Brought a 32 inch 1080p TV in to sell, they swear up and down that its a 720p tv when I know for a fact its not. Offered me 25 bucks when they are selling a 24 inch 1080p tv for almost 300, i used to love this place but they turned into a scam. For all you pc gamers they are selling a gtx 1060 at 850 dollars and a 2060 at 750 dollars. This place has turned into a huge scam.

It is 1:46 pm on Monday October 11, 2021.I was just in the store for over a half an hour standing by the classic video game displays.NES, SNES, Genesis.I attempted several times to get the attention of the four employees behind the counter.2 were with customers, but the other two ignored me.I use the word ignore because they both made eye contact with me and then quickly looked away.I gave 1 star rating because that is the lowest allowed.

Come into sell something and we decided to keep it, not even a week later we decide we dont need it anymore and bring it back in to get an even lower offer... So, how is it they value things? Also, prices on electronics such as graphics card, phones and computers are way above internet value. This place has Pawn Shop prices on some of their stuff and they dont really offer as much as they use to. Kinda sad, been buying and selling here since the grand opening.

Very nice place. Sometimes has rare and interesting games. They have had fewer and fewer new things recently though. I am afraid they have mined out the area. Still prices are good. Hope they get some trade ins soon.

They have really great and reasonable prices compared to their next door neighbor gamestop. They have a great variety of games from the NES to Nintendo Switch and PCs. There are also many collectibles, accessories, posters and, stickers. If you live nearby or are in the area I would definitely recommend checking it out.

The place pays a small price for collections of movies. The good part about it is that they sell most movies for a 3.99 price plus taxes. They also feature some nice artwork and older computer models. Best part is the have older game system cartridges for Nintendo64 and Older Atari Games.

Borderline decent. They have discs and you can definitely replay most if not all of them.

Whenever I go here I find something to add to my video game collection. Ive purchased several consoles and games. Every single one worked. Theres also a large selection of used DVDs if thats your thing. You can buy and sell consoles, cameras, games, movies etc. Theres a reward program as well. The prices are reasonable and the staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful whenever I shop here. I recommend.

I have had a couple of not great experiences to say the least. First I bought a DSi XL for $64.99 and then got it home to find that the mic didnt work. Brought it back and they didnt have any to switch it for and would only refund for store credit because I paid by card. They didnt have anything I wanted to now I had worthless credit. Came back a couple weeks later after calling to see what they got and was told there was a 3ds in stock and came to find a 2ds without (the hinge type). Ended up walking out with an old DSi witch scratches all over for nearly the price of the DSi XL I was supposed to have. Then a few months later (now) I bought what was listed as an Apple TV 4k 1st Gen only to find out it was a 4th Gen HD Apple TV. These are not equivalent by any means. Came all the way back to the store (I live nearly 40 mins away) only to have it switched out for another Apple TV and they gave me a $5 ranger card thing that can only be used to buy something else in store. Heres hoping this one actually is as advertised and works. I wouldnt want to make the drive out there again. Other than that, I used to have good service there and I appreciate the large variety of games and the like there. I just have had it with the bad experiences and dont think Ill be returning.

This place is AMAZING! I have never been in a store like this that had as wide of a variety like Disc Replay. Funko pops, video games consoles (retro and modern), laptops, TVs, and more. Ill definitely be coming back. I forgot to buy a couple of things that I sat down while I was inside. You might be surprised what you might find. Theres even a copy of Pokemon platinum and Pokemon Heart Gold for sale. I recommend this store so much for anybody who wants to purchase any kind of resale movies and video games. I WOULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS IF Possible. We bought an Samsung S8+ with the 6 month warranty from the flint location. Took it to our Verizon store. The is a corporate phone for some Healthcare provider. The phone could not be used except for that health care company. Took it back the same day we purchased it. And they would not give was the warranty money back. They sold us a phone that we were never able to use. So DISC REPLAY basically stoled money from us. So if you go there for a phone be careful and dont buy the Samsung S8 plus. THIS STORE IS A SCAM!

Disc replay is awesome!!! I like how laid back, friendly, and they seem to actually care if you get less than you expected for a trade in. Or when they cant purchase something in a trade or something, they seem to be sad and disappointed just like you. I would like a bench or something like that to wait. Many a couch and free coffee... Hey, I used to work here! Now heres my brutally honest review:Disc Replay has a huge inventory of movies, games, and music. The biggest youll find in Flint, Im confident in saying. Because of this, there isnt a ton of space in the store, and things can get pretty clogged up with customer flow, in particular on the weekends. If you hate crowds, I would recommend coming in on a weekday morning.They have great deals, especially if youre into movies. Usually you can snag a pretty nice collectors item if you check in at the right time. Theyre on top of the prices most of the time, and if something seems off, you can ask one of the employees to help out and theyll work with you. The customer service is great, but again, its so crowded that its easy to feel like youre less important, and unfortunately thats just how it is in that scenario anyplace you go. If youre as patient with them as they are getting to you, youll find yourself in a pleasant and knowledgeable conversation with one of their staff. In short, its an awesome place to take a trip down memory lane and everyone will find something they love here. Youd think Id be sick of this place after coming here for 7 years but I just keep coming back!

