I love my service guy Dillon he is the best. After having snow tires installed at another business my wheel fell off. Took my Sprinter to Dillon and he took care of everything. He communicated with me at every step to repair my brand new sprinter.. Im still nervous about my wheels and took it back a few weeks later and Dillon knew this and had his service people go over my wheels to check the lug bolts, alignment and balance just to sooth my nerves.. Service department is highly recommended. Very compassionate, didnt charge for things I didnt need and made me a happy camper.

The customer service at this dealership is amazing. They truly do go out of their way in providing fantastic quality customer service. This dealership isnt like the other ones out there...they are way better. Emily McNally did a fantastic job on providing us with the information that we were requesting about a vehicle so quickly. She is definitely on top of her game. We live over an hour away from Flagstaff and she even offered to meet us halfway just so that we could look at the vehicle. Where are you going to find amazing service like this....I can definitely tell you. Its going to be a Mercedes-Benz in Flagstaff. They provide the service that you deserve and need.❤

My cargo van broke down in the Arizona desert a week after purchase. The engine only ran for about 30 hours total. We did contact Mercedes support. And they did provide a tow truck to take us to the nearest dealership which was in Flagstaff Arizona. My driver had to wait over the weekend for 3 nights, since they were not available Saturday evening. And Sunday. On Monday, when we talked to the service department, they refused to even look at it. They told me that if we decided to keep it there. We would have to wait until the 26th of the month which was about three weeks later, just for them to even look at it. Unacceptable for a brand new vehicle. Their dealership was very rude. Every person was unhelpful. They were the same with the woodlands Texas dealership manager. (where we purchased the new vehicle a week before) . He was shocked at their response. I ended up flying my driver back to Texas and requested a refund for the broken van. Dennis At the woodlands dealership decided to get a tow truck to make the two-day trip back to Houston Texas. A very expensive decision. Come to find out it was a 10-minute fix that the Flagstaff dealership could have taken care of. An embarrassing decision on their part to put a black eye on a simple solution. Due to the decision on the Flagstaff locations Part. I truly do not think that I would buy another Mercedes-Benz product. I may only reconsider, just because of how Dennis at the Mercedes dealership in The Woodlands Texas handled the whole situation. They spent a whole lot of money on getting my van back to me. Even though it was more than a week later. I would highly recommend forcing the Flagstaff location to pay for the tow truck driver to get the van back to Texas. If they would have taken 10 minutes just look at it, it would have saved Mercedes thousands of dollars and saved me about a thousand dollars of extra expenses. They could have saved the reputation of Mercedes in whole. Instead, They made Mercedes look like an unreliable and uncaring company. Luckily Dennis from Texas at least came to make things right.

Rear tail lights on Sprinter were replaced on May 25, 2021. Next morning, I opened rear door and found piece of red tail light cover inside the van. I emailed with these photos same day but received no reply. I drove 50 miles back and was told to come back in a few days with an appointment. Drove back and was told by the Manager that the technician denies breaking the tail light cover and that the crack looks like it has been there for a while.

Wow! I was so impressed with this team of professionals who really make you feel like family. I bought my first car from Emily and she was the chillest sales person ever. She let me enjoy my ride and didn’t even bother me when I left for lunch. Alex the GM came out to meet me and is such an incredible person. From Manny to Harvey (in finance) every person here is such a delight and they always put relationship first. I got an amazing deal AND they didn’t run me around to get it. Seriously this new management is going to take this place so far by doing good by people.

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealer a couple days ago. I have nothing negative to say about my experience except that it took a good chunk of time to get out the door and into my new vehicle (but its a dealership so thats got to be expected... ) Justin was my sales rep and was a delight to work with. We were taken care of through our wait periods, and all of our questions about the vehicle and the financing process were answered professionally and accurately. At the end of the day, if you want a Mercedes Benz, and you are in Flagstaff look no further as the new management/ownership has turned this location around completely.

Luckily we were not going very fast and not far from the dealership. Advised the employee riding with me that it was dangerous and it needed to pulled from the lot. The jeep is now a 1000 bucks less and still on sale. Anyone who disregards the safety issue and keeps it on the lot despite being in the vehicle I would never trust or buy a vehicle from.

