but they didnt want to help Im a professional mechanics

The guys that work there are great but you need to have a sence of humor. The tool are great and they have almost any tool. The prices are great. The only thing that could be better is the operating hours.

Theses guys and place is awesome! Have saved thousands using it.

I spent 20 years in the DoD and have used many Auto Hobby Shops throughout the world. The Ft. Carson Autocraft Shop is hands down the best in the DoD! Best tool availablility, shop space and type, and the techs are great too! Save a few bucks and learn about your vehicles too.

Sandblaster wouldnt work consistently. Constantly stopping to shift sand and by the end was just shooting air. No one really cared though

Hmm okkay.....I love going to this place to work on my car. They have almost all kinds of tools that you need to work on ur car. I come here to do my oil change, tire replacement and some other small adjustments that u have do to ur car. Its not that expensive at all.

Helpful staff to guide you in repairs. They have the tools and space for GIs to take care of their vehicles.

So much cheaper than taking your vehicle to another shop, plus all the help youll need

Best place for a do it yourself from regular maintenance to a full rebuild and paint they have what you need to get the job done. Best on post facility I used to date and Ive used shops in Ft Lewis, Bamberg DE, Vilseck DE, Grafenwöhr DE, Ft Sill, Ft Leonard Wood, Ft. Jackson, Scoot AFB IL, here is by far the nicest place yet.

If you are authorized to use this facility, I highly recommend that you do.

Kind of an underused resource. They have the tools and equipment necessary to do way more than what people use it for, including an engine rebuild bay, an exhaust bay, two paint booths, multiple tower lifts, drive on lifts, bodywork bay, and they have multiple expert mechanics that can help with expertise and tools.

You can save a lot of money and time by using this facility. Everything to get the job done is right here, from rotor and/or drum machining, to coolant and transmission flushes, the staff is always ready to help you finish successfully.

Awesome place has many amenities to fix your vehicle

My husband went there today because we needed to change brakes really bad on our car and he ask to rent a lot or whatever ya call it and the guys responded so rude and Unperfessional if its your job to help customers and not insult them and be so rude that they leave dont waste your time here dealing with people whos job is to help you when they feel like its a burden
