I’m not sure why but this store was empty. I thought it was closed. No it was open but I’m going to say fifty percent of the shelves were empty. I was really disappointed I didn’t find what I needed. I’m going to check their online website. Three stars only because of the no merchandise. Not service or anything to do with the staff.

Loads and loads of different types of different prints and fabrics. Theres definitely something for everyone. Also, they have a lot of craft items.

Really messy so it was hard to shop in many areas. Been here many times and this was the worst it has ever looked. Poor service. Asked the girl at the fabric counter if a particular item came in a different color and she replied, I dont know. We carry a lot and it would be over there (with a wave of her hand.) I asked if there was a name or number of a product so I could look it up on their website and she just said I dont know. Bought 1 item and had to interrupt the cashier who was texting on his phone to get rung up. IF I evet shop at Joanns again, Ill be doing it online. Wont be returning to location. They just dont care.

I ran to this store for two main reasons 60 percent coupon and redeem my cash reward. It doesnt give me a lot of time; last month I lost my reward because it expired. The cashier was great I didnt have any problems redeeming the coupons and rewards as well as found me another one. I like to use different yarns which they have a lot and then some.. The main reason it lost a star because I couldnt find paint it should be clearly marked that its against the wall.

The store is recovering from Covid restrictions. It has no sewing machines. Their sewing, quilting notions were sparse. That was all I was looking for. There is a representation of all the crafts. Just not quantities.

You gotta love Joanns! The workers here were absolutely wonderful! They were super helpful and so very nice! The women here that helped us were amazing people. I wish I remembered their names. We were shopping for a wedding and they helped so much! They definitely made this store look very well. They deserve a raise thats for sure.

I like their stuffs, buy my stuffs here for my online shop. The shop is well lighted, items are well arranged and it is a nice place for artsy items. Nice Gift items are also available here. Bought some papers, art materials, cake turn table for my video product shoot. Staffs are very helpful, great customer service. They are in a mall, they have lots of parking area.

It was a very good experience in and out in no time.

If you make your own clothes or blankets or honestly ANYTHING with fabric then this is the place for you. I went to get a gift certificate and was blown away of how big this place is. Reminds me of a old fabric store my mom and grandma used to go to. This is also a good place to shop if you do crafts. This store has all types of gems in here. The employee I experienced was very nice. Didnt catch her name, but she was friendly...

Love my fave store Joann! They have everything and anything to let those creative juices flow. I love their baking area, get lost in their fabrics!!! My son loves the many kits and crafts offered. He loves all things dino and gets a kick out of the dig a dinosaur bones kit. They have classes you can take to perfect or learn sweing, knitting, beading. Absolutely love this place.

Because I am deep into an investment that requires all things in that store. I decided to learn how to sew and the only thing I ever sewed in my life was sew my mouth shut, like my Momma use to say to me. But anywayIts quiet a bigger picture than I thought it would be. Its very very challenging for me. It can become overwhelming but its also important for me to get involved in the process of making a quilt so I bought a brother sewing machine and its not a beginners thing. But I have been in Joann as of Saturday and online for a few months. They have everythingthanks

They are still pretty much out of every cotton fabric, no NFL teams, no MLB teams, no star wars, no Halloween .. Dont waste your time going

This store has less stuff compared to other joanns stores. But the staff is always friendly and if they dont have something they will check availability of product in near by stores.

This Joann is clean and well organized, but I always go myself wishing Id gone somewhere else because they dont have a very large selection I went in today (looking for knit jersey in a few different colors and some greenery). They didnt have what I was looking for on either count. However, the greeter/cashier was very friendly.

Joanns is the best. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. They answered all my questions and gave me great feedback n suggestions for my project. Thank you ladies your superb. The inventory is always on hand and if I have to order I can have. it picked up in store for free. Coupons are a must when shopping but if u sign up online or use the app the savings are huge

I grabbed one of those tilt and turn bases from the baking dept. I scanned it in the price check machine and it was marked as a regular price item. When I tried to pay for it (using the 60% coupon) the coupon wasnt applied to my transaction so the cashier went and brought a little scanner and she said the reason the system wasnt taking the coupon was because it was a CLEARANCE ITEM and that their coupons did not apply to clearance items. Im well aware of that and thats why I scanned the item before heading to the register. I left the store without the product feeling it was unfair because as a customer I felt I did my part (I did not grabbed the item from the clearance area and I scanned it to see if it was marked as a clearance item ). Anyhow I called the customer service line I explained everything that had happened and basically told me that it was store level that they were going to put in the notes all that had happened. I understand customers misplace items I also understand that coupons dont apply to clearance items, but I also understand that the item was not marked as a clearance item (otherwise it would of shown in the price check machine) and it was not the only item on the shelve and it was not in the clearance area. The only reason I gave it 2 stars its because the cashier was really nice about it...