I brought my 2015 Sprinter van there, when my injection pump went bad. The SA was very nice person and mechanic seem to be honest as well, but mechanic lack training to work on digital vehicles. First thing he did was frying my ignition module.3 days and about $1100 later he finally figured out the module and start working on my pump. New pump still did not make engine running, so dropping parts continue for total of 16 days.Service manger, regardless my inquiries newer come to talk to me.At the end it was newly hired mechanic who was able to troubleshoot my van and after set of new injectors the engine started.Still new injectors were not coded, new ignition module was not paired with cluster, hood seals were badly damaged and front grille crack. They gave me discount on parts, what make final outcome reasonable, but I had to cover for 2 weeks at hotels and losses the stalled trip triggered.I gave 3 stars for nice work of SA (Rian), but management has long way to find the crew capable of working on modern vehicles.

Three months ago my hubsand went it to purchase his truck he was longing for awhile. The sales associate Andrea and Paul made the process easy. Well here we are 90 days later and he still has no tags. Not to mention he was told after the fact 90 days later he needed a smog. This was never mentioned when the sale was happening. Now he goes and gets a smog early Friday morning to have this taken care of and he told they cant do anything till Monday. Well unexpectable we have waited 90 days for this and they all seem not to care. We get told someone was not doing their job. Why do we as consumers have to suffer. Why do we get the run around and no seems to care or want to resolve it. I will never be buying a car from this dealership again. I will let all my friends and family know not to go buy a car there again and maybe someone will start caring. This has been nothing but nightmare for us.if we drive the truck with no tags we are liable for tickets because again they cant do their job. Lets get it together people.

Well my experience with this dealership started off pretty good. A couple red flags, no inspections of my vehicle prior to sale. etc... Well after purchase the MIL light came on and that began the run around and lack of communication between customer and dealership. First I got advised to bring it up to Flagstaff. (3 hr drive from Queen Creek) get there and they couldnt do anything.. next 60 days of waiting for my tags. On the 90th day they advise the DMV needed a smog (I had to pay, even though I paid registration fees and tags with my purchase), Then I get excuses that on Saturdays their temp tag machine is locked. Like they dont sale vehicles on Saturdays or need to print temp tags... yea right... After $1500 later from fixes to fuel filters, exhaust manifolds to brake exchange flush. I still dont have my tags, still cant get a straight answer and never saw my referral money they said i would get for referring someone to them for a purchase. And I cant get a call back from any management at this facility after 3 voicemail messages left. Now the sales rep is not responding after the wife got involved. I would avoid this place or make sure you have good lawyer on retainer to assist with the BS this dealership pulls. Next steps for me is to get with Channel 3 news Gary Harper for answers since they keep giving excuses.

