Decent selection of organic produce, fresh fruit, etc. Closest grocery store to my house, but I definitely prefer Kroger to WalMart.

Too crowded!!! PLUS...Be nice for some decent senior &/or disabled hours. The aisles have always been too narrow and I dont get why theyve never tried to fix this after all these years. When you have disabled people like myself & many others, all we want is to shop safely and comfortably, something that is sorely lacking, in this particular Kroger especially. Using an assistive device makes the shopping experience at this particular Kroger even more of a nightmare... Be in a wheelchair, rollator walker, cane... And then dont try to add a car to the mix on top of that. Kroger doesnt seem to care.

Stopped in before work. I usually only stop at gas station because its been getting worse area over the years but I stopped in store before work, BIG MISTAKE!!! As I walked out in an almost empty parking lot, a man pulled up really close to my car window down, its 10 degrees and arm hanging out. Scared me to death, I will not be coming back!!! DO NOT GO HERE, ITS NOT SAFE!!!

No fresh vegan or vegetarian section here, not even tofu. Frozen Morningstar farms items and Daiya cheese is pretty much what youll find here if youre shopping for vegan options. Nice ethnic food choices like Oriental, Latin, and Caribbean selections. Clerks and cashiers are usually friendly and helpful. Most Kroger lots are compact and hazardous, and this one is as well.

Early shopping was very pleased to hear and see the staff doing hourly checks to make sure shelves stayed stocked for Thanksgiving shopping in the middle of pandemic. Also clean store and friendly staff!!!

This Kroger is pretty good. They usually have just about everything thats needed. I just had problems with a product and called the company themselves because it was already past time for the store themselves and by calling the number on the Kroger product was very disappointing. I definitely wont buy the Kroger rolls again after the cans exploded open on themselves in the refrigerator-multiple pkgs.

Went in there to get stuff to grill for the 4th, u-scan was broke, I ask the young lady to fix it, she ignored me but helped the other person with the same issue, so I hit the help button on the machine, she ignored that as well, so I left everything there and left.

I had another horrible experience at this certain Kroger. Most of the vegan and vegetarian food were taken out. Tonight at 6pm. only one lane was open and the self scan which some scanners were only able to accept cards (there were at least 6 customers in that line waiting to even scan). There were literally 10 people waiting in the one lane number 12. Everyone was hollering for managers to open lanes. They had about 4 employees running lane 12. There were also 2 disabled people at the end of the line including myself and I had my cane. I am so appalled at this store being filthy. Employees NOT paying attention to customer flow especially during the time everyone gets out of work. I usually go to the kroger on DYE Rd but I was really in pain. I will NEVER be returning to this kroger until it is up to the standards of other krogers. The one I will be strictly going to is 3 miles away in another city. I am close to leaving kroger completely due to them spending more care on stores that cater to those in better areas. Shame on you!!

Pretty sad when customer service opens at 9 am and you go at 915 am and it is already closed for break. Even worse is store manager Jen is just hanging out doing nothing. I will start shopping else where

The employees are always kind and nice. The store its self is decent, but I keep looking for things I know Kroger carries. I always seem to have a problem finding everything I go shopping for, especially if its on sale that week. Customer service is always good at Kroger though.

Krogers is one of my favorite stores. I love shopping at this store because you can use your Kroger card and get so much off your gas if you use their gas station. The prices are quite high, but I still feel you get your moneys worth. Also, I love their self checkout, if something goes wrong an employee is there to help you like a young lady was there to help me at 7:30 am this morning! My card would not scan so she punched the numbers in for me. She was very polite and didnt mind helping me.

This Kroger store is by far my favorite. Employees help no matter their department if needed. Always upbeat!! I have worked in grocery in my past so seeing how the store is ran and people happy to is always a plus and a shout out to store managers plus Store Director for job well done!!! Prices are also great!!

Hard to find things such as the fresh salmon they used to carry. They also no longer carry Honeysuckle turkey chops. Its in a convenient area, but need more variety of meat choices for those who dont consume certain meats

At one time I was going to stop shopping at the store its very Hood to me it was always dirty this new management I dont know the guys name but hes doing a great job and I applaud him. His staff workers could be more friendly but hey cant control that..

This Kroger is an amazing place to go the, the staff and customers alike are all nice and very polite. Everybody seems to know where everything is at if youre new to the store you can just ask a random person and Ill point you in the right direction I thought that was kind of neat... I could go on and on about this Kroger and the wonderful things that went along with it. I always have everything that I need and the prices I can afford!

