One of the two local retro movie and game stores. I like this one better. Even though they do not have the selection as the competition, there customer services is more personal, and the pricing is much better. I shop both, but come here first as I feel like this business is more genuine. Also the store is always very clean kept up.

I absolutely love the Flint location. Sarah and her staff are super friendly and helpful. And great at multitasking I must say! I hear them always offering to check other locations when something is not available in theirs. I always end up going there during busy spurts and they all keep a cool and calm head and just knock customer service out of the park. Im very impressed. Im also in Retail Management and I wish I could find more Sarahs for sure. I definitely recommend this location!

The staff was super great and friendly, even though we accidentally kept them over a bit after close. They have a good mix of nerdy goods there and seem to buy in some things I would expect to have to go to 2nd and Charles for, which is awesome. I can heartily recommend for others to stop in.

My son is 35, he has Aspergers & didnt speak up for himself. People walked in after he had waited for another customer being waIted on to finish. The store employee ignored my son & waited on the couple after him. They should have been decent people & said he was already here. Flint, Mi mentality is RUDE too often. Its sad. We wont be back.

Wow, visiting this place kinda blew my mind o.O

Got lost in nostalgia for long enough to buy random memories. I love when decades of entertainment are sorted and organized just to be rummaged through again and again.

Their return policy is Garbage, when I came back in the store with the receipt they only allow store credit and they will only buy it back from you for half the price that you bought it for. You might as well just shop at GameStop because if you return a game with a receipt within seven days they will give you a full refund.

They might not always have what you want (I buy and play old games nes,snes,Sega) but when they do their prices are very fair (I paid $20 for faxanadu when Amazon wanted $50). And their staff is very friendly and helpful. Even when I made him open all three cases multiple times because I forgot what games I wanted. So I give them 4 out of 5 stars (would have been 5 if they a bigger selections). But thank you media reload Ill keep coming back.P.M

Came in for the first time this last week. I was greeted at the door and thanked on the way out so that was nice. Place was organized well and had lots of room. While the selection of vintage gaming stuff was good, the prices were not. Most items are on the high end of retail. There is a similar store 2 blocks away that we went to next and they appeared to be printing money in the back the foot traffic was so high. Their prices were much better.

Not only was she extremely helpful, courteous and kind, she helped my husband and I get the most money for things we were selling and had all the right information about other products we were thinking of buying. I’ve visited other places that resell games/electronics etc. but nothing compares to this place. We will 100% be visiting again all thanks to Sarah.

Media Reload always has informed and kind employees. Recently I took my Xbox One in for repairs, they spoke to me in a courteous manner, explain the process of what it would take for the technician to look over my system and kept me updated throughout the process. The turnaround time was phenomenal I expected it to take weeks when I fact it only took a few days. I would highly recommend them!

Great place to get used DVDs, Blu-ray, 4k movies. The collection is huge and they also have many used video games and and systems. That aint enough they also have albums and CDs for sale. Wait you want more? They also have some pop culture merchandise. And thats not all they also have some of the most helpful and friendly staff. Do I work there? No. Do I know anyone there? No. I just appreciate the selections and the people.

Fair prices, good selection. Friendly staff. Only bad thing I can say is that Im pretty sure most of their merchandise is stolen from other stores. I personally know a guy who has sold them (or claimed to) thousands of dollars in stolen goods. But hey... I dont care who had it first. Their prices are amazing!

Store was very clean. Staff was really knowledgeable and was very helpful when I needed help picking out a new fitness band. I have now been back 2 other times and each visit was even better than the other. The manager on staff was very professional and had great recommendations for the right cable I needed for my Wii U.

Great first visit to this new location. I wasnt shopping for anything specific, just wanted to check it out and Ill definitely be returning.The store is extremely open, very well lit, all of the shelves and racks are well organized and visible, and theres actually room to move around the store. All of the product is alphabetized, categorized by system, and organized in a way that makes it easy to find exactly what youre looking for. The prices were actually a lot lower than I was expecting, so that was a nice surprise.The staff immediately greeted me when I walked through the door. They all had smiles on their faces and were eager to help me if I needed anything. While I was browsing several people came in with trades, and it did take some time to process them as it does in any store that takes trades, but I heard the staff checking on everyone throughout the store while they were processing those trades.The store itself is definitely nicer than Disc Replay and GameStop, and from what I heard the trade prices that the other customers were receiving were better than either of the aforementioned stores. I even heard the store manager ask a gentleman what he was expecting to get for his item, and she ended up offering him $40 more than the price that he had given her.Definitely recommend!

I have gotten a few items from them this past year and the the customer service is outstanding. The prices are reasonable and would buy from over Game Stop any day. I have not traded any any items so do not know that part.

Great selection, youll find used movies, games, computers, music, other electronics collectibles and other accessories here. I believe they only sell new accessories, everything else is used. I thought I even saw a classic cabinet video game for sale here too.The store is clean and sleek looking.The customer service is amazing. Theyre personable and knowlegable. Sometimes they get busy when someone brings in a lot of trade ins, but thats normal for a place like this.There is more than one Media Reload, but its a local chain. And while it has the inventory of and look of a big business, they have a small business customer first approach.Every business can learn something fromthe way Media Reload operates.

Great visit and this excited little guy came away with a Mario tennis game for Wii. Nice to have a place to buy games for older systems. Also, the owner had really cool glasses.

Can not stress enough how great of a place this is. I love vinyl and they have one of the best collections, especially for the prices. They have a wide selection of video games, movies, TV shows, etc., and i was also able to pick up a monitor with a good deal, and the staff the whole time was nice, helpful, and extrmely friendly.