I then got a call from Debra an employee at Mercedes of Flagstaff. She told me that even tho they were closing she would come back to the dealership and meet me there to give me a loaner. She gave me her cell number and told me to call 20 minutes prior to my arrival as she lived 20 minutes from the dealership. To say that I was relieved would be an understatement. I had waited 1 1/2 hours for a tow truck sitting on the side of the highway with huge semis going by at 80 miles an hour!As an aside, the tow truck driver himself was immensely impressed that someone was going to come back to make sure I got a loaner. I have worked in the car industry for 10 years and feel this is one of the shadiest dealerships I have ever come across. I would pull their dealer license if I were Mercedes. To start I had visited the dealership in the past for warranty work and everything was great. The service manager was exceptional which is why we came back.Minutes before I pulled in the Service Manager and someone else quit or were fired from the dealership I was told. There was a new guy who had only been there 2 weeks. He seemed nice enough at first and I tried to help calm down because he seemed very lost. We had my vehicle inspected for the problem I was having and had out service done. The mechanic found the issue and reported it to our service writer. The said we needed a water pump and that Mercedes recommended fixing an adjoining part during the water pump replacement and made it seem like the adjoining part would most likely fail if not replaced. After about 15 minutes my wife found out it should be covered under warranty. The new guy had no idea which was understandable but there was no one else he could confirm the warranty claim with, mechanic, manager etc. So we left waiting for a call. We finally got a call and confirmed that the water pump was covered but the adjoining part wasnt because it wasnt really needed just recommended by the dealership NOT Mercedes. This was not the new guys fault we was just telling us what he was told to say OR he wasnt really new and lying, either way they were trying to get us to replace parts that werent needed.Because of all the confusion with the warranty work I failed to notice I had been charged for 2 extra things on my service that I didnt authorize. When I called back to address the situation I was told by the new guy he would check with his Fixed Operations manager and get back to me. He didnt. I called several days later and he was like Yeah I spoke with my manager and he doesnt feel like you were over charged I then asked to speak to the General Manager and put on hold forever. I hung up and got a call back saying he spoke with his manager (not the general manager) and they wanted me to send over a competing quote for a service? I told him I wasnt going to all that trouble and gave them my number to call me to address the problem. Apparently the managers dont want to speak to customers when there are issues they just want to hide behind employees and come up with crazy replies.I will NEVER go to this store again and I will tell everyone I come in contact with to avoid this store as well. The dont care about customers and are only out to charge them as much money as possible and make up things to fix.

If there was lesser rating, I would give it.A new 2015 Sprinter 250/144 was purchased in Aug, 2016. Took it back to the dealership in Nov (4 months later) for a number of issues, not the least of which was the fading paint (especially the hood...)The dealership buffed it, and said thats all it needed. The paint issue returned, and this time all over the vehicle. I brought it to the dealership for its second scheduled service a month ago, and the new service manager looked at it and had the hood repainted. Now the vehicle has a shiny hood and the rest of the faded paint stands out.So the regional service rep was called into review. Complete waste of time... over 2 months, to be precise.Long story short, despite the past email record (4 months after the purchase!) of having had the paint issue, MB now claims its out of warranty and will not correct the problem.Furthermore, MB executive referral manager at the North American HQ demands to see a photo of the initial faded paint. This, despite its own body shop in town telling them that the paint is defective.Combine horrendous after-sale service, atrocious employee turnover rate, a leadership / owner that hide from difficult situations and you have a premier marque brand that doesnt even live up to a Chevrolet standard.Shame on MB, shame on the owner(s) and the GM of MB of Flagstaff. You guys practice the lowest standard of service in town.Dont hide behind emails and web posts. I can be reached at the same mobile number the GM and sales manager called on me.March 16 - its been over a week since the above posting, and neither the owner(s) nor GM bothered to follow up directly on this issue. Instead, they are apparently now relying on the MB of N Americas Executive Referral Manager to stonewall on their behalf.Buyers interested in MB should be aware that ALL issues unresolved by the local dealership will be funnelled to that one office and they will absolutely refuse to escalate and refer the problem to a higher office. You will only be told the same lame excuse / explanation.Buy American product. Ive had way better services from Ford, Chevy, Dodge.

While on our way from Albuquerque to San Diego, the check-engine light on our Sprinter came on just before Flagstaff. We stopped in at the Flagstaff MB facility and were met by Jess in the service area. He quickly assessed our problem and effected a temporary fix so we could continue our trip. We appreciate the friendly and professional service recieved at MB Flagstaff!

My husband and daughter were looking for a specific vehicle and the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Flagstaff happened to have one. We always try to buy locally, but their experience with this dealership - Greg Ring specifically - was so terrible they decided to go ahead and drive the 2 1/2 hours to Phoenix. Greg was anything but customer friendly. He was disrespectful, belittling, sarcastic and pushy. When they said they wanted to think about it, he would not let them leave, continued to pressure them and angrily told them he was under the assumption that it was a done deal because they had been negotiating. He was condescending, until my husband pointed out he works in contracts and is very familiar with the purpose and process of negotiating, and told Greg numerous times that a negotiation is not a contract. On top of that, the vehicles engine was dirty, the brakes were squishy, and the headlights looked like the car had gone through some heavy terrain. Even if these issues could have been addressed, the customer service would have prevented them from returning. If the price had been dropped by half, my husband and daughter would not have purchased the car from Greg.Because of Gregs condescending attitude, not only did they decide to go ahead and drive three hours to Tempe to purchase the exact same vehicle (albeit in much better condition), they paid a bit more because the salespeople at the dealership they visited seemed to actually care about the customer, did not press them to make an immediate decision but let them sleep on it, and went above and beyond to make sure the deal was the best they could do for our daughter. There are dealerships in the Flagstaff area that are great, and weve purchased numerous vehicles locally - but we will never purchase one from this Mercedes-Benz. If you do decide to purchase a car here, ask for any other salesman but Greg.

