Update: After I posted this they sent me 2 bottles to make up for their mistake. I should not have had to go public with this!Worst customer service ever! On August 18th, 2021, I ordered 3 bottles of Honey Mustard and was charged $27 plus $18 for shipping. The order was sent to my billing address, not my shipping address, so I had to pay $21.24 to have it forwarded to the correct address for a total of $66.24. One of the bottles was broken, so I ended up paying $33.12 per bottle. I called the business phone number. The message said that the messages were very seldom listened to, and the mailbox was full. I sent a message asking what they were going to do to make it right and have not heard back. People need to know of the complete lack of response and treatment of customers from this company. Buyer beware!

Here on vacation and I was so happy to find a tortillería. The tortillas are SO good and great hot sauces.

I was traveling through Flagstaff, and my hotel downtown had an article about this place. I love to support local business. I am so happy I stopped here before my flight back to Texas! There are few food items that will happily bring back a childhood memory. The green chili tamale from here, managed to do that with one bite. Thanks for the happy tears, your tamale and tortilla made me so very happy! I wish this place continued success! (And I hope I can place an order by mail.)

I dont know what happened between now and 5 years ago, but the tortillas are absolutely delicious. And if youre looking for a nice lunch or need to stock up on tamales, this is the place. I would give this place 10 stars if I could

Fresh, great tasting tortillas. No preservatives so eat them quick. They also have a great hot sauce. Set back off the road, drove by it twice, thank you Google Maps!!!

The whole wheat tortillas are the best. I love the tortillas here because they contain just a few ingredients instead of a long list of questionable additives.

The actual establishment by the name of Tortilla Lady may not be the place one would end up buying the tortillas, due to its rather restrictive schedule. The store is not open on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. However, the Tortilla Lady also sells at the local Safeway, Albertsons, and New Frontiers at the time of this review. The Safeway apparently only receives a meager stock, and you may find yourself driving around town to find a store that has the tortillas in stock.However, these tortillas might just be worth it.The Tortilla Lady not only boasts much fresher tastes than the common brands, but also benefits from its elegantly simple ingredients. The result is a tortilla that is about as good as if you were to eat it not more than a day after it was pulled off the pan.

It makes local HOT sauces.

Great taste, a must try...
