The associates at this store dont know anything about the devices or the network that they are selling, because none of them actually use it. I have had their service for years, it wasnt always bad, but it has gotten worse. Recently I have been having trouble with data being extremely slow. The in-store associates dont know anything about how to fix it, shocking. The 24hour call centers are clueless as well and honestly very petty, if your irritated or anything and it comes off in your tone, they will literally hang up on you, or worse they will walk you through the solution while not actually doing anything on their side. The 5g devices and network are a lie! I upgraded thinking that would solve a lot of my data speed issues but nope. Its just more lies, after I wasted more money on that lie, I was told by supervisor of the call centers that the 5g ismoderating in my area, and will be doing so for the next month, while the store associates say its the best in the area. Just go to Walmart and get a pre-paid phone for a fraction of the price and way better service provider.

The Gentleman that helped me was nice.Its sad to me that no matter how many people complain that the service reception for T-Mobil and Metro by T-Mobil totally ROTS here-who wants dropped calls on a main highway 17N/S and they dont fix the issue for YEARS, then they blame it on transitioning from 4Glte to 5G even though the other service providers figured it out in 4Glte. Sad,aint it

I just visited this store to upgrade my phone and had the very best customer service associates EVER, Elizabeth and Angela. They dealt with horrible customer service over the phone. One man was so horribly condescending, it was embarrassing.They finally got the right person on the phone.The main thing these 2 ladies did, was make sure my needs were met. Best customer service associates EVER!!

Costumer service is good depending on who is working at the time. The so called manager tries to push products on you. They never have the phones I want in stock. So the manager says. Every time I try to go in for the deals theyre out of stock. I paid for my bill with my debt card and they charged me twice. My bank notified me of the charge. After that I only pay cash. No trust. The phone service sometimes does let me send text messages. So overall all these phone services have issues. So I just go with T-Mobile for the 4 phone line deal. Its affordable for me.

I visited the metro pcs store in flagstaff arizona to upgrade, and was told I must wear a mask by an employee NOT wearing a mask manager came in and refused us service without a mask even after we told her her employee wasnt wearing a mask.Ihjave asthma and cannot wear a mask! I will be changing providers after this BS

I lost my phone and mentioned it to a young lady named Stephanie and she was really helpful and patient with setting up my new phone. Definitely ask for her when going to MetroPCS.

My wife and I are both from Kingman Arizona so we called around to see who has a phone that she wanted and turns out Flagstaff MetroPCS has the phone that she wanted and we called ahead of time and we spoke with a gal named Stephanie and she was just excellent great customer service very helpful and took very good care of us live wife is very happy with her new phone I would highly recommend this store

Ill give my visit a five stars the gentleman behind the counter was courteous and knowledgeable and tried for 10 minutes to try to get my old phone to work no luck. He gave it his best shot.

Terrible service while traveling. My dad simple mobile $30 a month work flawlessly and he opens his hotspot for me to use while traveling. Shame on you t mobile

Id give zero if available...Update: Apparently, it actually gets worse. I returned a phone due to EMF sensitivity, and Ian screwed up -the entire process.-Due to the way he processed it, my phone was turned off (I am serious! Turned off!) on day TWO. Then, after speaking with Tatem yesterday and her warning that this would happen because of what he did (and saying there was nothing she could do to stop it) (I suggested getting the owner on th ephone, but of course, he could not be bothered...)and promising me she would communicate with me via email, and let me know what is going on today. Needless to say, she failed to do so. I have NO PHONE service whatsoever.To say that I postively abhor Metropcs is a vast understatement. They truly SUCK with regard to competency, customer service and the actual service itself is cheap, as in not that reliable.You walk in and Mario is ALWAYS on his phone. If he tried, he could not be -less- invested in helping customers. Talk about total unprofessionalism. To save readers valuable time and energy and money, youll definitely want to go with another service provider.The owner of this one cares so much that he cant be bothered to help, to reach out, to do anything. I am contacting the executivce offices and hope to SHUT DOWN THIS OFFICE ASAP.My original review;First, ONLY do business here if you love making multiple trips and have the cheap, cheap regional manager insist the employees charge you for EVERYTHING including defective SIMS card.Its so not worth dealing with them.I should have stuck with my previous phone carrier. And I am definitely going back after seeing how much metro sucks.Cheapest company ever and they get you with ridonculous fees.(Yes, youll want to make up words too, youll be so annoyed...)Heres how this loveliness began:I called ahead of time a few days ago and they (Ian) said they were opened until 7 pm. I show up at ten minutes till... Their doors are locked and Ilsay informs me they are closed early so they can do inventory.The closed early so they cruise on outta there...Secondly, Ian, who charged me TWENTY TWO bucks to activate my new phone to my number (already had service, etc with metro...which means nothing to metro...They make their money by all these stupid fees.Anyhoo, he charges the fee and stupidly does not even set up my phone. Guess job training is not required at this location and I think corporate will want to know they rip people off here multi-dimensionally.Ian knew I was bringing in an unlocked tmobil phone, and he did not change one setting on my phone for metro.I had to go in today and add the name, APN and MMSC.Lazy work ethics sucks.Filing a claim with the BBB.

My experience with Metro is 5 months of horrible. I advise no one ever have service with them. I paid for 2 lines and a hotspot to which I cannot even login to Facebook nor send a simple picture text message. The service with 5 bars says you should have internet but no internet is available. Its a lie. They do not provide what you pay for. I dont give them not 1 star. They are a rip off.

The girl who attended me was very simple, she had no interest in attending to me I went in order to change company but she with her treatment took away my desire, she was more interested in seeing her phone messages than in attending to me I asked her questions regarding the plans and it only said well there it says on the phone you really need a customer service course