Nice new facility, bought some parts. Great customer service on the parts side. Wasnt very impressed with the salesmen, on arrival they were grouped together by the door, didnt have a greeting as I entered, they just stared and turned away. I had to go out and get my last 8 of my vin number for a part for the excellent parts guy, I guess the salsmen saw that I own an S class Mercedes and then they greeted me on re-entry. Not not very classy on their part! But the parts department is outstanding!!!

So I walked in and the first guy that walked up to me was actually a really nice salesman. He asked if I needed help and I said I needed to get to services. He walked me right over and introduced me and left. The service guy want to say... Jess asked me how he could help, told him my issue and he said he needed the vin of my vehicle and asked if he could call me back. I was like okay gave him my number. Apparently going in to ask a service rep doesnt mean you will get help on the spot. So I left I never got a call back, no kidding been a week later nothing.

I purchased a used $50K vehicle from Mercedes of Flagstaff dealership. The salesman Jimmy was pleasant enough to deal with and as an out of town buyer felt everything was going well. The Saturday arrived to pick up the vehicle things started going downhill fast. I test drove the SUV and upon acceleration the check engine light illuminated. Since it was a Saturday, I was first told that they would call in a mechanic to resolve the problem. Apparently, they only have two. One was in Vegas and the other mountain biking and didn’t want to come in. Jimmy doing what he could, took the vehicle to another near-by dealership, who actually had mechanics working, to see if they could diagnose the problem, but they didn’t have the right equipment. Finally, after wasting almost the whole afternoon, I was told I would have to take the car to Phoenix on Monday to resolve the issue. This delayed my trip home and of course, cost additional to stay in Phoenix for the night. I drove to Phoenix and the dealership did fix the problem (lose hose) on Monday at no additional cost.Actually, my biggest mistake was allowing Mercedes of Flagstaff to handle my out of state registration. I was told they could handle this for me and I thought the convenience factor was a good idea. WRONG! After my 30-day temporary tags expired I began calling and emailing the dealership. It was almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone and no one would return my email. I finally got a hold of a guy in parts and had him go find the person I needed to speak with about plates. They apparently failed to have me to sign and notarize one of the documents. They FedExed and I did the leg work to get the document notarized. I sent back via FedEx and then crickets. I once again called and emailed. Not only would no one answer the phone, but the finance people’s voice mail boxes were full and could accept a message. I finally got the receptionist once and asked for the GM leaving him a message. Crickets. Calling again now even the receptionist’s voicemail was full and still is today. At this point I decided to call Mercedes Benz Customer Service. They were reluctant to help as it was a used car. I explained that my problem was not the car, but rather the people at the dealership who refused to respond. The customer service person was empathic and offered to call. He did get a Ms. Harris to call me and she apologized for the delay, assuring I would get the plates “any day now”. She in turn had Ms. Thomas send me a new temporary tag.It is now 30 days later, some 90 days after I purchased the vehicle and still no plates. Calling and emailing again no answers. Finally, I get Haley Thomas the title clerk who, must have picked up the phone by accident and she tells me they needed yet another document notarized on their end and my plates should be on the way soon. I reminded her my temporary tag expired and she assured me she would send another. I guess I don’t even have to mention that I have not received it.Presently calling, I now realize the guy in the parts department is the only person who answers his phone so I call him again and ask to be transferred to Ms. Harris. Again, by chance I connect with someone who actually answers the phone. I ask for Ms. Harris. “She is no longer with us” is the response. Now this person, a Mr. Christmas, also apologizes and agrees to help. Days later nothing. No return call, no email and no plates. The day I was at the dealership there were literally no other customers in the place. It was like a warning sign similar to going into a restaurant with no other diners present. It’s like the whole place operates part time. Even the GM could be bothered to respond! How Mercedes Benz can claim this is a bonafide dealership when no one there cares about its customers is beyond me.Bottom line is if you chose to deal with this place be prepared to have zero follow through and don’t let them handle your registration!