Kroger are usually pretty good stores, this particular one has long been a drain on their reputation. The produce and meats are usually pretty good. The store is dirty feeling and rundown. Parking lot is a mess.

Not endorsing face masks, walk in door and group of 6 people without masks leaning on carts, so all carts are infected, customers in store without masks or with a mask on but pulled down. They have a security guard at the front door 6 feet from the maskless cart gatherers and security did not say anything to them. This Kroger is already unprofessional but this is a new low.

Krogers grocery store is a blessing to have in our neighborhood its very convenient its well stock and people friendly and its loyal to its customers I will always shop there for my needs as long as it stays around. Only complaint I have there breads there are not much of a choice and whats there I will pass on it I myself think they need to revamp there breads. Sorry Krogers its the truth.😁👍

They closed early on a Saturday. Who runs this place? Management? Or the employees?

Love this store. Its clean, (store not the parking lot) carries the items my family uses, love the digital coupons, then I can use my points for gas discounts and this store is right next to the expressway making it the perfect place to grocery shop on the way home from your previous destination. Also, its not a superstore so you dont spend: all day, all your money, all your energy! There is a down side: most of the employees are not friendly. One mid aged female employee that usually works morning at self checkout, shes friendly and helpful.

I understand that yall want to get out on time. But its EXTREMELY unprofessional AS A SECURITY GUARD to LOUDLY say that you want the door to hit us on the way out. this kroger can go screw itsself

This is by far one of the worst places Ive had to shop at. The staff are rude, unable or unwilling to help with anything at all, especially the cashiers; and if you need the manager be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes. The shelves are never stocked especially if something is on sale youre almost guaranteed not to be able to get it at this store. I recommend that you avoid this store, drive the half a mile to Dye rd. and use it if at all possible, its cleaner the staff are much friendlier and it is much better stocked.

It is great store the employees r great they ask you if u need help take u to the product. It is also filled and looking good when Im in there shopping. The only time it was mess is doing the first of the mouth.

I use to be comfortable with buying meats from here. NOT anymore!! I bought 2 packages of country style ribs and both were rotten. They looked just fine but when I opened them, omg!! The worst smell ever!!

For the most part always friendly staff, except for today. Lady at the customer service counter was very rude, try to cash my check n machine said there was a problem on ur half n so she gave me the number n told me to call. If thats how your customers get greeted by her daily, I feel very sorry for your company. Personally as a manager myself I would fire her!

This Kroger sadly needs a lot of TLC but the staff have always been very friendly. The fresh food selection is great. Leaving the parking lot can be a little difficult. If they remodeled the building and parking lot it would get 5 stars.

The driving lanes in the parking lot are way to tight...Be careful trying to park. Its nice they stay open till midnight. The empty bottle room is absolutely disgusting! If you have empty cans to recycle, I would suggest going elsewhere.

While some of the complaints about the messiness of the parking area are true, Ive never seen any problems inside the store where the staff has more of an ability to keep things under control. We choose to shop at this location because the staff is friendlier and more helpful than weve seen at other, nearby stores (which are also very good)

Deli Department could definitely use a larger variety of meats and salads; there wasnt any roast beef available. The prices are very reasonable for the location, and the store was very clean and organized well. I use my kroger app on my phone, and they scan in your coupons at the register. The staff is very kind and courteous, and assisted me with getting bags into the cart.

Its a good store good choices. Always crowded. Security always there! I wish that this location would carry Boars Head meat at the deli like other kroger stores in Michigan do.

I always find what I need ... Almost always walk right up to cashier no waiting and they have baggers ... Staff are friendly. .. Draw back the parking lot is a nightmare ... too tight on parking and take a risk of getting hit ... I also never try to make a left out, I go right and make a block ...

Pulling in is fine leaving can be a pain as its right by expressway. Parking lot has trash everywhere from pieces of weave to chicken bones and water bottles. Inside the doorway people were smoking sitting on the scooters for the handicap and that area needed to be swept and mopped. Walking in the store itself seemed kinf of dirty looking. The cashiers were polite though and told me of another lane that was open so I did not such a wait to be checked out.

Good selection, always staffed adequately, helpful staff. They need new bottle machines. Usually busy though so I go to the Kroger down the street. Better selection, too.

This store is the worst ever!!The store is dirty and not stocked up well, products on shelfs open and half eaten.Ice cream not frozen, people hanging out in parking lot selling drugs!!!They park were ever they want, make theyre own parking spots!!!My advice is to use the Kroger on Dye Rd and Corunna Rds, that store is wonderful and run correctly!!!!!

