I brought my 2019 Honda Civic after I was in a car collision, the passenger front side was smashed so bad I worried it would be declared a total loss or salvaged. RC was abel to fix it and my car looks like if it was never hit. I am beyond happy and satisfied with the work he did. UPDATE!!! My review has changed so I went to this shop after getting multiple quotes from caliber collision. I explained to the owner what I wanted and he gave me a price which was around half of what caliber would have charge to fix my bumper. At first when I picked up my vehicle I was super exciting and happy with the way my bumper looked. After returning home and examining the bumper I saw minor issues with it. And then after that I needed to check something under my hood and saw that there was no fender liner at the time I did not know what this was called. I also noticed spacing on the sides of the bumper that I could push in after a drive.I sent the owner photos of this and he replied just come in.After taking the vehicle back for the owner to look at he stated this is normal I also asked him about the clips on my bumper and explained to him I would want the fender liner and would have like for him to have installed one when he replaced my bumper.He then stated to me that the crucial side to have the bumper on was the passenger side. I began to research this to get the facts. Fender liners are necessary on both side of the car and are a crucial component to the vehicle. So overall I feel the bumper is decent but for 1,500 dollars Im disappointed that I feel he did not complete the work to best of his ability I should have to discover thats missing and then fact check. As a women I know sometimes mechanics or repair people will try pulling a fast one. In the future I will be going through my insurance and or ask lots more questions and get a proper quote.

HONEST AND AFFORDABLE! My wife got into an accident. RC was recommended to me by a very trusted friend so I knew it should be good. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an auto shop.At first it seemed like the other persons insurance was going to cover everything. Well turned out the person provided invalid insurance information and the agency did not show any coverage for that individual and now the cost was on us.RC had already walked me through the insurance claim process and how things would work but when this news came I didn’t know what to do.I called him immediately to let him know and said I can’t afford the work or the deductible at this time I had been out of work due to Covid. He was very understanding and worked out a deal with me so I could get the car fixed and running again for my family.RC was kind and understanding. I brought my car to Ramon for a body work and i cant thank him enough for the wonderful job he did. There was a 2-3inch hole on the rear bumper and after 3 days it was already done considering it was a fathers day weekend. He went above and beyond because I noticed the windshield and doors were cleaned which were a little dusty when I first brought it to him. He even gave me a little bit of touch up paint for my car. Ramon (RC) is very honest and nice. He knows and do body works, claim insurance etc. He is legit. He will make sure the job is done nicely and perfect.

Ramon did an incredible job on my car at at amazing price. another shop quoted me $300+ for a new side mirror and installation, but he did it for less than $100. He also did the work on my car caused by a fender bender. Everything looks and works great, and he even cleaned it before returning it to me. I would definitely come back here for more work!

Recently I have taken a brand new Nissan 370 Z Pearl White and a 2018 Camry to have body work and paint work done. Both cars came out perfect. The blending of the paint and quality of craftsmanship were so good not even I could tell he had done work on these vehicles. I have taken other vehicles to Ramon however these two really had to be perfect. The others have also turned out perfect. The vehicles I take to him all have to turn out where the most discriminating eye can not tell any work has been done. I have all the confidence in the world taking vehicles to Ramon and never look in on progress. I always wait till he calls and tells me to come pick-up the vehicle. Mind you each and every time I inspect the vehicle with a magnifying glass and have never been disappointed. Pricing and time are a HUGE factor for me.

Brought my 2016 Subaru to RC after I got hit it on the fwy by road debris. Most of the front was damaged including inside parts like radiator and such. He was very helpful and walked me through the whole insurance/claim process. He keep in contact and gave me updates on the status of the repairs. After it was done my car looked back to new. This guy is very reliable, and goes over what needs to be done step by step. Takes really good care of his customer. I bought my white 96 Honda in very bad condition, I needed help getting dents out of my car and was in need of a paint job. A friend of mine told me about RC auto so because I had already heard good things about it I thought Id give it a try. So I stopped by got to know Mr. RC the man who would be working on my car he was very friendly and patient with me. Sure enough he was #1 on my list, so I left my car with him and I couldnt have been any more happier with the results. My Honda was pearly white the inside was so shiny and clean. The tint on my window was really bad blurry could barely see out of it, he went out of his was to remove it so that I would be able to see. He also cleaned my lights so they were no longer dim, my AC was like new after his help. So if youre reading this I give him a 10/10 I can see in the way he cares for his clients and their cars that he loves what he does and theres no one else I would recommend or refer you to beside to RC auto concept. I went in with my Honda Accord on a Wednesday. It had a front end damages with had to b all replace and he had it done by Friday afternoon. I highly recommend this place. RC did an excellent job at fixing my broken mirror(it was almost hanging off) rotors, and brakes..I got my car back the same day.. I recommend if your looking for an honest shop who won’t over inflate cost take your car to RCUpdate ..I’m really disappointed in my brake service. My mother and I both got our brakes done. My mother’s within a couple days were grinding and squeeking. I told RC about it and he said it’s the brakes she brought which are from auto zone Duralast brand and she has used several times and never had issues until we used his service to fix them .. He said we should have used the ones he provides.Her brakes grind like they were never changed. He said he would fix and only charge for the labor .. WTH charge for what when you didn’t do it right the first timeNow mine; I used the brakes he provided and with in the first week mine were singing and singing loudly. It’s embarrassing every morning my neighbors know when I’m on the move ..He told me to bring it in.. I’m so angry I have to pay for new brakes for both cars AGAIN!!! I will not be going back ..