We purchased a new Mercedes on February 2nd. In mid March our temporary plates had expired because the dealership had failed to handle the registration in a timely fashion. So, we were faced with the choice of driving with expired plates are not driving our new car. On April 8 I received a lapsed registration notice from ADOT related to our trade-in. So, I had to go to Service Arizona myself and register the sold notice because, apparently, that was not done. I let the dealership know about the registration problem but they have ignored my communication. The car is great. The sales process was fine. The after-sale has not been good. Im a little nervous about service. This is not what I expect from a luxury brand dealership.

We invested heavily on our low quality product/high end Sprinter Van on December 2017. Since then we have had multiple issues with our car/van. At 1,500 miles our engine failed in Moab on May 15th, 2018. First, the brand quality is disappointing, the car did not arrive to our destination- our whole engine was completely replaced at flagstaff with new one after 1.5months seating at the facility. We have never experienced this with any other non mercedes cars. Second, the customer service at Flagstaff was awful which caused a continuous disappointment. The MB at Flagstaff did not land replacement car because we had a dog while your brand new car did not deliver us to our destination. They did not pay our rental, hotels, and meals on our return. NEVER REIMBURSED either. Multiple weeks we demanded MB Flagstaff to transport our vehicle to Denver for repair, and they repeatedly refused. They were none cooperative and made hardship on us. Lastly, after repair at Flagstaff our engine has just failed less than a year and the car had only 10,000 miles! Technicians were not enough skillful to fix or identify the root cause of our problem. Yet another product failure. Failure of the product endangers and puts our family lives at risk. We were stranded with no cellphone reception and we were towed at our expense second time. Our car was stranded in very unsafe area for multiple hours. Who knows may be next time the car will kill us all. Our expectation when we buy high end is that we get a high end product and service. This is less about only repair warranty for commercial vehicle Sprinter Van and more about a companys commitment to the quality of their product, safety to their customer lives, and the experience of their customers - which at this point has been poor for us.

Honestly, I wish Google would have zero stars because this dealership is lucky to have 1 . Our lease was up on our 2017 Mercedes GLC Coupe we loved so much, we decided to lease another one. This was our biggest mistake we made & wanted you to be aware of our experience. Customer service is the basic foundation of any business and Mercedes-Benz should live up to the luxury brand they represent. But, it failed on so many fronts. I honestly dont even know where to begin. But here are the highlights:1. The salesperson had no clue about the car. Mind you this is a new model year for Mercedes-Benz. It was the 2020 GLE. She was too consumed on texting her friends in the back while we test drove the car.2. We traded in our lease early (end of July) and you would expect our car to be paid off well over a month. Well, that wasnt the case as well. We called the dealership and the Finance guy said well, just make two payments on both cars and the residual will work itself out. Really, when you trade in a car, you expect to pay two car payments? They didnt send the partial payoff until 8/14 via FedEx. An outstanding balance of $2000 was unpaid.3. We contacted the owner of the dealership and the GM (see pics) because we are still having issues. No reply or response. Nothing. Not even an apology. You would think if a customer was so upset that they would call and resolve it. We even tried to talk to the Social Media contact at the Lincoln dealership in CA that texted Michael Miller to ask for him to call us. No call. No email. Nothing.4. Our temporary tags expired because they paperwork was never filed with the DMV. We had to ask several times for extensions. We finally got our plates two days ago 9/9/19 (purchased car 7/27/19).5. MB Financial, the bank who most leases and financing goes through said they have no power on why our lease was not paid off and we have to deal with the dealership privately. Really Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-Benz USA? This is how you treat a customer who has had 4 MBs prior?6. I even emailed the VP of MB christian.treiber@mbusa.… with a response that each dealership is basically a franchise and they have no power at all.7. Maintenance is not included in any MB and the finance guy didnt go over that or if we wanted to pre pay it. Just didnt even mention it. After a few days of owning the car we recalled that the prior experience in Scottsdale it was brought up and financed into the purchase. We called countless times and many of the items like our lease being paid off are still not resolved for over a month and a half. Mind you we closed on the car 7/27/19We got no apology, no responses from the GM or Owner of the dealership. Porsche, Audi USA and BMW USA would never treat a repeat client like this.So Micheal Miller or Trampus Mansker save your apology or response from this review for someone else. You had the opportunity to make this right. Instead you ignored our emails and never even responded or called. We leased our last MB in Scottsdale and what a different experience. Save the time and aggravation and drive 120 miles to Scottsdale metro to be treated with dignity, respect and valued. This will be the last MB we ever buy and the CEO of MB USA Dietmar Exler and VP Christian Treiber know that.We also recently purchased a new 2019 Porsche Cayenne in Chandler, AZ and it was night and day of an experience. The sales person knew the car inside and out, he followed up the next day and asked how the car was and the experience was top notch. Not with this purchase at MB Flagstaff. The absolute worst. So bad we filed a complaint with the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General.

