My first visit here and they have a variety of items. Weave, wigs, color, earrings etc. The staff is very nice and the manager was so very helpful in explaining and finding the items I was looking for on my list. There were a some items without pricing. However, I would definitely recommend.

This beauty supply store in a great location. Store stock very will. You dont feel comfortable because you feel eyes on you. They supply their store with African American products but they dont care for us, just the money. Poor customer service. Very unfriendly.

This place has a wide selection but dont be black they watch you so hard it makes you uncomfortable.

They have alot in boxes of stuff. Stuff kind of everywhere. They dont help you find what youre looking for and you have to salvage through stuff to find what youre looking for. Also there prices are way too high. I came there as a stylist. They offered a discount on the product instead of the hair.. thats crazy .. you are supposed to get a discount on the hair not the product. I got 1 product for 9.99 and everything else was hair that came up to over $100 alone they refused to give stylist discount on hair but only in product. I do hair not product.

Good store. The owners fairly pleasant. They dont seem to follow you every step like in some beauty supply stores. Good selection. Crowded but its not too hard to find what you need. They have staff in the store to assist with wigs and finding things. Prices seem fair enough. Great hair selection. I couldnt find eye makeup today but I am.sure they stock some. Oh wig caps are like $1.00 and you can try one 3 wigs before having to purchase another. Something like that. Overall its my choice in the area

The service in this store is horrible. The owner/manager is very rude. I dont understand why we continue to patronize these type of stores. When the service is awful. They feel their no return policy or no refund is fair and just. I guess they can get away with practice because we continue to patronize their business. *REMEMBER THEY NEED YOU MORE THAN YOU NEED THEM. Without you, their business would none existence. Demand better service and conditions. I will not do business where you cant try a product on before purchase especially if that business has a no return or refund policy. I will never visit this store again unless there are major changes. I dont need them, they need my money and business.

I like this store but have chosen to no longer shop there. I went to buy 1 package of hair to finish my daughters hair but was not allowed to use my debt card because my purchase was under $5. In most states it is illegal to charge a credit card processing fee. I am from up North and have found that SC has defied so many moral laws of conduct its insane!! I was extremely upset and now my daughter will be waiting until tomorrow when I have enough money to make a purchase elsewhere so that I can finish her hair. If you need it, chances are they have it but The store is over stocked and they really need to find a better way to organize things so sometimes finding things yourself can be overwhelming but they have staff willing to assist you with finding the right products for your hair or beauty needs

From my experience, the staff were friendly, willing to answer questions. I love to stop there when Im in Florence because of their large selection.

If its not on the shelf they have it in storage in back. Love this!!!!

It is a bit clutter but I loved it the hair is lovely. They are nice as well with their customer service and my main peppis they do not follow you around in the store! Shop at your own risk but I love it.

If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. The owner once snatched hair out of my hand and threw it on the floor. They obviously don’t respect or value their black customers because they’re always accusing innocent people of stealing and making them empty out purses. The store is very cluttered trying to find what you need is horrible. If you value great customer service, clean environment , and respect then this is NOT the place to go!

I pretty much shop here often for my hair. The owners are ok with me but I have seen them fuss with others. Over all I rather shop at this location then others.

Today customer service was great. The owner (the man) carried on a pleasant conversation with me. In the past customer service was awful especially with his wife (if thats his wife). My rating is based on todays experience only.

Incredibly rude owners. I wont be returning here. I came in looking for kids hair accessories and was yelled at as if I didnt understand where he was directing me in the store. I actually wanted to look around but was followed through out the store. We were in the store for 10 minutes and I put my items back and left. Roses had a great selection of barrettes and the like so we purchased there. I would give this place 0 stars and say avoid the rude and racist owners. The hair store in the old Bi-lo shopping center is better and im not treated rudely when I shop there.

Used to be a long-time customer. Now, I will never return. Ive seen others accused of certain actions. Eventually, it happened to my 10-year old daughter. They dont deserve my money.

Terrible customer service! I was never asked If I needed help or greeted. When I asked about a wig and I was told to just bring it to the counter. When I went to get the wig and couldnt find it, I went to the counter to ask for help again and the store owner replied with Idk. If thats how all customers are treated I dont know how theyre still open.
