Love this place, best prices, great quality work, be patient with them as they are a smaller business and get very busy at times inside their store but the service is worth the wait! I previously had my ignition switch replaced by another locksmith, and not even two months later it needed to be replaced again, so I called Lockworx. They arrived to my house in Rialto, was done in less than an hour, suggested a new key as my key was worn out, and I haven’t had a single issue.

Im giving five stars for the quality of work. The only locksmith that was able to help me with an older lock. This was the fourth locksmith I had been to, and he said no problem. My wife & I went here to get a replacement key for our grandsons 2007 Prius. I suggest going during the week instead of Saturday. They seem to be really busy on Saturdays. All in all they seem to have most computerize keys in stock, thou they didnt have mine. But they took my number and said theyll give me a call when it comes in.

If you are looking for key duplicates dont go here, they failed twice on the same key. I had no problem at Foothill Builders 1st time!

Great people if to make duplicate keys, I noticed a customer was having a problem and the person behind the counter was very helpful to identify the problem, myself there was some key the copied that didnt work and the clerk made me new ones to correct the problem.They dont carry all the specialty keys but they are willing to help.

I had a wornout car key for an old van that was not working anymore and they made a copy per code, as the original like in 5 minutes. Works great.Very good service.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Not only did they take 4 hours just to tell me they couldnt adapt a key fob to my vehicles (2009 Toyota Matrix, 2003 Toyota Sequoia, 1998 Honda Prelude)[(when they said it would be quick and easy)] but they took other people that got there before us. And they seem to struggle and go back and fourth trying the keys out. We also got quoted over the phone but still got upsaled in store. We were helped by Ron but 3 different guys tried with no success.

Theyve always treated me very politely and are very professional. Only once has one of my keys not worked but I took it back and they gladly fixed it. I love the affordable prices.

Great work. Need a key programmed. Worker was having some trouble. He tried a few different programmers. Could not get key to program. But kept at it. Manager stepped in. Took him a while, but finally got it. Ended up, that I had too many keys already programmed. I had just purchased the car used. Only had one working key. He said he would erase the rest. Happy that they stuck with it. Took over an hour. Second time using them. Recommend.

The locksmith called me the night before to schedule an appointment to come to my home the next morning. Arrived on time and was done in less than 30 minutes.

Honda oddessey ignition car key cant turn so brought it to be fixed, lockandroll unable to do it at rancho Cucamonga at this time so came here instead. took few hours for the young tall Hispanic shaved hair guy to try to fix. after I left and parked at gas station, car keys got jammed but then I noticed the car beeps when I open the car door even without the car keys in it. I called them and they told me to come back tomorrow to get it fixed.I brought it in, spent about 2 hours then a white older guy (not Ron), had mustache, smokers voice started to yell at me in front of other customers that he didnt cause that problem. I told him that before I brought the car in, the car does not beep or prevent me from locking because now the car thinks theres a key in it even when its removed. He would not believe me; he keeps saying that cars will beep alarm when doors are open, I said No, asked another customer there as well, that cars only beep when there is a key in the ignition to reminder the driver to not leave the key in the ignition and to not lock the door, ... thats common sense but not to the white older guy (who tried to clout drop by saying he has 17 years of key experience) well, I have over 30 years of car opening and closing experience and 5 with this car to know that it is not normal to have front door alarm beep as if theres a key left in ignition especially if it did not do that seconds/years before they fixed it but started within 1 millisecond after they put the steering wheel back together! ; he says that car doors will beep regardless... say what?? he thinks that still after 17 years of car keys experience?? I know of no car old or new that would continue to beep as if there is a key left in ignition! that means something is wrong,my thought is that when the guy pulled it out, when he reset the barrel and pins for some reason, he triggered something when he pulled it out and did not reconnect correctly so the pins are sticking in the on position all the time; so my car will no longer power lock if the key is pulled out of the ignition which is ludicrous and dangerous!I will have to talk to Ron to see if he can fix it and take ownership of their employees possibly messing something up when they tried to fix it; basically, fixing a problem they created a bigger problem. Now the problem is after I park my car, the doors will no longer lock because the car now thinks its in on position even without the key in there! fix a small problem, creating a bigger problem.its uncool when you have salesperson start yelling at you when no one else is yelling and trying to move onto the next sale when they leave the customer with a bigger problem than they came in with. Ill see what will happened with Ron. Its over 20 miles to get there, such a waste of time and money, I wonder if they will come to me free of charge because this would be a third time driving there to fix what should be a one time solution.

This level of customer service is hard to come by these days. I needed a key cut ASAP on a Sunday that the shop was closed, so the owner called his tech to open the shop just for me. After returning home to find that the key did not work, he sent his tech to my house to make it right. Key works perfectly now. If you need lock service, definitely give these guys a shot! Took two different car door locks and eventually my ignition to them to get a key made for my 1999 Camry and by the time I get there with the 3rd. Lock they told me I needed they need the right door key lock. Waist of time. Went with ignition lock to Mr. Keys in Upland, 75.00 and key made the same day.

Excellent place to get a key made. Dealer charges 120 just to program your key. They charge 45. Dealer told me my key has a chip in it, and found out it didnt. This place cut the key for me and said have a nice day. They did it for free. Will definitely give them all my business when it comes to all my locksmith needs. 5 stars!!!!!

Absolutely WORST experience with any business I have ever HAD! Was referred to them by a fellow locksmith in San Bernardino.1.) First phone call, they were very unprofessional and rude. I set-up an estimate appointment in which they no-called, no-showed!2.) After calling the original locksmith that had referred me, he apologized and said he would let the owner know. 2 days later a locksmith showed up without an appointment.3.) After the estimate, we went with them and they told us they would call when the parts for our electric strike was ordered and someone would call and schedule and appointment. After 4 days of not hearing anything, I finally called since the original guy told me it would only take 1 day to get the parts in. They told me that they had ordered the parts and they were waiting for them to come in. They finally called me on day 5 saying they would send two guys today to install at 9am. We were there until 9:35am waiting at our new facility waiting to let them in. At 9:40 I called and asked where they were. The man I spoke to said, there are two guys coming, they had to pick-up some parts, give them like another 45min.-1hour. At this point I asked to talked to the owner. I was so irritated that I didnt receive as much as a phone call! I told him that someone had been over there waiting and I was irritated that they didnt even care to call. THE OWNER SAID Well then go with someone else that is $3,000 okay! I am cancelling the order! AND HUNG UP!!!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