This place is excellent! I had a check engine light that was on for more than a year that nobody else could figure out. I went in to these guys and I met Dustin Hede from service. He was couteous and professional. He quickly set me up with an appointment for that same day and my issue was fixed that very day and the price was fair especially with the fact that it was Mercedes-Benz techs working on it. Best of all was the fact that they had parts for my car (an older mercedes) right there in the service center and so I didnt need to bother with waiting for parts to be shipped. I would without any hesitation recommend this place to anyone with an older or newer Mercedes-benz vehicle. Thanks Mercedes-Benz of flagstaff for great service.

This dealer had me come up to flagstaff from Phoenix . Lied to us about the condition of a $35000 dollar f250. A black one that is still in the lot today . It had around 10k in paint and body work that needed. Also, the tires were entirely bald. UNSAFE. The fact they had the nerve to deal with us that way was beyond me. They knew we were a cash buyer and tried to take complete advantage of us. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Would give them zero stars if it would let me. Bought a used 07 tahoe with only 59k miles here a few months back. Appeared to be in immaculate condition and they sold it to us for a fair price. Everyone was super nice and buying process smooth. By our 1st oil change we felt the transmission was slipping. Had it checked by 3 different places and sure enough, it needs a new transmission. Called them and asked for service records and told them what was going on and they said the person we need to speak to is out and someone will get back to you. Its been almost a week and no response. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone and feel extremely disappointed that what I perceived as nice people taking care of a firefighter and his family by selling us a solid used vehicle, was really just a shady dealership who knew they were selling us a lemon.

Mr Lucius Morton in Sales is the SHINING STAR at Mercedes-Benz of Flagstaff! No one works harder for you or is more professional. Lucius eats, sleeps, and breathes Mercedes-Benz! His attention to detail is impeccable. Mr. Morton will answer any question you have and if he doesnt have the answer readily available, hell get it for you immediately. Customer service is where he really excels. Lucius knows how to take care of people and how to make them feel special. When he sees you drive up at the dealership, hell run out to greet you. If you need something, hell come to your house to assist. My husband and I recently purchased a car from him and he spent hours of his valuable time to set up a parking tutorial on the dealership lot so that we would feel comfortable allowing the car to park itself. When I needed service, he ensured that I received what I had been promised. When my car was to be hand washed and other car detailers were busy, he hopped right in and washed my car for me. He is always just a phone call away. He treats you like family! He takes the success of this dealership very seriously and delivers world-class service that is on-par with the likes of Four Seasons Hotels and Neiman Marcus. You wont be disappointed if you purchase a car with Lucius Morton at Mercedes-Benz of Flagstaff. In fact, I wouldnt think about using anyone else!!!!!
