I am a new customer as of 6/15/21. Within one week of installation a sensor on my back door failed. I left a message but none was returned. Setting the alarm without protection on one door should be an emergency, but I was given an appointment 3 days out (ho-hum)! making a total of 5 days without protection from this new system.I am 80 years old, live alone, had a truck stolen from my drive way and an attempt to steal my replacement vehicle from my drive way. There has been a rash of thefts in my neighborhood so I decided to purchase an alarm system. When I complained that I had an emergency and should be taken seriously I was told well, you have our signs in your yard, dont you?My response was Yes, Ill go out and pull one out of the ground so I can use it as a club to protect myself I am so sorry I chose this Mickey Mouse company to protect me and mine. Be wise and go elsewhere.

I have been doing business with citizens for over 10 years. They provide great service and cares about their customers. Theyre always there when I need them and the technicians are very patient and friendly. Wouldnt think about going anywhere else. I strongly recommend using them for your service. You wont regret it.

Needed help replacing a 20 year old DSC main panel on a 19 zone system. Mike was able to accommodate me on a time & material basis with a lot of professionalism and no up-selling or steering me to alternative solutions. His rates are reasonable and the follow-up was excellent as it took awhile to get the new circuit board due to COVID-19 supply chain issues. I would recommend him to anyone with security system needs.

I am very pleased with the equipment and service. My system works perfect. Once an alarm, if not cleared, the police is right here in a matter of minutes. Also, I was very impressed with the technical installation and friendly support. All wires were properly dressed and hidden which makes for a quality installation and life of the security system.

I have had the pleasure of working with Deb and Mike through my business for the last 3 months. I have found them to be easy to work with and very reasonably priced. I already had a multi-camera system installed in my 2 buildings - I was looking to fine tune the cameras that I had, clean up all of the wiring, and add some new ones. I reached out to several security camera companies in the area including Citizens. Citizens was the only one that actually put together a proposal that listened to what we wanted without trying to redo everything that I already had in place ($$$). Once the time came to do the work, they were on time, very efficient, professional and did a great job with everything we had requested. HORRIBLE COMPANY VERY BAD SERVICE, STAY AWAY

I have been doing business with citizens statewide security for over a year and my experience with this company is nothing but the best. I highly recommend them for any and all of your security needs. I currently use this company to monitor my alarm system and the installation of my surveillance cameras . They are professional and very knowledgeable with a special thank you to chop the technician for his help. Lastly, in my opinion this company stands by what it sells.

I use to be with ADT for around six year and then switch to an outer state company call vivent and the company I am with now is CITIZENS STATEWIDE SECURITY in Flint Michigan. I switched to them 5 years ago trying to find an alarm company that really believes in giving good service. By comparison to the other companies Ive delt with, Citizens Statewide Security is by far the best security alarm company in the state hands down! The response time for service is phenomenal! They know what they are doing in every respect from timely police response with dispatch to the friendly office staff! I am so happy with my camera system they installed as well! I recently hand some items stolen from my front yard and they we out to my home the next day to assist in finding the culprit on our cameras and sure enough we did! I highly recommend this company for any security system or camera system you may need. they even gave us free estimates and came to our home at no charge. Great service too!

My family have been protected with Citizens Statewide for more then 10 years , service is great , I call them on Monday about our Cameras not working , the service tech came out ,and solve the problem, Cameras up and back running , very satisfied with friendly staff and service at this Alarm Company, Thank you Tim and Sheri Kirkland

They probably have friends and family post fake 5 star reviews, they have prices that are double of other companies who provide much better service
