Well what can I tell you, my 1st impression was how cramped the store feels. You have narrow isles stuff in the isles for that special sale of the day.There is no qualms about the product, some delicacies that no one has, to everyday necessary items. Just is cramped.I hate to say it, but I will not go back anytime soon.Suggestion: annex the Starbucks and expand store. Keep the same stuff, just add more room/space to the rest.

Friendly place to shop. They follow social distancing shopping and during checkout. Shelves are well stocked.

I appreciated from staff they are helpful other wise finding items out of shelves very complicated end than one way rule not helping at all all we need is mask on and social distance

You cannot return anything you buy there. They claim store policy but they did not post that sign of no return at the check out. I brought 2 jars of apple sauce unopened. Say no return of any items. It is not NJ law it is Kings buyer be aware. Dishonest shopping chain

I certainly liked the dishes and customer service, excellent area to where I live. The employees are always super nice. Will come back again.

They have some items that are not available elsewhere which is why I shop here occasionally, but they are too expensive compared to other local stores such as Stop and Shop and even Whole Foods.

Everything here is overpriced and this grocery store is only good for rich people. Ridiculously high prices for soups and the salad bar. The place is understaffed, since there are only two cashiers at the busy parts of the day. Kings parking lots sucks and is dangerous even though the store doesnt seem so busy in the inside. Otherwise this store is great in terms of produce, cleanliness, groceries, friendliness, etc.

Love, Love, Love this store!! I wish we had Kings in Michigan. Whenever I visit NJ I go to Kings for everything. The best produce and food selections; also a great place to buy flowers for gifts.

This is the best supermarket in the area... And with their great diversity of quality Produce, Cheeses and Gourmet Treats, it is my go-to place during the week!

Friendly staff, fresh items, great location, reasonable prices.

Its very clean, has a nice staff, a bit pricey. Nice salad and soup bars. Parking is always a bit tricky.

I have been working in the area for over a decade and while I will never do serious grocery shopping here (too expensive) I will stop in on occasion for small items and that amazing mezze bar that has really good falafel. I dont know about the past and I never had to deal with management but the people that work like stock help and cashiers some have been there as long as Ive been working in the area and they are always so friendly. Ive gone in here not in the best of moods but one cashier that works there she is always so nice and you cant help but smile and be nice and its a genuine kindness not that in your face over the top customer service but just nice and good at her job thats hard to come by nowadays

Great food at fairly high prices. Smaller store so they cant fit as much variety into their footprint.

My wife does most of the shopping. I didn’t have the store card on me. I explained this nicely to the cashier and asked if a store card could be entered. Apparently not. We won’t be shopping here any more. It’s the little things.

Good in a pinch ... if you need something fast. Otherwise you can best serve yourself by going to Stop and Shop or Shop Rite where quality is just as good. KINGS Prices are ridiculously higher than most stores for same brand

A little disappointed in kings this morning i was looking for Turkey wings asked a manager about turkey wings his answer was a flat no😠😠😠there was a cart of boxes with meat on it he never looked on there didnt look in the back just no !!!!!!!

No lines. No empty shelved

Bought some expensive sirloin steaks in Kings Florham Park. We were disappointed that the steaks were tough and grizzly. Two steaks were so bad we had to through them in the garbage. We will never buy meat in this store again.

More expensive than the trader joes across the street, but theres always parking. Also had much more convenient hours.

Very poor managed supermarket chain especially the one in florham park , will not go there again the store manager is very rude to customers and unprofessionally yells at employees that work there , take it somewhere else , customers dont want to see that . Other supermarkets in the area are cheaper and their store managers are a lot more friendly

Prices are too damn high but overall very neat and organized. All questions get answered by customer service and they go above and beyond to help out.
