I had the absolute best experience with sophia!! She was incredibly kind, patient, and helped me find exactly what i was looking for, and even more so. She was so informative and knowledgeable and knew what to look for. Not only did she help me, but she created the best experience possible. I definitely will be coming back! You need to come here if you are looking for any scents, for both men and women!!

I happened to visit this store today. Autumn helped me for about 30 minutes and was extremely patient with me. Got to smell many perfumes because they have coffee beans to smell in between perfumes.... did my xmas shopping already. Love it!!!

I was trying to resond to the young lady before me. I had a similar experience at Perfume Mania. The cashier was very unpfofessional. I looked away and glanced back and witnessed the cashier making a face to his co worker. The expression on my face let them know that I saw them. I shouldve walked out but refused to stoop to their level. I honestly believe I was sterotyped but it is ok. I will never visit Perfumania again!!!! Thanks

Went today to shop for mothers day. Very bad experience with customer service. I ask for a brand they didnt have. Then I decided thet since I was there already I could buy another one anyway but the lady I think her name is Zhales was pushing me to buy another perfume she offered me to try but I tough it was too strong. I told her wich one I wanted but she said the one I offered is more popular and one of her favorite...but I still didnt like it..I wanted to get something different so she took the one I asked rush to the cash register and charge and while still helping me she was talking to other customers and didnt even look at me..never say thanks after the purchase. She has terrible customers skills. First and last time I will shop there
