Our garage door recently stopped working and my mother, being as handy as she is found out that the spring was broken. She works her butt off and was too tired to replace it herself. She called Exact door service and they quoted her a price ! My mom later told me when i arrived home and noticed the garage was working again that the men that came over were so kind and fast. She was so happy with the pricing as well! Thank you to the two men that came over and fixxed our garage. You have no idea how happy it made me to come home and hear about my moms wonderful experience!

Ive used Exact Door Service twice, and very happy with their service! First time Tyler came out during a snowstorm to replace my garage door opener. He was prompt and friendly. Second time a spring went out on my other door. Called on a Saturday, and they came out on a Monday. Will definitely recommend and use again!

My Garage door spring busted the wire that assisted the door to open. They came out the same morning to fix it and get me going again. I purchased a new door from them within a few days and was told the lead time was almost two weeks. I scheduled an install for the following Monday. I received a call the day before the install saying the door hadnt arrived the Thursday before so he was canceling the install. My wife took a day off of work so she could be there to make the final payment and make sure our dogs werent going crazy. We were able to schedule it two weeks later when my wife had the day off. The door is beautiful and its so nice to have. They did a great job on the installation and were in and out in an hour and a half. Someone put a sticker on the wall next to the opener identifying Exact Door. The same sticker identifies them on the garage door. I dont just have a garage, its a man cave with textured walls... Whoever put the sticker up had dirty hands and smudged the hell out of the white paint all around the sticker on the wall. Had they asked, I would have said the one on the garage door is fine. Id recommend them for sure. I just hope they can communicate a bit better for their future customers

Fantastic experience with Exact Door Service. My garage door got ran into and we were unsure if it could be repaired or needed to be completely replaced. I had a few companies out to look at it and give estimates. Tyler came to look at it the same day I called and gave me the most affordable quote as well as options. He was not sales-y at all which I appreciated. Very professional & felt like a true family run operation. In the end, they repaired the existing door enough so that we could get our cars out while the new door was on order and replaced it with a beautiful new door. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix or order a new door.
