I deal with several medical suppliers in the course of caring for my disabled brother. Lincare is BY FAR the worst to deal with. From oxygen supplies to feeding supplies, I have never had a good customer service experience with them. We used them for a short time for Bi-Pap supplies and their respiratory therapist (Tracy) was so rude, unprofessional, and incompetent, I switched to a different company. I wish I could do the same for feeding supplies but they are the only Medicare contractor. They have had my brothers account on hold for 3 months so Ive had to order feeding syringes from Amazon. Supposedly someone named Leah is handling his case but I cant call her directly and she rarely returns calls. When she finally did call last week, she claimed they had the wrong number for the doctor. That was obviously not true as she had spoken with the nurse multiple times. Even if that was true, had she actually called me back like I had asked repeatedly, Id have given her the number. So now, for the 4th month in a row, I will have to pay out of pocket for syringes. He also needs his feeding tube changed and I cant order that from Amazon, so their laziness and incompetence is now jeopardizing my brothers health. If you have the option, steer clear of Lincare. Id give zero stars if I could.

I had a great experience with this Lincare location. I called to ask about transferring o2 care for my mother. Gerald explained and assisted with everything I needed and he also offered advice on how to make better use of the components and oxygen system. I wish more businesses were as helpful.

I’ve delt with this company for several years. Yes it was a rough several years until the last year. This location received a new manager Tonya . She has completely turned the place around. Yes there is always room for improvement. Even the employees are much more friendlier . If you have been with the company you know it has gotten better. They truly do care.

I have dealt with these people for a while now and they are the rudest women Ive ever seen running any kind of business period. They refuse to work with their patients on days and times and are argumentative constantly. Then they tell you that you have to go into their office to get your oxygen...a disabled patient??? Even my own doctor has kicked their staff out of his office. Their Cincinnati location also charged my insurance for a cpap machine I never even received! This location needs to be shut down!

Got stuck with Lincare after they purchased American Home Patient. My experience went from pleasant to absolutely, positively the worst I have ever experienced. I echo the comments of others here that they WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. I took to just visiting their office unannounced to get my questions answered.If you are stuck with Lincare due to your insurance you might try the location in Cincinnati. They have awful ratings but in desperation I tried them and had a reasonably positive experience there. Since they also have poor ratings maybe my experience is not typical but it maybe worth a try.

Their website is useless unless you are paying a bill, hard to contact anyone about problems. Ive emailed and called about receiving the wrong products and still get them auto-delivered. They have billed me for products that my insurance has already covered. Terrible company!

I have had a few negative interactions with Lincare the past few days. From being on hold for almost 25 minute for one call, to a rude customer service agent who didnt know the answers to my questions and hanging up on me, to another 15+ minute wait when trying to contact my local office, to a person who didnt know how to answer my questions.None of the people Ive encountered seem very happy to be working there, which tells me the problem is much deeper than the front line staff Ive dealt with.

Very rude office. Phone calls not returned. Told me they do not do coutesy calls on giving a time to pick up equipment. Told me to expect them from 10 to 5. No time they would give. Told me I could put equipment on my front porch. When I refused they said well you could bring it in to our office. I said thats not right..this is suppose to be home care services. I was a home health nurse many years and this is the poorest customer service for DME!! SAD I SEE ALL THESE VERY POOR REVIEWS. I called the corporate office and reported them. Florence Lincare get your act together!! Very very disappointed and I will no longer refer them to anyone!!

Terrible customer service and record keeping. Have been dealing with the same issue for over a year and still no results. Billing dept. keeps transferring call to the local office and local office says they know nothing about billing, at least they are right about that. Equipment was turned in well over a year ago and still the tech that picked it up has never turned in the paperwork. Have sent them the signed sheet from when the tech picked it up they tell me it has been taken care of and like clock work in two week get a letter stating account going to collection agency. If you have another option beside Lincare I would look into it for sure. Absolutely appalling how they try to strong arm the elderly.

I seldom feel the need to write negative reviews, however, this companys customer service is appalling. I scheduled an appointment for my mothers concentrator to be checked and continued to get calls reminding me to schedule. When I explained that I have an appointment and that these repeated calls are annoying and unnecessary, the last representative was SO RUDE and hung up on me. In this day and age, its ridiculous that they dont have better communication or a means to store and retrieve data. When I called back, I received Lincares answering service and was told that they get these complaints about this company all the time. Im in the process of seeing if there is another supply company I can use. AVOID THIS INEPT COMPANY!

Most incompetent bunch of people Ive ever dealt with in my life. Trying for over 2 months to get CPAP supplies, have never returned phone calls when theyve said they would, no one seems to have any knowledge about anything, and even one of the employees stated it didnt surprise him that calls werent being returned. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I plan on switching to another provider as soon as possible.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We have been trying for a month and a half to have them come pick up the oxygen equipment & no one will pick it up. I have been hung up on by the store manager Tanya, and the Area manager Scott will not call us back. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Have to agree with others---- worse experience ever. First, no one told me they took over my acct from American Home Patient. Then I get a call saying your supplies are ready to ship, I ignored thinking it a scam. Then I finally am home when the call came in and they told me they were my cpap supplier but needed approval to ship. Gave approval. Then never received supplies. Called them back, said I had to have my meter read. Took to Tracey in Florence, who wasnt there for the appointment, but did come in later. She read though she had an attitude. Said all was well. Now 6 weeks later, still no supplies. I call again and they act like it us a brand new order, need all my information again. I need a new supplier.

Horrible service, my father was released from hospital 15 days ago and we are still fighting to get them to deliver his breathing machine. The way they treat the elderly is horrible! I feel so bad for the ones that have no one to fight for them. This company needs the contract taken away ASAP!!!
