These people were kind, considerate and most helpful while I was traveling cross country to get some urgent paperwork done. Not just another business transaction; I felt genuinely cared for and recommend their services to anyone happening to be in that area.

After calling and saying wed be a couple minutes late, we made it at 6:01, doors locked tight, employees inside completely ignored us as if we had the plague! Shame on fedex!!!

We paid for overnight delivery ($65.00) for a shoebox-size package from Flagstaff to Phoenix on March 12 at 10:30 am. The man guaranteed delivery by noon on Saturday, March 13. It didn’t get there until Monday March 15. They refused to give us a refund on the express delivery charge. Don’t use them! They don’t stand by their guarantees!

3 store clerks refused to help me print. Printdango@fedex only prints one document at a time. Staples print service responded right away. The att-wifi is terrible here and every other FedEx Ive been to. They block port including the port to send and receive email but FedEx continues to use them. I cant get the confirmation number until I leave the store, then all 3 showed up. If you dont want to provide premium service for premium prices you shouldnt be working in a service job. Staples around the corner works great. They also sell modems so you can replace your internet service.

I went in to print graduation announcements. The lady there directed me to do online services & pick up within 24hrs. I got online & it was horrible. First attempt, site would not keep me logged in & kicked me out. Second attempt, site froze in the middle of creating. Final attempt, after uploading pics, yet again, it wouldnt continue to check out. Initially, I thought it was my home internet service, but when I finally tried another site & company, I was done within 30mins! Really disappointed in the online services of FedEx this time around. They should have just help me when I went in to the office to do it & not direct me to the online site.

Always understaffed so expect to wait in line.And my print order was handed to me unfinished. When I got home I was missing the final 2 pages of my 16 page project when I revealed what was printed.Let’s hope I can get these final two pages, now that I have to make a return visit to the store.

I’ve shipped here twice and I’ve always had an amazing experience. The manager loves to chat with the shippers and that’s great! Especially right now! I can’t remember his name but I was feeling the anxiety come on with shipping DHL to Asia but while FedEx doesn’t take DHL/FedEx combo the gentlemen did call Mailbox Plus and gave me clear and concise directions. He didn’t have to, he could have said no, but he didn’t! This is why I will return. Customer service at its finest. Thank you!

Ive been a customer here since the KINKOS days.Cindy the manager and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I use self serve printing mostly but have done for printing, shipping, bought fun cards and supplies, and their banner service is exceptional.This location exemplifies customer service at its highest level. A non-profit organization Im associated with has a discount at a nearby office supply store, but Im so comfortable at this FedEx facility.Thank you Cindy and all your cheerful, knowledgeable staff.

My husband needed to print some documents, then sign, scan and email these. We are traveling through Flagstaff on the way to sightsee at the Grand Canyon. We found this store, the only one in Flagstaff. There was free WiFi, several PC workstations, printers, etc. The only staff was a lady who was incredibly helpful and professional. She helped us print the documents; then helped us scan them and email them. The whole process took less than 2 hours and cost less than $8. My husband received acknowledgment of the documents and can now proceed with his vacation plans with peace of mind. Thank you, FedEx Kinkos for the great business service and many many thanks for the awesome lady staffer!

The day-to-day staff at this location are excellent and very helpful. However, the superintendent (hefty woman with blond hair) is completely obnoxious. I believe she is not welcoming of people of color and small business owners. Unless she is absent from the shop - I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Really bad customer service. Its obvious theyre just trying to charge you as much as possible to ship items. I was sending my friend a french press and a bag of coffee for her birthday, along with a few miscellaneous small items. It definitely shouldnt have required a very large box, but the employee behind the counter whipped out a box that could have fit what I was trying to ship 10 fold. He proceeded to wrap the french press with an EXCESSIVE amount of bubble wrap... I ordered the thing off Amazon and it only had a minimal amount of plastic wrap and it arrived to me just fine. He told me his reasoning was that it had to travel along 300 miles of conveyor belts. Okay buddy, my package is only going to Phoenix. Its not even traveling by VEHICLE half of what youre claiming it has to go along conveyor belts, but I guess thats why you decided to use 300 miles of bubble wrap to protect the french press. Even after the french press more than quadrupled in size with the excessive bubble wrap he used, there was a ton of space inside of the box. He could have used a much smaller box for me. He even admitted that larger boxes cost more to pack and ship. All I could say was, yeah, I assumed. He also tried making me pay $20 more for rush shipping even though my package would have arrived BEFORE I needed it to with just standard shipping. Every time Id try to contest what he was doing, he would look down on me and talk to me like I was stupid. I dont remember his name, but he was the tall, bald, pastey looking guy who thinks hes funny. Never going back to that location.

Awful service. They tried to charge me $65 to ship a medium sized 6 lb box and said there was no cheaper option. Went home and made my own label and it only cost me $25. Do yourself a favor and make your own label next time and drop your package off at the FedEx hub right around the corner on woodlands village. This store is a joke.
