The first Chevron to not allow me to use the microwave to cook my lunch in a closed container :(. But at least the bathrooms are nice.

The pumps at this gas station are slow. Probably for on pump advertising at some point in time.About 2 gallons per minute max.

I live locally and stop here often on my way to work in the morning. Careful of the SJW Troll cashier... she’s not only rude, but lacks basic common sense. Hopefully chevron sends “it” back under the bridge

On Jan 22, 2021 I entered Chevron on 2789 E Bidwell St, Folsom, CA 95630to buy some drinks and snacks. I saw that coffee was not allowed to self serve so upon getting to the register I requested a cup of coffee. Chris the clerk had the audacity to exclaim out loud to me Really Dude, with this line. I dont know what kind of customer service is being trained at this location, but complaining about your job to the customer in a such a rude manner is not in the SOW Im pretty certain. He then directed a coworker to get the coffee, which they were out of and I had to get an alternative flavor. I see other reviews theres a pattern of poor customer service at this location. This person no longer needs to work in a front facing customer service position.

On 08-23-2020 around 0550 to 0600 t East Bidwell in Folsom the employee on staff was very rude about my military service to me and insisted that I should be ashamed because I had forgotten to wear a mask. He took quite a bit of my time instead of letting me leave and get out by engaging in a needless dispute. He was far reaching outside the job description for a chevron employee . I find this employees behavior discriminative towards U.S. military and less than American.

Lady at the register was extremely rude 9-1-20. Her poor decisions in life should be kept to herself, not taken out on customers who just want to buy some gas and a scratcher

The gas station itself is fine and all, but there is something I really have to address. There is a nice gap between the sidewalk and the parking lot that was GREAT for skateboarding. My 14 yr old self loved this gap. It has however since been diminished by a cement curb at the takeoff location, essentially turning this once fun trick gap into mostly a straight Ollie gap.

Amazing place every time Ive been here Wade is awesome awesome doing an excellent job while connection customer customer service! If these reviews help at all to do this I would like to recommend a raise youre doing an excellent job with excellent customer service.

The employees are super attentive and kind. Ive been here several times and the cashier is always going out of his way to help. Definitely a go to place if you need gas or some snacks!

They make their own rules. Always 2 people in uniform but one standing around not helping clients. Make their own rules. This location is the reason i refuse to go to chevron.

The customer service here is awesome !! They know how to keep customers coming like me im in there 2 times a day and always greeted in the best manor. All of the guys who work there need to be more appreciated for there great work.Thanks for always taking care of me . Rhonda Bridge

This car wash acts weird.. Beware of the thing in the front after car wash is over. It rolls down while you finish drying your car and it doesnt go away.I called the gas station while we were in the car wash. I told the guy on the phone it looks like its gonna hit our car. He said its a delay in the system and asked me if it fixed itself. It did but freaked out my wife in her brand new car. So if you know about it why not fix it.

Recently installed new pumps and they do not work for sh-t.... not coming here anymore :(
