I made my purchase from the highway 67 branch in Florissant, MO. I had initially planned to buy a different bed from a different store/company. But the salesperson seemed indifferent and acted like I was a bother, I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by the store manager, Ryan S. Ryan was AWESOME! He not only gave us his undivided attention, but was knowledgeable about the products, and answered all of our questions. He helped me find a bed comparable to what I was initially wanting. Ryan S. is exactly the type of salesperson a consumer wants. Knowledgeable, receptive, informative, professional, and caring. He truly wanted to give us a good buying experience, AND for us to be happy with our purchases! Now I’m just waiting for my bed delivery. I’m hoping the delivery and set up goes as well as my buying experience has gone. And now I plan on contacting RYAN S about purchasing a bed for my mother as well! I can recommend this store branch as a great place to go for your purchase. But again, I have not yet received my bed and hope the experience continues to be a good one to completion.

Our Salesman Ryan Stunkel did an outstanding job. He took his time, and asked all the right questions about our sleep habits and our health that pertained to buying a new mattress. He then showed us all the differences in the mattresses and explained in detail how they worked. My wife did a check online with the other mattress stores and saw that price wise we would not get as much for as good a product that he was offering. We decided to buy from him. Ryan then worked out the best deal that he could for us and we purchased from Mattress Firm. Stopped in looking for a queen mattress for my daughter. Both employees were currently with a customer and I was greeted immediately and said that they would be with me shortly. I purchased a mattress for my son about 3 weeks ago. He was fine with it for about 2 weeks then he complained about the firmness, so we went back in to the store, upgraded his mattress, and paid the difference. No hassles, no questions asked, just switched out the mattresses. As usual, the staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. I bought my mattress from here about 7 years ago. When its time for me to get a new one, I will be coming back.

Where should I begin?? I had a great experience from the time I called this location. I spoke with Jim and informed him of what I was looking for, he was patient and happy to help. When I arrived he greeted me and took me directly to what I expressed I was interested in. He was very personable and was able to meet the requests of my partner and I, restoring our faith in Mattress Firm after a terrible experience from another location. I was skeptical about spending so much money on a mattress and base. After talking and trying mattresses out, Kavash and Andy were both very helpful and we were able to get the bed we wanted! They helped us stay within budget and also I was able to get my adjustable base! The best one they had in store! So far so good. My mattress came on Monday and today is Wednesday. I love the vibration features on the adjustable base! I didn’t want to leave without it and they made it happen for us!

I really like Mattress Firm. They do exactly what they say they do. If you are not happy with your mattress in the first 124 days which is I believe almost 4 months. They will give you a new mattress. Also today not only are they going to deliver a new mattress I get a pillow added to my order. As a bonus

Mattress Firm website ordering had really caused me to see Mattress Firm in an unfavorable light, but the store manager of my local store restored my trust in Mattress Firm. Everything the web ordering service got wrong my local store manager made right! Mattress Firm Corporate should be giving him a bonus/incentive because I know if he helped me he has likely helped others. Mattress Firm never forget about the people that make you look good daily; your local manager, your local sales, and local delivery team. These are the ones that Matter the Most! You could not do it without them.

We weren’t to sure how all this worked but she led us through all the different mattresses and of course we found the one. My husband thought he found the perfect bed for us! The bed cost hundreds of dollars so I would have thought it was perfect too. He purchased it in the end of November. We both hate the bed. Our backs ache almost every morning and we never feel well rested. They offered him a FREE pillow and mattress cover with what they call the 120 night Sleep Trial. My advice....Do not accept the FREE offers. This trial is not as free as they say. They are charging us for the FREE items as well as $80 for them to come and pick it up. The salesman at the store informed me that that is how they profit even if you dont want the items in the end. # If you dont have money to waste, I would suggest that you dont fall for their definition of FREE!

Yesterday when the young salesman told me that I was getting the price of a full size down to a single I was impressed but free delivery. Today I was in a hurry to leave and didnt check until I got home to see I was charged for delivery.

I needed a good bed for my nephew very quickly and mattress firm delivered! Not literally (although I think they do deliver). We were the only ones in the store at the time and the associate who helped us, Kenneth Greider, was amazing. Not only did he make the whole process painless and fast, we figured out the cash business quickly (they dont have cash drawers so take a debit or credit card!) and rounded up and gave the extra to charity. He answered all our questions with ease and efficiency AND when all was said and done, even helped us cram the bed into our undersized car. I would definitely recommend checking out this particular mattress firm!
