THE LAST CYLINDER I LET THEM REPAIR LEAKED DOWN FROM DAY ONE AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS TESTED UPON PICK UP BUT WHEN I MOVED THE PISTON, NOT A DROP OF FLIUD WAS PRESENT WHICH TOLD ME IT WASNT TESTED. I CAN GO ON WITH THE LIES FROM THIS PLACE. .YOU WILL BE TOLD THEY TRIED TO CALL FOR DAYS BUT NOT HAVE ANY MISSED CALLS. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.Take your business to U.S. HYDRAULICS FOR COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY. Great place very helpful

A friend of mine used them in our opinion they are very dishonest they quote one price and charge another . They also promised to meet a certain deadline and didn’t even come close to meeting that date.

Great place, very nice customers service. Made a new hydraulic cylinder rod quickly and had my equipment back up and running just in time so that all jobs stayed on schedule.

Great people who do great work!

Looks like a nice place. Nice people. But they really stick it to you if youre from out of town. Nothing but trouble from the start. The service guy didnt have any tools! Not even a screwdriver. But that didnt stop him from billing for the service call. After watching us remove the parts ( with our tools!) And put them in the back of his truck. He was supposed to return the parts the next day (Friday) he even called to say he was on his way. He never showed... didnt even have the decency to call. So now its Monday. I had to pick up the parts myself and pay a Bill that says they made 2 service calls and put everything back together and tested it. Somehow they did this with no tools and Im still putting everything back together as Im writing this! Even though I complained a little, it fell on deaf ears. I know times are hard, but if you steal from your customers, you not only lose their business. You lose everyone they know and then some.
