Great customer service! Stator went out on my wifes VTX during our travels from KY. Brett put us at ease immediately. Very obvious that he was an experienced and knowledgeable service writer. Even though they were many months behind schedule, (covid has made retail/service/parts a nightmare!) he had the part brought in from CA overnite. Tharon worked late on a Friday night to get it installed. They got us back on the road as quickly as possible. Everyone was most professional and courteous.

Bret was awesome, he reset my service light free of charge since I dont need an oil change yet. The other dealership I talked to just immediately said I need an oil change, but not only did Bret tell me the truth, he also went the extra mile to reset my system (which is a drawback of the 790 adventure). Every time I come here the staff are just awesome. I havent been to one moto dealership yet that compares.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Like all shops they are really busy this time of year. We showed up on a trip from TN in a real bind. Our voltage regulator was shot and we had to get a new battery just to limp the bike to Flagstaff. They did a same day diagnostics and overnighted a new regulator. They drove us to our hotel 30 miles away and then delivered the bike to us fixed the very next day. Give these guys your business. They are the kind of people that help you out when you are far from home and in a bind. Id give 10 stars if I could.

This is one of the best power sports stores I have ever been in. Comming from a long racing background I have been in alot of stores. Chris in sales, Dan in finance, Brett in service, and a young lady (sorry didnt get her name) in parts, are ALL top notch and extremely helpful and knowledgeable on everything to do with their departments. Was passing through town and stopped to check it out. Staff was mildly interested in helping. Some seemed annoyed. Except when two kids were tearing around the store on some small motorized bikes for about twenty minutes! They seemed to think that was funny. They nearly hit several customers including me.. Staff everywhere either thought it was cute or ignored it. I guess their not much for safety!! Great inventory and selection!

Amazing working with the team!!! We explained we were coming in with our one year old and they were understanding and family friendly! Chris Bellmore was absolutely incredible!!! Buddies and I were on a motorcycle trip. My Bike had a minor issue. Rolled in a spoke to Nate with service, he took my info and told me he could have me in and out within an hour. After picking up a 2” hand drive finish nail an hr outside of flagstaff, I stuck a plug in and limped it to Go Az. The staff had a 150 70 r18 in stock l and ready to be mount at an affordable price. 2hrs later I was back on the road. Great service! Now if I could just find a tire repair shop to perma-plug the old and I’ll be tire rich!

My 1997 Honda Valkyrie had a major issue while traveling from Tucson to Green Bay. Bret, the service manager, spent lots of time with me diagnosing my bent frame problem and how to fix it enough to get me back on the road within hours so I could get back home on time, where a permanent repair will have to be done. He said that because a final fix wasnt done, he wouldnt charge me! I was both astounded and most grateful. So huge kudos to him and GO AZ Motorcycles.

Great place, was on a long road trip and had a blowout on my pull behind trailer. They had me back on the road within an hour. Had a huge showroom lots of bikes and atv/side by side inventory.

Chris just sold us our new Turbo S and I couldnt be more happy! He was amazing and very knowledgeable and he made the entire building and buying process stress free! Everyone behind the parts desk was great as well and very nice! Really great experience overall.

Good phone service from the parts dept., Helped me find an alternative for a discontinued item. Good price. Good communication when the part arrived in just a few days. Had to scan my temp to enter the showroom and signs on the door saying that they require masks be worn. After entering I then saw at least half of the staff walking around with masks on their chins. When I asked an employee what the hell? he said they werent really doing that. So disappointing. You had won my business then threw it away.

These guys are great. Professional, honest, and experienced. You really cant ask for more.If you had a bad experience with the previous business that used to be in this location then dont let that stop you. New owner, new staff, great service.

