Wow! I tried the bee pollen tea with only adding honey and a sugar packet and it is probably the best tea I have ever had! It is sweet but doesnt taste as artificial as sweet tea. It also gives you quite a caffeine buzz! I recommend buying their tea either online or at the actual store!

Not a big tea person but this place is changing things. Great service and great tea.The Irish perch is definitely worth trying (stomach problem friendly too!)

Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with my experience at Old Barrel Tea Company. Their prices are incredibly high for tea and infusers (that dont work). After explaining the types and flavors of teas I like, one of the employees recommended a highly caffeinated, sweet, and fruity tea. I buy the tea, and also an infuser, as the tea is loose leaf. The same employee recommended a specific infuser, saying that it should hold the tea. When I arrive at home, I am quite excited to test out my new items! I heat up my water, put my tea into the infuser, and add my infuser into the water. Not even 3 minutes go by before my cup is filled with tea leaves. The infusers holes were too large for the tea, and the tea leaves began to seep out. That wouldnt have been bad had it just been my decision, but the employee recommended that infuser as one that would hold my tea. To make matters worse, I looked at the box for the tea that I purchased and it said low caffeine, which is the opposite of what the employee marketed it as. I then returned to the store the next day to explain the situation, and ask for a refund, or at least an exchange. The employee refused, saying that she was sorry if she offered the wrong information about the purchase, but would not rectify the situation. I would recommend going to Winter Sun and Victorian Moon (on the same street) for tea purchases, as the employees are more willing to help, and the tea is a lower price for a better flavor.Overall, very upset with my experience, and would not recommend Old Barrel Tea Company to anyone.

Really enjoy this shop for great tea blends. Only criticism is I wish the hours were a bit later on weekdays.

The Old Barrel Tea Company is a charming store with a great variety of teas, adventures in tasting. The staff is so knowledgeable about all of their products and are so willing to answer questions and give help. I have enjoyed each of my visits to the store and will continue to send my friends there.

Awesome little tea shop right in the heart of downtown Flagstaff. We were lured in by the samples and encouraged to smell some of the varieties by the lovely woman who runs the shop. She was super friendly and helped us select the perfect teas! Definitely recommend for anyone who is strolling by!

This is one of my favorite tea shops. I stop here every time Im in Flag to refill on their delicious Vanilla Rooibos!

Very helpful. Suggested some blends that were very tasty. Had some new teas Ive never heard of before. Spent a good chunk of change and enjoying everything we bought so far. Great place.

Found this cute little shop downtown...the young lady was very helpful and helped me pick a combination of loose leaf tea. I picked up a jar of honey too. Very cool place

Stumbled upon this cute little tea shop while walking downtown. The moment you step into the store the smell is just AMAZING. My fiancé and I bought a big bag of Wild Strawberry/Blueberry tea, which was their sample of the day and AMAZING, a flash chill iced tea maker, and three small tins of Tropical Black, Strawberry Mojito and Banana Bread Coffee teas. The staff was so friendly and helpful and is a fun memento of our trip! Ive been brewing tea like a crazy lady. Cannot recommend this place more. Cant wait to come back!
