I set in the line for 30 min waiting on my prescription that was ready when the car in front of me held the line up waiting to do a covid test when clearly the sign stated do not hold the line up waiting on prescription and that should include doing a covid test as well ... no one in the pharmacy every told them to pull up so they can help the other 5 cars behind youll..

Even when you request your beta blocker a week and half in advance they will tell you it was never filled. Even after calling on the phone to verify. You will be left without any to take and go without the medicine thats supposed to keep you alive.

Clean store. Decent customer service.Easy to navigate through store.Drive thru for the prescriptions. The prices are a little high, but its more a convenience store, when it comes outside of prescriptions and medicine. Those prices are probably where to get the bargains, but I havent checked that theory.They, also, have a photo lab. The prices there are a little higher, too, but the photos to have a superior quality than other stores.Quick shopping visits. If you dont want to spend much time in line, this is a good place to go.They have a rewards card, too. Not sure of all of the details, but i know that some items are cheaper than posted in store. So, I suggest getting it. Its real quick. All you have to do initially is give them your phone number and they scan the card. Pretty quick.

Dont go if you have to deal with the pharmacy!!!

I have a problem everytime I come pick up my prescription This place should be ran better than it is I dislike this place so much and I was told to Never believe the automated system if it tells you that your prescription is ready

Worse pharmacy ever!! Never got my prescription filled. Called this morning and pharmacists said it would be ready by 6 got to pharmacy and nothing was ready. Bennett 10 days since DR send the prescription. Too bad CVS is the only place my insurance allows me to fill my prescription. THIS PHARMACY SUCKS!!! All they do is lie!!

Pharmacy is terrible. Poor service, lost multiple orders causing my wife to have to go to ER due to not being able to get her medicine soon enough. If they were more organized, these issues wouldnt happen.

The pharmacy is awful. I have tried to get a much needed medicine for the past 6 days. It is one excuse after another...short-handed, lost prescription, now they dont have the med and have to order it. Never go to this pharmacy.

They never have the medicine on time, even if they called you to tell you that was ready for pick up. And if you’re dropping off or picking up a prescription, make sure you give yourself at least 45 mins because that’s how long it may take for them to even acknowledge you. Wish my mom’s insurance would take Walgreens instead

Shelves need to be restocked. Nothing that they have on sale or run in the ads were stocked they were out of most of the items I needed.

If you want your prescription quickly, do not go here! The last time I went, the pharm tech said they were behind 2 days! 2 whole days! And don’t waste your time calling to speak to a pharm associate. You will be on hold for 20+ minutes guaranteed.

Had my son prescription to this cvs last week. They tell me it wont be here until saturday called them sunday to see if its ready still not ready called them today and yet they still have have his medication in stock. They are the worst when having medication stocked up for ppl that need their medicine.

Worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. They have the worst customer service im always in line for ever then when i finally drop off my script i get wait times of 24 hours. Took my script across the street to Walgreens and itll be ready in a hour. Skip cvs and go to Walgreens. They dont have ghetto customer service. There is always some issue with the pharmacy at cvs. Its sad that people who need their meds are getting 24 hour wait times. Some medicine can cause issues if its not taken on time and they dont seem to care. Id like to see this pharmacy actually start caring about their customers.

Was on hold for the pharmacy 46 MINUTES before I hung up. Never spoke to anyone. Tried to check on status for BP meds through the automated system and my Rx number “wasn’t found”. Y’all may be busy, but I doubt y’all are that busy that NO ONE can answer the phone!

Looking for a paper mask close to my home. As usual jacked up prices. Single mask for $1.99 each with 3 masks limit.Do the math 3 purchases by wife and 3 masks purchased by me self equals $11.94plus taxes. Thanks for looking out for seniors.

