Great reasonable people...I cant complain

I have been with this storage Company for a couple of years and very pleased. Even when I forget to pay my bill they work with me and help find the best solution for me. Sherri is wonderful and a joy to do business with.

It was cold and rainy but Daniel was very helpful.

I would like to thank the new manager here for going out of her way to help me get my billing issues taken care of and resolved. I still had to pay my late fees, and I was on the verge of losing my storage, but thanks to her keeping in contact and more importantly keeping her word, I didnt. I will continue to store my things here. Thank you!So, 10 months later. Im still a very happy customer of this U-Store-It location in Forrest Hill, TX. The manager continues to make sure that the property is maintained and secure! Thank you again!

Very good place to store

Terribly maintained storage units. 3 times I reported my lock hasp only having 1 bolt holding it on, the 1st time being over a year ago, and it still hasnt been fixed, but they sure raised my rate by a large amount. Also the poorly installed hasp has my door on the unit up off the ground 1/2 to 3/4 which has allowed the dirt, not dust cover everything in the entire unit, from beds to electronics to tools.
