I was in the market and looking for a fully loaded 2013 or 2012 Chevy Avalanche LTZ. and I found a 2012 Chevy Avalanche at A&A Auto Sales.I happen to come across A&A Auto Sales located in Fontana. I called them right away and talked to Ahmad. Ahmad mentioned that the car was still available.I made an appointment to look at the truck on Sunday December 27, 2020 at 10am. I packed up the family and we were on our way.As we approached the driveway of the dealership, Ahmad had the truck prepared and ready to go and parked at the entrance. it was a great welcoming onto the dealerships property.We were greeted by a salesman, but I personally asked for Ahmad since we had already been communicated up to this point about the vehicle.The family and I took the 2012 Chevy Avalanche out for a test drive and we feel in love with it. It was love at first sight, but I had to get to know it inside and out before I proposed to be in a newly committed relationship, LOL!I thoroughly looked the truck over in detail. The exterior and interior was very solid. It had all the bells and whistles. Black on Black body paint and interior, just what I wanted.I could go on and on!As a consumer I was very impressed with their customer service and the pure humbleness of Ahmad. This is absolutely the best place to go if your in need of a good running car. I looked everywhere before coming here and wish I had never wasted my time looking because if I would have came here first I would have been in a car already. They do the job right the first time and they get you approved quick no matter what. The best place in all of the inland empire no doubt. Had a great experience at AAA Auto. We shopped around and looked at over 10 large and small dealerships before purchasing our SUV here. Sales folks were great and had an amazing buying experience. We had vehicle inspected by our own mechanic before purchasing and things came out fine for a used SUV as expected (all minor). Drove home and an unexpected engine code popped up. AAA Auto answered our call promptly, messaging us via text on what to do to get the repairs fixed. Did not hassle us at all and even allowed us because of distance from the dealership to go to our own mechanic in our city. AAA auto did not have to allow us to do this according to the contract but glad they did. We received a great deal on a SUV and great consumer service even after we purchased the vehicle. As a consumer you can’t ask for anything better than this. AAA auto will be our first stop next time to find a car. Would encourage you to do the same!

Worst experience ever! I purchased a truck there, and at 1st of course they were friendly and nice to get me to buy the car! With in the 1st two weeks the truck began giving me problems, took it to the dealer where supposedly they replaced/fixed the truck. Well another two weeks went by and the truck gave out and the dealer would not fix or help with fixing it. I dont recommend you buying from here, I now have heard this place sells cars that do not work! I regret going here! I had to pay a whole lot of money to fix a new car just purchased, not good!

They offer very reasonable price but dont allow pre-purchase inspection though.

Im from AZ and saw this particular Chevy Tahoe at A&A Auto through Cargurus that my family and I were looking for, since we are expecting another child and need the extra room. The color and year and price was perfect so I was very much interested with working with this dealership to purchase this truck. Since I would be heading to CA within the next few weeks to visit family, I figured lets try for the truck now. I dealt with a salesperson named Esmeralda. She gave me what I believe was her personal number and said that I could contact her regarding the truck. After being reassured that the dealership does do business with neighboring states, I was prompted to do the online application for the truck. We did the application and I let Esmeralda know through text that we completed and submitted the application. Esmeralda text back in a timely manner saying she would check the status and to give her a sec. That sec lasted days. I had to continuously keep texting her about the status of our application and sometimes days between would go by until a response. I was given the same answer as all the other times, sorry I got busy, give me a sec. I replied okay and waited to hear back from Esmeralda, but now a week has gone by without any sort of response or communication regarding the online application for the truck we were very much interested in. It would have been nice to be treated as a priority as we know all clients are treated with at an actual dealership. We were just as serious about purchasing this vehicle as any other person is who walks in a dealership looking for a vehicle and yet we were disregarded from the whole process. A phone call or text saying our application wasnt accepted or the truck was sold or whatever the reason was for not being contacted back would have been nice. My advice for anyone who is a neighboring state of CA and is trying to pursue a vehicle, dont go about it with this place through the phone or online. I promise you you will not be contacted back.

Started deal with Gino this past weekend and he was great, came back today to bring in trade in and finalize the deal but Gino unfortunately was not in. So we dealt with the GM he gave different #s than what Gino gave, wanted to only give half of KBB trade-in price. The GMs attitude worsened when I advise I had my own financing through my credit union. Be ware of this place.

Keep away from this dealer my cousin just bought a Jeep from this place and now the jeep is in and out from the mechanics. Just buy a new car it will be cheaper than here. If you dont know about cars take a mechanic with you.

Dont even waste your time. I called mid morning on a Tuesday inquiring about a vehicle I saw on their website, asking if it was still available. Reyna put me on hold and went and checked. Said it was still available, and if I wanted to come see it, call them about 30 mins prior to my arrival to confirm and they will have it ready for me. 30 mins prior, I was about to leave work in Loma Linda, and called Reyna again to confirm that I was on my way. She confirmed with me the vehicle I was interested in, and told me shed have it ready. When I got there, I was informed that the vehicle I had inquired about had just sold. So, this dealership is not only lazy, and unprofessional, but also full of liars. Wasted my time. Will never go back here.
