Told the girl at the counter i wanted menthol flavored juice for my cold. She recommended cool cream so i said sure. So glad she recommended it because instantly my sinuses were cleared and i can breathe again. Definitely my favorite place to get juice hands down. Currently a regular customer and will continue being one.

Yes, I have been to quite a few across the US, but this one is different for all the right reasons.The inviting atmosphere from the staff and the frequenters as well as the neat decor pulls you in. The owner and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about every (always high quality) product. Great juices.. But Ive been sold the wrong coil 2 times now. Even bringing in the old one didnt help. Still leaving 5 stars cause mistakes happen..

Very bad experience.. after spending money with them from the beginning I purchased my first vape and it was faulty but they blamed it on me and said nothing was wrong and it was me and my battery and I looked up the product and found out it was known for having that issue. I told them but they didnt care so I will NEVER go back. there is a much better smoke shop right across the street. or go to city line. now I have over 20 mods so I bet they wish they did the right thing. I make sure to tell everyone I know to never go there he was that rude. the owner. he didnt know what an oled screen was but I guess he knew enough to know that mod wasnt faulty?? even so he just didnt have to be rude to somebody half his age. not the way to run a business that depends on your customers loyalty

Went in for a moderate way to get started with vaping , sales person was helpful and nice. However, used my inexperience to sell me a target 75 watt kit that goes for about forty five dollars online for 120 dollars. The juice is alright, but that is going to leave a real bad taste in my mouth. I thought shops like this were supposed to promote trusting relationships, which arent possible if your customers first experience is being charged three times the average retail price.

They are so helpful and enthusiastic. Wanted an e cigarette that was refillable, they provide the best products and range of vapor flavors for the cigarette. Great prices too. No comparison to the otc ecigs you get at the gas station... This is the real deal!

No issues here. Know that the people who complain are troublesome and probably go in looking for a fight. There is no reason to expect any of this at either location. Fine service, better than any car dealer, and its for a vape!

So disappointed at the service from the head manager customer service. I asked a question and when he responded I didnt quite understand his answer, he then got very rude with me and was totally baffled by how impatient and critical of my knowledge of the items there. Im still new at gaping but will go back because he was truly offensive. Doesnt deserve business from anyone I know. Never would go back there again.

I love their vape juice! Their vape juice is put together in house and doesnt have all the junk you get from most vape juice! If I vape anything else I get headaches and my sinuses go crazy ,it completely freaks out my allergies!

Ive spent the last week going to every smoke/vape shop in the area! Well lo and behold, the last shop shouldve been my first. Reble smoke is by far the best smokeshop in the state, great guys and credible selection of juice. I will shop nowhere else but Reble smoke!!

Poor service vapor didnt work from start they assembled it blamed me and have a no return policy apparently they never heard of merchantability law where a product has to perform for a reasonable time 1 day is not Im going back to ask for refund if none Ill take it to small claims VERY RUDE STAFF
