Im treated with disrespect every time i attempt to give this place any of my business. Carla (at least thats what she said her name was, very old lady with brown hair, looks like she smokes two cigarettes packs a day) is extremely rude. This is the second time Ive gone in to have a piece of glass cut when calling beforehand and she has blatantly lied to me when I got into the store telling me they dont cut glass. The first time I came in with a measurement, and was told that they dont cut glass at all. After speaking with a very old man, he went and cut the piece of glass for me immediately. Today, I returned to get another piece of glass cut, and was met by the same witch. She again told me that they dont cut glass there, and when I told her Ive had glass cut there before she told me I was a liar, and told me no one by the description of the person who cut my glass before worked there. A different man walked up after I told her I had just spoke to somebody on the phone a few minutes prior before leaving to come up there. He took the piece of glass, measured it, and cut it for me no problems! I dont understand why she wants to turn away business so badly, but Carla definitely wants this business to fail and is working her hardest to make sure that happens. I tried to give this company a second shot after being disrespected the first time, and was only met with more disrespect from a selfish worker who deserves to be reprimanded. I will absolutely never support this business again, and will be sending all of my friends and family to Martins hardware in Genesee for any of their glass needs since the woman at Ace refuses to allow them business with cutting glass.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Trustworthy and caring, definitely a good place to go if you have questions or could use some expert advice.