Hands down on of the best dealership Ive been to. Was staying in flagstaff on vacation from Michigan and went to the dealership on our last day there. Was instantly blown away from what they had from the products in-stock and choices of them. they had many premiums products and the range of options from them from entry level to top shelf products. I worked with Chaz who sold me a pair of motorcross boots and shipped them to my house. Realized they were the incorrect size I was able to exchange them hassle free and get the correct size. If I wasnt over 1900 miles away I would make them my 1 stop shop for all my gear and accessory as opposed to going to an online site. I would highly recommend and going to them if you are in the area. Service and staff are great friendly and willing to help you out.

I just got my RZR delivered back to my home in Mesa after losing a wheel around Mormon lake. They got the parts needed and delivered in the timeframe promised. Repairs were done and I was kept informed along the way.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris as a salesman and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and informative. During the process of my order he would give me updates on where things were at. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful, from parts all the way to management. My only criticism would be when I actually picked up the utv. The vehicle could have been swept through a little more thoroughly. When you’re spending that kind of money it should be cleaned a little better, after market part stickers removed, make sure parts are where they need to be etc. all in all I had a great experience.

Chaz in parts is a legit dude that always gets me OEM parts or an equivalent in quality. Knows what he’s talking about and the parts get here quickly if they have to order! Parts department rocks 👍

We went to GO AZ to replace a 20 year old ATV. I knew little to nothing about the newer models that were available but Chris listened to our needs and went above and beyond to find us the right vehicle. I called GO AZ Motorcycles in Flagstaff the day before Thanksgiving to locate a Kawasaki motorcycle for my son, Scott. I spoke to Chris, who told me that they had exactly what I was looking for; a Kawasaki 140RS. By the time we drove to Flagstaff, the motorcycle was ready and the paperwork was all finished. Chris introduced us to the Service Manager and the Parts Department Salesman who both spoke to us at length about the motorcycle and the service, after which we met with the Sales Manager to sign the paperwork. Everything was done perfectly, and Chris gave my son a tour of his new motorcycle and spoke to him about riding safely and how to maintain the bike. I was so impressed with Chris and the other people at GO AZ in Flagstaff, and their inventory of motorcycles and gear was impressive too. I highly recommend GO AZ Motorcycles in Flagstaff. Just bought a side-by-side CAN-AM Maverick and had an amazing experience. They have a great selection and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Our salesman Chris was amazing! We bought out of state and he helped us every step of the way. Throughout the entire process he treated us with a lot of care and respect and made sure we got everything we needed. I was riding the AZBDR and lost the clutch on my KTM 690 Enduro. I made it to their parking lot the next morning and waited for the store to open. Nate and Brett in service got my bike in quickly and even though they did not have my part in stock they searched the building and found one in a tool box. I was up and running much faster than I had hoped for. Service and knowledge was outstanding.

My motorcycle broke down in Flagstaff at the very end of a month-long trip. The service department was able to take my bike in that same day knowing that I was on the road and coming from out-of-state. They were able to figure out the problem, but unfortunately it was quite a serious issue and would have taken 1+ week to fix. I decided to tow my bike home instead.Overall, I was impressed with how they were able to accommodate my needs and assist me all they could. My bike isnt the most reliable, so Im glad it broke down here where this shop, motel, McDonalds, and Enterprise were all within walking distance.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience and I’ve bought KTMs across Colorado and UT already. But not anymore, it’s GoAZ Flagstaff all day, every day!!

Drove 2hrs here because when I spoke to a salesman they said they could do what the other GOAZ locations offered. I said my price he said it shouldnt be a problem. I drove there located the salesman and he said little to nothing to me. Had me wait for a finance specialist or so he was called. This person came out quoted me a price a thousand dollars higher wouldnt budge. Then made up lies about the bikes on sale at the other locations being demo bikes. I had spoken with the other dealers in Phoenix these were not demo bikes. Sadly I walked in prepared to buy my bike for anything reasonably close to what we discussed and was treated poorly and lied too. I will not be returning here again. Possibly customer for life turned into someone who wont set foot in the store again. Sorry it turned out that way.

