I originally went to test drive one vehicle. It was t really want I was looking for. Nick asked if I was sure I didn’t want to see anything else. Then he said he has something I might like. He walked me over to a 2019 Pacifica. OMG!! It was perfect!! They ran my thru many companies to find me a nice finance rate. I was approved with a very nice down payment and APR. I got a really good price for my trade in. He stayed by my side the entire process. I would definitely send all my family and friends over for a vehicle. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Be wary of the 5 star reviews in the lobby it says leave a 5 star review and get into a monthly $200 drawing. Long story short I bought a used 2015 Dodge van 60k miles. on 10-21-21 On the way home once when I braked the car jerked back and forth and stalled out. Each of the 3 times I have driven it since it has done it at least once. I took the car into the service center the soonest I could Monday on Clio Road and was told they couldnt do anything I had to go to the Vienna rd location. I called and was told they couldnt see my car for 10 day!!! I begged and finally they said 4 days from now. What am I suppose to drive to get to work? this car isnt safe it could stall out in the middle of a road if I brake and this happens (I can never tell when its going to happen). NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. So I would put much stock in any 5 star review.Sent from my iPad

Im not being negative or critical, but youve asked me to give you feedback several times so I will.First the positive...the service person that I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. She mentioned that I could buy three oil changes for $129 which I thought was a good deal.The negative...When I pulled into the service bay there were no signs or directions on where to park or what to do after I pulled in. I wandered around, went into the office/waiting room and then back out to the service managers desk before someone acknowledged me and told me they would be right with me.It took quite a long time for the oil change and tire rotation. I can understand if you are understaffed, but I did have a scheduled appointment.I bought my truck at Graff Chevrolet in Durand a year ago. I had a coupon for a free oil change. When I got my truck back after the oil change they had washed it. I nice thing to do for a customer.I think the problems I see at Randy Wise Chevrolet have more to do with the processes you use to run your service department than the people who work in the department.I hope this helps.Thanks,

I went there to get a headlight replaced.. Well Halogen lamps are expensive.Way too expensive (not the dealers fault, expensive at Auto Zone as well)But the labor rate... 10.75... Next time I pop a bulb.. headed back I cant do the work myself for 11 bucks.Got me in fast. Comfortable lounge while I wait, Good service. Happy Customer.

I went to Randy Wise in Clio, MI to trade in my older Ford Focus for a newer SUV. I had been turned down or expected to make an outrageous payment by 5 other dealerships. My repair only took a week to be completed and again I didn’t have to take time off from work because my vehicle was brought to me. Matt was a great sales person and went out of his way at each and every step of the process. Even though I bought a car AS-IS I had no idea that it wasnt even safety inspected to drive. It needed brakes and when the mechanic took off the front wheel he found that the wheel hub wasnt bolted on all the way. He told it was one thread away from falling off. And that the bearing was bad someone had put on a scrap yard part. Im not saying that Randy Wise did that but it should at least be safe to drive.

Bought our vehicle as what was advertised online as “Certified Pre-owned”. Not impressed with the Sales Department.After calling the dealership first to see the car, we were told that it was on the lot and available. We live 50 miles away. Upon arrival, the vehicle couldn’t be located. (Flag One)A few weeks later, they had the vehicle available for us to check out.We decided to buy, put a large amount down, and signed the paper work. However, we were not able to take possession because Randy Wise did not have the “title”. (Flag Two)Nearly a month later, the vehicle Title was finally processed and we took possession. All was finally well.6 months later, we brought it in for oil change (stated as a Certified Pre-Owned Benefit) only to be told that it wasn’t covered because our vehicle was NOT “sold as a CPO vehicle”. (Strike THREE)We paid for the maintenance service and have found a new dealership to use for service.
