Not only did Reed (owner) not call to check if anything had been done on the setup... which we had to pretty much do everything... underpin wasn’t in, paid extra for block to be in certain spots (never got done), had power line above ground which he was told 4 times we wanted underground and than told us the guy charged him 400 extra and wanted us to pay that but that was in our paper work so he couldn’t get nothing for his mistake. Painting the inside ... still hasn’t been fixed. The AC unit only works on half the house...now someone from destiny will have to fix that. The paint code that reeds worker got was all wrong and he only painted the spots so now you see two different colors on the wall and he still hasn’t bothered to get the right color to us... also my garden tub has some type of sticky stuff all over it and foot prints are everywhere. I have scrubbed it with everything I could think of... apparently it’s overspray or something. Also, back screen for door doesn’t even fit this house... guess Reed needed it elsewhere.Once they get paid they don’t do NOTHING!! Can’t even get a call back.Don’t buy from them... waste of time and money!

Good visit, homes are well accessable, clean. Sales guy was genuinely helpful and they had models we havent seen anywhere else.

Riverside Homes owners only want to sell an home, they dont care about customers at all! Once they receive your money, they dont care anymore. Dont believe any of these good reviews that are listed, theyre all from the staff at Riverside. Chris was the only decent guy and if I didnt start my buying process with him, I would have went elsewhere to purchase a home. They tell you to write down all of your issues with the home and never take care of it. If you want to buy a home, DONT look here, please go elsewhere. Terrible service and maintenance. The maintenance guy advised ME to buy finishing nails and complete the cosmetic work. What a joke, I wouldnt advise anyone to go here, theres plenty other places that care about more than your money.

If you want the best--go here!!! These people are awesome. They made sure everything was taken care of and kept me very well informed throughout the entire process!!!! You wont find a better place to buy your home from..Tell them I sent you because they told me they do $250.00 referrals and I would love a referral fee!!!!

Let me start off by saying that my husband and I are both 23 and look very young on top of that. We visited all the other mobile home sales places along the strip across from the airport and we didnt find any other place that took us seriously. As soon as we got to Riverside Mr. Donnie (our salesman) helped us. It was very busy that day. We told him what we were looking for and he recommended houses for us to look at. He answered all of our questions and gave us info on the houses. I meet the owner Mr. Reed he was very nice and professional. The certified loan officer Mrs. Brenda was also very polite and professional. We would recomend you see for yourself!! We are happy homeowners now thanks to the team at riverside!!! You wont be disappointed!!

They will lead u to think one thing and u will get something else and then leave u hanging .that was my experience with this people .will not come and level Trailor.put down payment On one. and get a total different one . others may have had good experience with them but. I didnt

Stopped here today and glad I did. Mr. Robert (GM) really took his time and explained every detail of how it all works (since I’m a first timer). He was patient and allowed me and my daughter to look at the home and take photos to show my husband that was at work. I absolutely love the mobile home I looked at today above all the price is so much better than I’ve seen anywhere else. I actually can’t wait for my bank app at the other place I was shopping to come back so I can go in and start my paperwork with Mr. Robert! Thank you so much for everything today! You definitely took the cold feet away from me when it comes to buying my family a new home💙

I visited several manufactured dealers and this one was the best! They provided the model that I truly wanted and they acquired the financing for me that no other dealer could provide. Their service is great....Sidney is wonderful and repaired any problems that I had and quickly.

This place is like no other!!!! Awesome staff...Great customer service.. After service care on the homes is exceptional!!! They even come out to make repairs the same day as the call was placed.

Back in in March I filled out an application for Riverside and was approved. I had my down payment and all was good. There was a problem with paperwork regarding survey. By the time the correction was made the bank had to run my credit again. Well my score dropped. Riverside sent my application to other banks that would accept my credit score. Long story short. I moved in my new house in October. After I moved in I made a list of things that needed to be repair. My list was taken care of and each time i called afterwards with a problem it was addressed and handled. My experience with Riverside was great! I recommend you to stop by and give Riverside a try.

I went to every mobile home lot in Florence and Riverside was on my way out. I had driven 2 hrs. I spoke to Chris and he was very upfront and informative. Chris, Reid and Brenda are all very helpful and caring. Reid and Brenda even came to my lot and told me everythimg that I need from A-Z. I would recommend Riverside to everyone.

I feel who ever experienced a problem at Riverside Homes inc, Should make some posters and put them up around town on poles, to warn peoples about Riverside Homes, so if they want to shop at this place and give them they money or not. Put posters up everyone. Good luck and God bless

I am a 26 year old African American female, but I do look younger. I came to Riverside looking to purchase my first home. I must say if I was a mystery shopper they would have definitely FAILED. Soon as I came in the door, one employee shouted to the other “Can you help this little girl”......definitely an insult considering I’m here to do business. Then the guy that “helped” me seemed aggravated with my questions. I explained to him I was a first time buyer and needed some insight. I just didn’t feel welcomed at all. Still In Persue of my dream home but will not recommend Riverside.

After a detrimental loss in our family and having to take in my father in law and care for him we had no choice but to upsize our home. We went to Riverside homes through several references and not only did they help us , they went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. They worked countless hours to get our home ready to be moved in. Went here yesterday to look at some homes. The salesman didnt want to show us what we were interested in. Then the owner shows up out of nowhere asking why the salesman is showing us the nicer homes. The owner is a complete racist individual who obviously doesnt care that he is treating his customers disrespectfullu and illegally. My advice: AVOID THIS PLACE. HONESTLY THEY DONT DESERVE A 1 STAR RATING AFTER THE COMMENTS HE MADE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Once they get there money, you are left with unfinished floors,electrical and plumbing. They will avoid your calls and not fix problems. They broke my septic, left pipes unattached (which caused backups for a year), left siding bowed and did not stretch carpet in house. I think banks should withhold a portion of monies until all work is complete to satisfaction. Please heade my warning! !!!

Will never again or even recommend anyone to purchase from here. Made mine and my husbands first time home buying experience a complete nightmare! My suggestion to all considering purchasing from here......stay far, FAR away!
