They do have tons of stuff but are so over priced on a lot of things. They actually need to have a really good sale to clean out some of their mess.

This is by far the worst thrift store I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here to anyone. The pricing is absolutely ridiculous!! This is a resellers nightmare! It is very clear they eBay items and make it impossible for flippers to shop here. They don’t care to ever organize or clean and the staff is very unfriendly. Do not shop here!!

They are extremely over priced for used stuff--- suggestion-- cut your price and sell more volume and youll have more of a cash flow

Prices are way to high..$79 for an old TV...... ridiculous...all treasures are all found and overpriced.....you are lucky to find a deal here.

I wish I could give 0 stars, outrageous prices for junk and beat up furniture. Whoever does pricing should be ashamed.

I love donating to Greater Florence Habitat for Humanity. Unlike other donation sites, 100% of the proceeds stay in Florence and go to building homes for local families. This is a cause I can get behind. The staff has always been so helpful and while the inventory is great, they know whats available and have always me right to the item(s) requested. I will continue donating and supporting!

Manager is super nice. There was a tank stand with a too-large tank on it with the tanks sides overhanging about 4-5 inches on each side. Obviously didnt go with it, and the young guy was adamant not to sell it separately. Oh well.

I like this new location a lot better than the old location. Lots of stuff to go through and right now December the 9th 2019 everythings half off except a couple items.

The new employees stalk you like your going to steal, the Male has and snappy attitude. Since they change employees it been very uninviting I have been going there for 2 yrs never again will I spend my money there.

Friendly staff. Ladies at the donation drop off are very nice and appreciative. Staff in the store were helpful as well.