The fat lady with facial hair that works here gave me attitude when I was returning something. The cross stitch kit that I was returning was missing the key, so there was no way to tell which symbol went with which color thread. It’s not my first cross-stitch kit, so I know the item I was returning was useless. Maybe management can tell their employees to not have attitude? Whatever happened to being friendly? No wonder I buy more stuff on amazon.

If you wanna spend time with your longtime craft friend whose just as creative as you, this is the place. Great location outside of LA. We will be in there again!!

I had place an order with them and never heard anything so when I called them no one would help me it’s been more than 1 week and I still have not received my order or my money back. I been trying to contact corporate and no one has contacted me back. I don’t have money to be giving away . So they need to return my money I’m at the point that I don’t want to do business with them ever again.

THE STORE IS OPEN! this is my first time buying fabric and it was a breeze. Google says they are closes but they are open and all fabric is on sale.

Oh my gosh what a wonderful staff you have working here! I wish I would of gotten the womens name who advised me and cut my fabric. She was knowledgeable, kind and cheerful!!! I will return to this particular store. It puts the one by Ontario Mills to shame!

I love JoAnn in general, but for quite some time now Ive noticed they seem to really struggle with inventory in all the stores near me. I purchased tons of Iron-on vinyl rolls from several local stores and have been hunting the rest of the colors I need. They arent available online and only 1-3 in a couple of stores. I finally just returned it all and went with Teckwrap craft. This is not the first it only time this has happened to me. I usually end up at Amazon.Whats crazy is all I wanted was Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue & Purple. Youd think you could get basic colors like that anywhere but you cant.This store always has good service, but its small and has a limited selection even compared to the other stores.

Great, recently I became familiar with this particular franchise and Im completely in love with the idea of having a place that I may obtain craft supplies.

I really enjoy shopping here. Great selection of fabrics, yarn and crafting goods. Employees are very knowledgeable of merchandise. Will come here before going to larger stores!

This place is okay its got good deals but its also located in Fontana so we all know what that is I rather go over to Rialto new shopping centers in shop

I just started sewing at Christmas and was excited to go in and pick out fabric and threads and everything else I could ever need to make blankets and hopefully some day clothing. Right now Im just sticking with the very basics. They have so many different patterns and textures to choose from its fabulous, the staff is helpful and goes out of their way to help you find what you need.

This location is on a smaller scale then the one in Redlands. Their fabric and yarn selection is a quarter of the Redlands store, which is kind of a bummer. But I get my fabrics cut quickly and everyone that Ive come into contact with (that works there) have always been very nice and personable. Especially the sweet black lady with the short hair! I never get the vibe that no one wants to help me or theyre too busy. Overall, great place they just need better or more inventory.

Very tight. Hard to find things. Shelves very close together. I dont know how anyone could feel creative in this store. They were out of what I was looking for.

This is like a toy store for me. They always have coupons, often have sales, and I always leave with more than I came for. The staff are always very helpful as well.

The store in Fontana is terrible about filling orders that were placed online.It sucks cause all you want to do is go in pick up & leave. Get it faster by just walking in. Fontana needs more help.The only reason I go there is for convenience dont want to drive to Michaels. This has always been that they do not have enough help.You probably shouldnt have buy online pick-up in store at this one. This has happened to me on more than just this once.

JoAnn has a lot of different yarns in there but there prices our to high. I can found the same yarns at walmart for cheaper. But i do love all the discount and great coupons 40% to 50% off. You can still found some good deals here. And they need wider aisles for people with walker and wheel chairs. The Fontana store do not cater to people with disabilities that have wheelchairs and Walker due to the aisles being so tight.

Smaller store. Doesnt have everything I needed. But did get some great deals. Weekly coupons. Nice friendly people.

Has a wide array of fabric but lacking a bit in embroidery, needlepoint, and other needle crafts.

Love the yarn selection. Used my 40% of entire regular priced items to get Lion Brand Homespun yarn to crochet a sweater

This location is on the small side. I usually find a small selection of scrapbook stickers. They do have a little bit of everything but wish there was more of the planners and scrapbooking items. They do always have a wide selection of yarn and fabric though.

I looked and looked for latch hook rug stuff. I even asked for help. A lady pointed that way and I looked and looked. They need alot more help in there! Others were also waiting for help....I will not return.

I was looking for some patches of the Raiders and they told me they have them there so I had to go and drive to the air and they didnt have them it was just a waste of time

The Joanns store in Fontana on Sierra Lakes is a bad store. Doesnt have any of the things you need. The one in Redlands is alot better.
