SCAMS VERY DISHONEST ON VEHICLES DESCRIPTIONS , MONEY HUNGRY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!! 🚫🚫🚫🚫📵🚫🚫Currently In the process of suing united motors for auto fraud they take complete advantage of their customers they rig up vehicles they buy cheap. I purchased a 2010 ford explore which I was promised the vehicle would last me awhile and that they take pride in making sure they sell good reliable vehicles They also told me that if anything were to go wrong to bring it right up and it would be evaluated and they would repair it with a warranty which they will also go on telling you about all its great perks but after you purchase the warranty they never actually file the paperwork so its just cash in their pocket. The vehicle I bought stopped running 5 days exactly after I bought it I texted and asked for assistance with the vehicle nothing back then I had the tow truck take my vehicle back up there. They refused to look at it or assist me they said they wanted it gone off their lot. I am a single mother of 5 who saved money from hard earned income for 7 months straight for another vehicle after a bad relationship causing me to loose everything I had $5000 This vehicle was listed for $3600 with the warranty and title I walked out paying $4100 all together. I have paid $350 since then just to tow it around to shops for estimated prices almost every penny I had saved was gone I was trying to find a way to cover the repairs but without my warranty there was just no possible way. My children have lost time from school, I have lost time from work our life has been very disrupted since doing business here . I wouldnt rate this place a single star. DO NOT BUY FROM UNITED MOTORS THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

Nice family owned business! Charles really does endeavor to sell quality low priced cars, I bought a one owner van from them a year and a half ago and even with the higher miles she is still running strong with just the normal scheduled oil changes! I think he and his wife were awesome to work with and really tried to find me what i was needing in a vehicle only thing i will say is they were going to throw away all the original rugs for my van which was crazy as it would have cost me over 100+ bucks to buy the entire set so make sure you ask for your rugs before his car cleaner guy bags them up to toss! 😉

I bought a car from Charles , the owner and he does great business! Car drives great and everything and he has the best warranty coverage in town! My car ended up having a bad fuel like in it so it was leaking gas like crazy. Charles told me where to take it to and got it token car of for me with money out of his own pocket. Make sure y’all shop with United motors for amazing cars ‼️

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Sub par vehicles. Unwilling to follow State of Michigans laws when selling vehicles. Claims they dont care what the state laws say, they do business the way they want to. Also completely disrespectful to military veterans. Deplorably reprehensible, undeserving of anyones business.

They made it easy to go through the entire process. Owner was rude and short with me because I didnt want to pay 3- 4k for a rusted car with high milleage and I didnt have a ton for a down payment. He told me one price one day and another the next for a car I was interested in. If you have cash they have great little beater cars and some of there staff is great but if your looking for a good quality car Id go elsewhere.

So far so good gotta nice car at a reasonable price. The people that work there are nice.

If i could give it no stars i would. My fiance got a truck from here. The guy told us 4000 and then on the paper work it was over 8000 plus he said our payment would be 200 and it ended up being over 400 a month. We only had the truck for a month and a half it smelled like marijuana when we first started driving it and now the transmission is leaking. This place has nothing but crooks working there. Plus we found a business card in the glove box with a landscaping card and picture of truck on it after the owner said he had been the only owner. Dont go here.

Buyer Beware!!! DO NOT shop here PLEASE! Not only did they sell my sister a lemon , then the owners wife had the audacity to think that it was ok for her to put her hands on my sister! Very Unprofessional!! The wife behaves like an animal! They need to be CLOSED down! #Shutthemdown Please lets stop giving our money to businesses that treat us any kind of way in our own neighborhood. They sold her a lemon and the engine died literally 24 hours later. Then forced her to pay the 250 deductible to replace it. Bad Business!! Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

Good reviews dont count if there from family members lmao this man is ignorant and is not a good person he done my family wrong i have filed a complaint against charles through the bbb they recently told me theyre waiting for a response and i filed this months ago smh well if he does not comply or even respond to the bbb complaint my next move is court and im going for all i can get which will most likely be more then what i asked for through the bbb complaint i garentee it....he messed with the wrong ppl were taking all professional necessary steps and believe you me we will ve coming out on top and charles at united motors will be so sad....this man wrongfully repossessed my car...how did he do this oh well he texted my bf telling him we could come trade in our car for a new car garentee drive awat with the new car...right so my bf went up there...while my bf was printing off pay stubbs he told him he was going to check the miles on the car. Well after my bf gave him the keys to do that ge then pulled my car into his garage called the police lied to the police told him we were 72 weeks behind on payments and told them they didnt have our current numbers now mind you, the car was 4400$ im a few numbers off but anyways we gave him 4000 right he let us pay him 50 a week or 100 every two weeks to pay the rest and tax title fee added up to 995 okay well we only had the car for 16 week so theres the first lie we had been paying him we got our balance down to 385...right okay so the second lie smh and we have text messages from that day on our current number lie #3 okay so we have voice recordings, text messages, recpits and all the documents from this deal so much evidence we will win amd get more for pain and suffering so his best bet is to comply with the bbb complient because if he does not im taking all this to court.....