I called the pharmacy phone number to do prescription and the first time i was on hold for 40 minutes in the morning around 10: 30 am and no one picked up. called again at 1:29 pm and after a long hold some one answered and said they were going to put me on hold with out waiting for my response she put me on hold. and i have been waiting ever since. patient are in a lot of pain this pharmacy doesnt have some to take prescription calls. you need to get more staff if you are that busy all day. some one picked up and put me on hold again with out any update or status on when i can be helped. this is unacceptable people have jobs and other things to do than to be on hold.

Never have rx ready and switch my meds error on there part. Very if I would have wrong meds.

I love these store all employees are really friendly and helpful but last week a new employee start working her name marisela she terrible rube always on her phone looks like she bearly walks if she doesn’t want to work stay home really slow and with an attitude like she owns the store they should trainner but beside that all the other employees are really nice and polite

If I could give 0 stars I would. I literally hate this pharmacy. They take for ever with everything. They hardly answer the phone. I wish the local pharmacy across the street from them never closed.

Yanci in pharmacy is rude. Walking off as myself and other customers were speaking. No one acknowledged the line of people standing there patiently waiting. Say one moment, or the registers are down or something. Dont act like we cant take our business elsewhere. I wouldnt have been there at all if i wasnt picking up meds for my mother. This is why i shop CVS RIGHT across the street!. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because of the friendly cashier at the front

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the area based on customer service. They quickly place you in hold for over 20 minutes and then the phone line disconnects and when you call back same thing. They never have the medication you need in stock. The pharmacy staff is rude and had no professionalism. The pharmacy Manager seems to be unconcerned. If I did not need RX and live in the area I would definitely use another pharmacy. The costumer service skills at this location is very poor to say the least. This CVS is the worst.

They are always out of stock on various products very time i go there at least one thing i need and they are out on 😞😪. People are nice tho 😋

Not impressed by the inappropriateness of one of the employees. While in line to check out one young lady walked over, hoisted her leg onto the counter, announced to the other employee that she needed to shave her legs and that she had last done so last week. I found this to be disrespectful to myself and the others in line.

Awful. After being put on hold twice, I got hung up on. Called back again and finally got a hold of someone.... She curtly snapped at me and then hung up again before I can even finish what I was saying. Rather than calling back again, Ill just take my business elsewhere and would warn others to stay away too. Terrible service

Got a refill on medicine the pharmacist told me I had 12 extra bucks on my receipts so I went to the front and asked the lady she explained to me I can get 11 dollars worth Of stuff I asked her to hold my receipt so I can go get the stuff I wanted when I came back she said she gave it to me and then she said she misplaced it or someone came and took it but don’t they need a number to use the stuff it’s kinda my fault for handling a stranger something that’s kinda value like extra bucks but other then they the store is great wonderful

A hot mess. No one cares for this location daily. Everything in random isles is a hot mess like it was black friday in April smh... horrible customer service.

Its neither fantastic or horrible. Its generally clean. Their beer is pretty high though.

On Dec 31st they refused to sell a box of syringes to a type 1 diabetic. saying their regional manager made this rule the pharmacy could not sell a full box. This is after after I showed my insulin prescriptions insulin meter and my pump ( which had failed and I had to do injections). the pharmacy told me to go to Walgreens when I disagreed with tis rule. they let a type 1 diabetic walk out of the store with a bg of 498. this is after I had been to 6 different stores looking for syringes. I finally found a store that had the syringes. ( the regional store over the store I was turned away from) I purchased the full box without question!!! ( my blood sugar was by then over 600 and my meter would not read) . I called the store manager and got nowhere I called the store manager at the region store. he sent a message for the district pharmacy manager to call me. I explained the experience. that was the second of January .. no call back as to date 1/5/2015

Takes a long time in the drive thru and on the phone but after that, service is good. Even get check up calls sometimes.

She is slower, slow, very rude, not friendly, according to her, she does not speak Spanish, but if she speaks, a more ridiculous lady, she gave me things between my purchases that I did not pay, I had to return them.
