Really good and patient employees. And have a good price for parts. They helped me find the part i needed. I know everyones time is valuable, so the only thing I must remind those that need a part from here, is to make sure you have time to wait patiently, it might be a little more time then you expected to get what you need. Bit overall i left happy fixed my car. So i give them a Great Smile for their Great efforts and parts..

I really dont know the problem with us or the Morris counter employees.. These men behind the counter are unfriendly, rude even when I call by phone...cits now intimidating to call4. Right now I called again asking for pricing on a fuel pump. . he gave me two prices... I asked why the big difference in price and very shortly he says, Listen to me and just repeated the price... Like really!? Is it just maybe you guys dont like dealing with women... Do I have to send a make relative or friend to get what I need .. And Im not the only .... My daughter has had the same experiences...WTH!?

Bad costumer service bought low quality part from them broke down in less than a year only bought part Because of their warranty refused to replace because didn’t have physical receipt failed to mention that I need the receipt for warranty when purchased Because they don’t save costumer info or actual part number info that they sale very outdated compared to any other automotive supply stores if you purchase here KEEP ALL RECEIPTS

They honored my warranty even though I lost the receipt and also allowed me to upgrade and pay the difference. I always drive from Chino because the their service and cost.

Was looking for a hose on my bmw m3, they didn’t have in stock but they were able to get it for me the same day and cheaper then every other auto parts store I went to where they told me they’d have it in a couple days. Overall very satisfied with the Custer service they provide.

The custumers just ok because he busy with the phone. The products is good with the prices, the worse is I need triple trip to exchange the part because he give me the WRONG part and the number is difference with the invoice. So worse my gas, time and my passion.

Best prices in town! Only thing I didnt give it a full five stars is because when I called I asked to speak to somebody that spoke Spanish, and they had me on hold forever, and when somebody finally got a hold of us they hung up on us I had to call back again and wait another almost 9 minutes and a half dot-dot-dot but the prices Ill do any of the auto parts stores!

Went there awhile back. Sold me a Chinese part for my ford f150 that didnt work. Owner would not give me my money back or a store credit. Asked if I was a mechanic and asked for a certificate. After raising my voice he told his employees to give me a refund and never sell me anything cause I dont know what Im doing.

Literally just left about 30 minutes ago because of poor customer service. Speaking generally for all their employees because non of them took initiative to assist me. The rep that assisted me personally had an attitude even before I asked him my first question. All I needed was to test out my battery that I had bought from them less than two years ago because my car had trouble starting up in the morning and was under warranty. He wanted me to go home, remove the battery and bring it back. I explained to him that I only have 1 car and he just said that was my only option. Went to O’rileys auto parts less than a mile from there and the Girl came out right away to my car with a battery tester. Turned out it was a bad battery. She provided me with loaner tools right there and then and I purchased my new battery and installed it within 10 min. Their price was only a 9.00 difference. Never coming back to Morris again.

Was told they had parts I needed. When I went in they did not have the part I needed at the price I was told. Which was no big deal I bought parts anyways. When I called to to buy more parts for same car I was placed on hold. When the call was picked up I was told to call back when I have time to talk and before I could reply the call was ended. I called back because there must have been some type of miss understanding. Maybe he muted phone and started talking idk. I call back and I asked why he hanged up the phone then I was told not to call them if I am looking for the parts at a better price. I asked what do you mean and the person said he heard me calling another store. What he heard was my counter man talking to customer informing him of the additional parts required. I informed him of what he heard And the attitude became worse. I was told he is to busy to be answering the phone if I am not going to be buying parts. I told him I was just in the store and purchased parts for two separate cars. He told me to hurry up and tell him what I want because he is going to hang up. They have just lost a customer and my only regret is that I have referred people to them

My parents have been going to Morris for years. Never had a complaint. One of the best for your auto supply needs. Not mainstream like AZ. Very nice and courteous and helpful.

This place is a hit or miss. Its better to compare prices to the other bigger brands. Sometimes theyre cheaper and sometimes not, just depends. The kids love the free popcorn!

My husbands friend also bought a part as well as other parts but one of them was better in pricing and more for your money.
