If anyone’s ever looking for a brow god or waxer, go to SOMA. She is AMAZING. She is the most kindest person, and makes you feel so comfortable during your visit.. and I’ve gotten every body part waxed by her before sorry for the tmi but for the people who get uncomfortable she is someone that’ll make you feel comfortable. I’ve been going to her for about a year now. I feel her talent isn’t noticed as it should be. She’s one of the best brow artist I’ve been to, and I’m very particular about my eyebrows. I just thought I’d give her a shout out and share her talent if anyone’s ever looking for a wax

I’ve been getting waxes at this location for at least three years now. They’re always on time, professional, and extremely clean. You absolutely have to use Soma. She’s the best! My actual wax service is perfectly and carefully done every single time, and she makes you feel so comfortable. She’s such a blast to talk to, you forget you’re being waxed.

I highly recommend get waxed by Anacecilia! She does such a great job and she’s always very nice and respectful. The room is alway clean and sanitized.

5 stars for this facility. Nicole was not only personable, but professional. She made me feel extremely comfortable. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely will be going more often. The ladies at the front counter were very informational offering any promos that they had, along with deals for the week/month. The facility is clean, welcoming, and I would highly recommend anyone that needs to get a wax to go here. Thank you Nicole for an awesome experience!

LOVE ,LOVE,LOVE this location ! Now my mom , sister , and niece goes here because of me hehehe. I work in a city close to Florham Park so this is super convenient for after work. The girls at the front desk are always so warm and friendly, and knowledgeable. If you don’t get waxed here then girl you are missing out!! 10 stars !!!!

Its OK - I recently went and didnt have the same person I usually do and the amount of hair that was still left was shocking. I was actually annoyed b/c in certain spots it didnt even look like I was waxed. While I understand that theres never really a perfect wax I feel that the hair that is LONG and VISIBLE should be removed. The girls who work at the counter are awful very rude and dismissive. Pricing is on par to any other waxing center around but given this is ALL they do, I would expect more from the individuals who work there (especially those providing the actual wax services)

I recently purchased a wax pass for the year because I go get a Brazilian so frequently (every other week) I have been to this location before and had a positive experience. Last week I went and I thought my vagina literally got burned from the wax temperature. When I told the girl waxing me she was like “it’s fine, it’s not too hot.” I told her several times. I still tipped her although I wanted to give her $0. Management of this location: your staff should know better and be trained that the customer is right. Especially when it comes to hot wax on your crotch.

Ana Cecilia is the best, I used to be afraid of the pain but she makes you feel so comfortable you forget! Cheryl at the front desk is a sweetheart, always accomodating. This is isnt the closest location to me but I continue to come here for the staff.

I have been waxing for 20 years and this is by far the best place to go. Its the wax... It doesnt hurt as much as traditional wax. The place is super clean, friendly and not intimidating at all. If you have never waxed and want to start, this is the place to go.

Just moved in the neighborhood this summer & was looking for a new waxer. I have to admit, I was hesistant about trying a new place because I’ve been with my waxer back home for over 5 years. A friend of mine recommended EWC to me so I decided to give it a try. I was greeted by a really nice girl named Blair! Who totally made me feel comfortable and paired me with a great waxer Maddy. And OMG - the job was quick & as painless as could be. Blair recommended a package deal for me which ended up saving me a lot of money in the long run. I wanted to go a few times before leaving review.. just got my 3rd wax & defintey will be returning, 5 STARS!

The place itself was nice and they use hard wax but I was not happy with the end result especially since their entire business is supposed to be specialized in waxing. I went in for a bikini line wax and was in and out in 5 minutes. The esthetician was very nice and made you feel comfortable but was WAY too fast. She did not let the wax dry long enough to grab every hair, leaving many straggling hairs behind. Not only that but it was not a clean line, leaving me with a zig zag effect. I will be going back to the spa at Bangz in Montclair.
