Started ok, ended horrible. Initial meeting with the sales lady was pleasant and we thought we had our project figured out even though we were paying a hefty premium compared to Phx prices. There was a wrong order placed by the company. Fast forward multiple lies, shipping dates missed and the project put on hold. Final straw was when after 4 weeks of waiting and them never returning a phone call for a refund for the material they screwed up. Place is a disaster. Save some time, frustration and money... Skip this place.

Awesome Experience! I was introduced to the Cunningham family three years ago. They are honest and straight forward people. Carpets of Dalton sales people provide a wonderful shopping experience. The staff is well trained, friendly, knowlegable, and the product line fits any budget. If you are looking for any type of flooring, I highly recommend Carpets of Dalton.

Pam is the BEST!!!! We couldnt be happier with our flooring we did a lot of shopping around & talking back & forth with Pam & I will say that young lady knows her stuff!! Such a wonderful and kind est. Went looking at carpet pieces and they gave us a great deal and when they saw we could not fit them in the car, they drove them to our home for free in the nearby city area.