Disc Replay across from the Genesee Valley Mall is one of the best game resale shops I have ever had the privilege of shopping at. not only do they pay great money for used game systems and right now Im going to tell you they are really in need of gaming systems, Nintendo Wiis, Nintendo Wii Us, Xbox 360S, Xbox 360ES, external USB hard drives, Nintendo Wii Game Extensions. Xbox One, XBOX ONE S, XBOX ONE X, ALL VERSIONS of PlayStations, even Nintento Gameboys & Games. (all of you Gen Xers Around, they have systems like the original NES, Sega Genesis, Super Nintendos as well!!) I was like the kid in the candy store, me and my 15-year-old son ended up leaving the store only paying $35 with a handful of stuff! I ended up getting a Nintendo Wii Balance Board for $13.99 in near perfect condition, for every five games you get one free (Usually the game w/ the lowest cost.) And dont even get me started on their collection of Blu-Rays that are extremely affordable! now its my basic one-stop shop for all my entertainment needs, whether its a used tablet or a refurbished Xbox One X! Right now they are really looking for people who would like to make some 💰 getting rid of her old Gaming consoles And upgrading to a bigger better system! This is a very good establishment run by even nicer people! If anythings ever wrong they will make it right, Ive had nothing but good experiences at this place. It is cheaper than GameStop but they actually will send you over to GameStop if they cant help you with a certain title of a game that you need or want for your collection and they dont have it. One last thing that Id like everybody to know, Disc Replay offers Blu-ray / DVD/game disk renewal and can buff out scratches and make your old desk work just like new! theyre one of the last folks in town that actually do this anymore. gamestop sends all that business down their way since they do not offer that service. And theyve got me out of so many jams instead of having to buy a basically outdated disc like old arcade games (i.e. Godzilla) That are very very difficult to find nowadays Just took them about 15 minutes to rebuff and refinish the disc and it works like it was never broken at all! Make sure you do get the warranty if offered one theyre not very expensive and you wish you had it if anything ever breaks down or doesnt work anymore and it doesnt cost that much I believe games are $2 for a warranty of replacing the same thing USUALY If they have the same game but if its one that they dont get at all cuz it was popular you may be out of luck if youre doing older systems like the Nintendo Wii. all the employees including the manager or excellent folks is very quiet yes face mix are required theres no more than 10 people in the store at one time and they really take that seriously so youre safe and you feel youre at because they do make sure everything is correct and into your liking!

They have most any movie you want. Though the kids section is a little sparse.

Me and my family have been going here for years buying and selling things, some of the other disc replays I have been to before, has not been the best experience but this disc replay is way better compared to the other ones I have seen. The employees are very nice, and are always free to work out a fair price with you and work with your concerned!, There always very polite and patient with you, there always welcomed with questions if you have any!

It is my go-to place for finding all kinds of rare movies and games, and they have a lot of the best deals on anything electronics related. Good staff good stuff but please check the games before people buy them. Its really annoying when you go home and try to play the game but it doesnt work. If it doesnt work throw it away or try to fix it.

This location is amazing and has some of the best deals around. If you are looking for a movie, game, gaming gear, computers, media devices, mics, cameras, old gaming gear, etc, youll find it here. They are friendly and quick. Some of the sale back prices are a bit low but they always have sell back deals. Go check them out and while youre there, jam out to the awesome music playing.

Brought in some vintage computer stuff and instead of rolling me the salesman not only told me what they were worth but also pointed me in the direction of someone better able to buy them. that level of honesty is hard to find and is greatly appreciated. love this store even more now.

I used to work at this location, but personally, Id say a good review coming from an ex-employee of a retail store says a lot.I still visit this store quite a bit. The staff is always friendly and theyll do what they can to help you asap. The selection is generally pretty good, and their prices are fair compared to even online prices most of the time.The owners are VERY BIG on customer service, the importance is regularly reiterated to the employees, and I believe it shows. Best store of its type in the area.

