A large selection of frozen soft-serve yogurt and dozens of toppings. Yogurt and tooings are sold by weight. There is very nice, helpful and informative staff that asked about allergens and helped keep us safe. They also offer hot dogs, sandwiches, coffees, smoothies and other foods. It was just pricey for my taste. So 5 star service and selection 3 star pricing.

It’s the only frozen yogurt place in town and it doesn’t disappoint! Has plenty of delicious flavors and toppings you can put on it! The owner makes other treats too and they’re very good! Definitely coming here a lot for the summer :)

Beautiful display of toppings. Yogurt is amazing. The owner was so nice to the dogs when we brought them over. Even brought out water for them.

I go here about once a week, I love the yogurt so much! There are always a ton of topping to choose from and there are a decent number of flavors to choose from. They offer food and snow cones as well, which I havent tried yet, but Im sure they are just as delicious! The owner and his son are very friendly and want nothing more than for you to have a good experience! Cant wait to go back!

Its really warm inside due to the frozen yogurt machines, but there is a large patio space, which means you only need to be inside long enough to get your froyo and pay. Coming from the Phoenix area, I was surprised to need to ask for a tasting cup (rather than them being out and available), but the guy working was very helpful and nice about getting the cups, and offered them to others in the store at the time instead of each person needing to ask individually. Good selection of flavors. Would definitely come again when in town.

I love this place. The new owner can be a bit enthusiastic but do not let that frighten you because this is the best yogurt in town!! I only wish he had reusable cups to sell because I go there a lot and special discounts for frequent costumers.

The service used to be great. The yogurt is great and I liked the setup where they charge by weight rather than ingredient. I also liked the atmosphere with fun movies on. The staff was always helpful and willing to give samples and answer questions. I think they changed management but its gone downhill.

Hair in the candy toppings, expensive, and when when I asked the owner if they had hot fudge he responded by saying that they are not an ice cream place so no I dont sweetheart. Many yogurt places carry hot fudge. its a popular topping but then he launched into a whole lesson of ice cream is harder if you added hot fudge to frozen yogurt it would become soup. Maybe some people like it when its a little melty, but Im glad he runs this place based on his own opinions and not the wants of his customers. There are many other frozen yogurt places in Flagstaff that are cleaner and not so condescending.

Just left YogurtU with a VERY happy tummy! The service was so friendly—he welcomed us into his “home” and boy did we feel welcome! We went for some yogurt and kept finding things on the menu to try. I had The Complete Hotdog that was everything and more! It was so good... I can’t even put it into words, so I just say go try it all for yourself and you won’t be sad, I promise!

The owner is awesome! Very friendly and will accommodate you. Tons of flavors and definitely some healthier options available here. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been coming here twice a week for nearly 3 months now. The product has seriously gone down hill. The same owner doesn’t remember us when we go in and is easily frustrated. The flavors used to be very tasty, but now they taste like chemicals and are terrible. I won’t be back.

Been a while since my last Fro-Yo. The owner was very nice and after samples, we made our own custom froyo with a lot of choices on toppings. Had a delicious treat. Only froyo in town, as far as I know.

I love coming here. The owner is very friendly and he makes an amazing panini! I always go for the three meat. Havent tried the yogurt but Im sure it is just as good!

I miss the old owner, her yogurt was absolutely AMAZING! With this new owner the yogurt tastes terrible, I wont go back to that place! Wish the old owner would come back or Flagstaff needs to open a better yogurt place.

The most rude owner I have ever encountered. Some machines are not working and frankly the over abundance of choices regarding food and drink items is silly. Expensive yogurt, and no real theme here. Go to the one downtown, they have games and better yogurt.

Overpriced, flavours were disappointing. The coconut one tasted like it had gone rancid, it was so sour! Like curdled dairy or something. The toppings selection was great though. Its the only froyo shop left in town, so...

Terrible. I was surprised that two small cups half full cost $16, but thats not what irritated me. Im the kind of guy that eats anything, but one of the yogurts tasted like straight chemical. It tasted so awful I had to dump it out. Thats still not what upset me. What upset me was when I called to tell the owner my concern and that maybe he should check the machine, he was very rude and hung up on me. I wasnt fishing for a refund. I was just concerned about other peoples safety. Like I said, I usually eat anything, but not this. This is also the first review Ive written about a business. Usually I wouldnt waste my time, but this novel was worth it.

Vanilla yogurt was not good. The toppings are plentiful but if you try a yogurt and dislike it prepare for an attitude by the owner. ... he was a bit condescending but tried to make up for it. No bueno...

Went here with a large group of soccer kids, really bad experience. Several kids and parents commented on the flavors tasting bad (coconut, keylime and chocolate). They dont offer samples and the poor tasting flavors might be the reason. Normal sized yogurts were $7-8 each. Might want to insist on trying samples from the owner before ordering

This is my favorite yogurt place in Flagstaff. They have good yogurt flavors, serve hot delicious food and coffee. The WiFi is free and its a nice quiet place to study.

Dont get me wrong its good. But my girl and I went in to buy 2 yogurts. she got a medium one filled and I got a large. Turns out the bill ended up being $25 for just 2 yogurts. Mine was pretty big but not worth $16 bucks and hers was $8. Its good but not worth the price of 0.69c an oz, it really stacks up. Especially since the weight of the cup isnt subtracted.

Yogurt was terrible. Didn’t even know you could screw up yogurt but apparently you can. The yogurt wasn’t even creamy it was like chunks. Should of sampled it before I bought and we would of walked out of there. Go to a yogurt land and see how a successful yogurt franchise works.

Yogurt was runny not frozen. There was a fly in the fruit and candy flying around. Not good won’t be back
