He understand really well our needs and, most importantly, he worked good with the amount that we expecting. Finally, we completed the purchase and are extremely pleased. Went in since they had the exact Escalade I wanted. I wanted to get deal done that same day. They preceded to tell me when talking about price that they do not honor any relationships, furthermore charged 15k above MSRP. I acquiesced to their number due to the climate, and had one ask to have the car done the same day, they said no. Not only were there condescending in the deal, the way it was presented was one of the worst I’ve seen, ever. Condescending and not customer focused whatsoever. Completely transactional on their own accord..

Horrible experience. Sales Manager thinks he owns the place. Sales rep failed to tell me after speaking and going online with rep on phone that the vehicle i was on my way to buy was 25k over msrp. I have no issues with anyone selling their product for whatever price they desire. However. Dont make someone drive 45 minutes one way to switch them. Typical car salesman. Typical bait and switch. Will never buy fom this dealer. Advice for the young sales rep. Dont get into this habit. Or you will be a weasel your whole life.

I recently purchased my vehicle and took it to Open Road Cadillac to have an oil change and tire rotation. The Service Rep. advised me that my back tires werent good and they wouldnt do the tire rotation. He then proceeded to give my vehicle an oil change. When my dealer called me to see how I was doing with my vehicle I told him about the back tires and the oil change, he then informed me to get my money back because the dealership had given me an oil change and Open Road Cadillac should have seen that and informed me that an oil change wasnt necessary. So the dealership is giving me a letter to take to Open Road Cadillac to get my money back. I understand times are hard for everyone but honesty goes a long way. I will NOT be returning and I will NOT recommend them to anyone.!!!

Purchased a 2021 Escalde Sport and could not be more disappointed with this dealership. They delivered the vehicle having had paint work on the passengerside quarter panel with no disclosure as well as the rear tailgate scratched beyond belief. It looks as though the emblems had been hacked off with a screw driver....I sent photos to my salesman and requested new emblems. I was not requesting compensation for the damages and was told they will not provide new emblems but I can call there parts dept and order them. Thats a really nice way to treat a customer that just spent 120k with you over some $80 dollar emblems. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership.

We recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes we found online from Open Road. We met with Daryyl - if you do go to Open Road , make sure you ask for and book your appointment with Darryl. My husband needed an upgrade but loved his car. Open Road just happened to have a used 2018 ATS available so i talked him into going to look at it. Dominick helped my husband to test drive the car and take it home. We did not check the reviews before coming in because he was taking his other car there for service and was treated well. I did not purchase a vehicle, but I did view a used vehicle at this location. Sam treated my girlfriend and I no different than any other customer coming in to buy a new Cadillac. I will wait to see what happens tomorrow however right my experience has not been good at all.Well I was told that I would have had a loaner available for me today. As I will be without my truck for a few days. I’m getting a new transmission put in. I need to be at work for 8am in the morning. I have already lost a day of work for today. Simply because I was told the loaner wouldn’t be available until in the afternoon. I was told that someone will reach out to me and confirm my pick up time. Now I called to follow up and No One has a clue about me getting a loaner. The service agent Matt had informed that that it was taken care of. However now I’m in a position of losing another day of work. This is unacceptable as I only ok the work because I was told something would be available for me today.

I bought my 2016 Cadillac escalade from them after 2 or 3 Months I got transmission problem since then I be coming to this location and they always just change transmission oil and temporarily fixed the problem but every 5 to 6 mo the I have to come back but they been doing same thing but problem is not been fixed that was first time buying Cadillac and looks like it the Last because of the service I get from them hi to Toyota dealer and see the difference much better then them I got 3 Toyota cars and suv never had any problem with them so no more Cadillac dont take wrong its beautiful in looking only but they been having problems with there transmission and other stuff I was in love with this suv but these people broke my heart