Considering every thing these guys have to try harder to get your business. They are on the border of Flint city proper an in a unkept half dead strip mall. A lot of their customers are inconsiderate and that is why the parking lot many times will have trash. There is occasional panhandlers etc. But I have found most of the deli and management extremely helpful. They try hard with the smaller store foot print. They do need the landlord to work on the lot.

Just returned bottles, nice bottles return w sink area, and got some milk.

I asked the cashier was the customer service desk open and she abruptly said no. Didnt say what time and neither was there a sign saying so. I would have liked to known but next time Ill drive further to Wal-Mart instead.

Not enough of a beer/alcohol selection to choose from. Always have to shop at farther Kroger for such selections. Still my home store though.

Didnt find a lot of products in the same places as my regular Kroger. For instance the beef jerky is just littered about on the end caps of different aisles. The place is clean and kept. Cant expect the deli to have any pre-made sandwiches, as they do not. All they had was large party trays of pinwheels. Those are basically rolled up tortilla as sandwiches and cut into slices.

Friday December 20 at 1:52pm this big Hug Head chick wouldnt cash a check I had. It was a comdata check which has a 1-800 number on the check for you to verify funds and the amount receiving.

Decent grocery store very close to the highway. It makes for a quick stop off for groceries on the way home.

Always nice employees Id have to brag on Cody and the girl who works with him excuse me for forgetting her name but they are awesome and I think they make Kroger look good

Wasnt bad just the employees seemed too excited to be closing early for a remodel I assume..decent prices..couldnt get the pizza I was getting easily (having items in front of the freezer).

In and out, friendly service have never had a problem with this store as far as checking out.. The bottle room now thats a whole different story they need to make it bigger or put limits on how much you can return.

Only shop here because its close... Stock never refilled..always a mess everywhere. Also never use the restrooms...they are not maintained.

This store reminds me of a drug store. Always limited choices. I frequently get coupons from Kroger which cant be redeemed at this location due to lack of variety of items. This location carries little to none of the organic fresh produce. Although this location is the closest to my home I only shop there if I stop by for a couple of specific items. Whenever I need to shop for a weekly supply of groceries I drive another 3 miles to another location.

This is the closest grocery store to me, but Ill gladly drive the extra miles to avoid it. The parking lot is a clustered mess, usually filled with shopping carts. The store always seems dirty and ive experienced more than one rude employee, though the majority of them do try to be helpful.

The Krogers that I really had nice experience was Mt Morris location on Saginaw St. A Very Cashier in express lane by the fruit and vegetables by name Myrtle so Patiently waited on me.

Close by for quick shopping trip. Terrible parking lot. Very low end shopping for a Krogers. Choices are on low end scale.

Some of the deals offered at the Kroger on Bristol, they dont have. Its a few unsavories of all colors in the parking lot. But its convenient, right off the highway.

Amigos are never charged. As of the other day they now have two Amigos where one of the prongs on the charge cords are missing...and its not the ground. Very cluttered at front entry of store. Lines always super long.

Good store at good prices plus use your Kroger card you save even more.

The bottle return machine needed emptying and no employees around the do it but the young gal working the scanning area was very nice and thoughtful

My sister was charged 50 dollars for bananas. The cashier told her it was because she bought organic bananas he did not refund her money. She went to customer service she removed the items from her bag the lady told her the reason for the expense was because of organic bananas. The bananas were 89 cents a pound. We walked away the refund was refused. This is not to be believed and will shop elsewhere in the future.

This place is a good place to shop at if you like your fruits and vegetables getting moldy with in 2 days of buying them, they have very poor customer service when it comes to how they treat their employees ive witnessed 1st hand a member of management being down right rude and disrespectful to one of the employees there. Most of the time when u want to find someone in a certain department its a lost cause. Alot of the employees dont know what they are doing and most of the time you can walk around and there will be employees on their phones or listing to music so loud to where you can hear the music. Theres only maybe 2-6 employees there that know what they are doing and can help you right off the bat, not including the cashiers i call them floaters cause they are all over the store.

Kroger is always a pleasant shopping experience.

Went in and total was 14$. After putting in my debit card and paying the screen total changed from 14$ to 34$, and the machine sent 20$ cash out. A worker and manager both told me that it has been doing that all day. I said i didnt want cash back, and they said their hands were tied. Needless to say i didnt lose my money but i didnt want the cash and it really was a inconvenience on top of the worker and manager acting curt to me. The store is garbage anyway, i will not return and will go to walmart 100 yards down the road.