This place is vintage gaming insanity! Floor to ceiling retro goodness. I have hit up 4 of these chain stores recently and this one destroys the rest. Their prices are very good and their trade in values are more than fair in my opinion. When people say this place is busy, they arent joking. Be prepared to wait a bit but this place has so much to see and hunt through, waiting is not a bad thing. I traded in about $100 worth of stuff and got $50 in credit which I was happy with. The woman helping us with the trade was super friendly and very patient with my son while he contemplated which Gameboy color to get. That kind of service goes a long way with me. We will be back for sure!

Ive been going to Disc Replay for a few years now and Ive always had a great experience. The staff have always been polite and helpful, the stores always clean and well organized. Good selection of retro and current gen games, and they almost always have what Im looking for save for a couple of really obscure things no one ever has. Prices are great as well. Its a okay place, never upset when leaving but honestly just feels like a used gamestop. Other retro stores in the area have a much more friendly demeanor with their customers and take better care of their older items. Oh, and their prices are like eBay without waiting for shipping. Again: not bad, just not great.

This place is awesome! Ive been coming here for years and have consistently gotten the same great service. Even as resellers they have pretty good prices on their equipment and tech items. Games are usually fairly priced although I cant get over how limited the selection of Xbox One games are (cant really blame them if people arent trading them in). I also love their placement right next to Gamestop so you can really try to find the best deals on stuff. Ive traded in things with fair credit and all the games Ive bought were scratch free. Overall great place, would highly recommend!

While not everything is in perfect condition, they do have a large collection of good condition material, some near mint stuff, hardly anything that may be less quality than good. They never sell broken or bootleg video games, have very reasonable prices, almost always under the eBay average price. Have been shopping here for 5 years and prefer it over most of their competitors.

I was told that i could trade in and i messaged before 5.30and they didnt respond till after and then said that i cant do any trade ins cuz its to late. In the last three years Disc Replay Flint has saved me thousands of dollars in movie and game purchases. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I recommend them to all my peers that are looking to save cash. Not to mention they have a fantastic selection.

This place is usually swamped. But the service is pretty good. They have A LOT of old systems, they have TVs and other gadgets. Games movies, music and a lot.of TV shows.

Decent prices on some games. A lot of retro games are (in my opinion) overpriced. I always have to look at my receipt to make sure the prices are correct because Ive been charged more on my receipt than on the price tag multiple times. Also have left the store without employees putting the games in cases a few times. Service is decent and they have a nice selection.

Ive never gone back to the other game store since coming here. The people here love games and are very knowledgeable, and trade in prices and used prices are always better, without a paid pro membership or anything. Ive gotten tons for my games from older generation consoles. I moved to Port Huron recently and Im really bummed there isnt a disc replay in my area. But I still make the trip.

Great place for second hand music, videos, video games and equipment. As time goes by the music selection is getting smaller because music is pretty much leaving the physical medium and going digital. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Between B Dubs and Sally Beauty Supply and down a little from TJ Max. Parking lot is busy at times.

My husband and I have been going to Disc Replay on and off over the past few years. Not only do we get decent prices for our movies and games, but we can buy movies and games for a steal! While we may not always get the amount of money wed like for the items we give them, I appreciate that they have a specific quality they want in their movies and games.If you need quick cash to buy gas or food or help pay bills, this is the place to go with your gently-used movies, video games, or electronics. I always recommend this place to my friends or other people.

Wow this is an awesome store! They have everything from retro games to laptops and graphic calculators. There are modern games for sale too, but lets be honest we all know we come here for the retro goodness. Prices are very reasonable and in a lot cases, cheaper than eBay. This is one of my favorite stores to go to either when I know exactly what Im looking for or if I just want to browse around. Their prices are great and Ive never been given low prices on anything Ive traded in. They usually have anything Im looking for. My only reason that Im not giving it five stars is because the way the store is set up if they have a lot of people trading in its hard to maneuver around the counter to look for anything in the glass cases.

Really great customer service and employees! They have really fair prices on games, movies, and comics & graphic novels. If you sale something to them, they always give you about half price of the item, and give you the option of either in store credit or cash. It is a good establishment.

Look this really is a great store! I know that some people have a lot of issues with it especially those bringing in items that they believe have a lot of value or that they have stolen and theyre trying to sell it legally and are not happy when they cannot do so. This is not the original staff they have a lot of turn around but theyre doing a great job keeping things going! Their stock is fantastic theyre really doing their best to keep everything up invisible so you can see it. If youre into vintage video games are highly recommend that you come here theres a fantastic selection. Keep in mind that prices have been going up as the nostalgic Market has been increasing. But if you need help or a question about a game I would say most of the staff has a decent amount of knowledge about video games. However keep in mind the younger the staff unless dont know about the other games. I will definitely keep giving them my business! Im glad so many of these kind of stores are popping up all over the place because competition is always good for business:-) Keep doing a great job Matt!!