I live in California and couldn’t find the bike I needed here so I found one online at Go AZ. Both Chris and Andrew in sales were very up front with all costs and set up everything before I drove out. They pulled the bike off the floor for me and scheduled my time so I wouldn’t have to wait on pick up day. This has been my 3rd dealer experience and by far the easiest. The bike was also marked down and they worked with me on down payment, so I saved money and put down what worked for my budget. Thank you!

Service department rocks! I was in town for a weekend of riding and blew out my rear tire on my KTM at Cinders. I was able to drop off the bike 15 min before they closed on a Friday. What a great store! And right here in Flagstaff. I shopped all over AZ for a new motorcycle thinking the big cities would offer better deals, right? Negative. The older parts guy way in the back is always helping us out. He almost always knows the answers right off the top, and if not, he finds them. Im able to talk to him about my Ninja as well as hubbys YZ 450F. When we need parts, he is able to find them right away and is able to give good recommendations.

I had an opportunity to work with Bret in the service department, nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Bret and another employee worked quickly to get my shocks charged up for me. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I was a little worried because of the previous bad reviews, however they are under new management which explains why the service has taken a turn for the better. Got my Can am serviced last week. Had to go back to get the invoice because they gave me the wrong paper work. When I checked the bill I found out they had charge me for 1 and a third quarts of gear oil more than the utv holds. A 40 dollar over charge. When I went back to the dealer and confronted them they gave me the extra oil they had charged me for. I should have never had to go back.After the review I received a call from Chad the manager. He wanted to gather information on exactly what went on. This showed me they care about the service they provide. He said he will fix the problem so this does not happen in the future.

I wrecked a tire on my Polaris RZR while camping in Mormon lake. Bought a full set of rims and tires on sale, with needed lug nuts( extra). Got back to camp to find the box was opened and missing one lug nut. Spent half the day driving back to get one lug nut. Next week went looking for a spare to match the new set-(dealer said’oh, it should be easy to get one...) not even the manufacturer will sell me one. Had to special order through Go Az. Paid full cost, Called to check when it came in. Asked parts to make sure it was there. Drove up to Flag from Phoenix to find the wrong rim had been ordered and shipped(bronze rather than machined). Total waste of my time and money. Leon or the other staff really overlook a lot of important details. if you’re looking for good customer service, go somewhere else.-Post Edit: just after posting Leon did call and offer to make things right. He is placing the correct order for the spare rim to be shipped to my home in Phoenix at cost and offered assistance to make the purchase worth our time and drive. Hopefully all will be corrected soon, as Leon stated he did really want to provide good service and follow through.

My husband spent a lot of time worrying about taking our Polaris Quads anywhere to be repaired. Being a retired mechanic he has always worked on our vehicles himself but he is tired of turning wrenches and after reading reviews we decided on GO AZ. We are very pleased with the results. Very nice helpful people and very knowledgeable. If they are needed again we will go there.

My family and I were in Flagstaff camping on a busy holiday weekend. I needed to find a place to swap out a dirt bike tire and put a paddle on last minute. The employees at Northland Motorsports were more than accommodating. They provided excellent customer service and got the tire switched out for me in about 10 minutes. They even helped me carry the tire to and from my vehicle because I was carrying my newborn in her carseat. I also had my 7 year old son with me who found a toy dirt bike he absolutely loved. He was purchasing it with his own money. The gentleman that helped check him out was very patient as my son counted out his money and even gave him a discount so he could save some. My son was so very appreciative as was I. The entire staff here is absolutely amazing and we will definitely return and be recommending them to others. With the super limited selection of in-stock accessories, it might be better to just leave that stuff to online retailers and focus on bikes. Always frustrated when I shop for anything here (helmets, gloves, rainpants etc). At least I found an employee (owner??) willing to help this time, with the new ownership. He called a couple weeks later, when the size/style helmet I was looking for, came in. Unfortunately, I got impatient, and re-painted my old helmet. 😏
