I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to based on my experience with this dealership. I shopped around for a used Toyota Camry for a few weeks after my previous car was deemed a total loss. As soon as I stopped in to check out a Camry they were offering for sale I had a feeling this would be the place Id buy my next vehicle. The dealerships employees are so genuine. The 2012 Camry I purchased was in way better condition than others I had previously looked at. The car was exactly as advertised and they didnt even charge me a bogus document fee. They insured and registered my car the same day and I was on the road with my new to me Camry. Trevor, specifically - went above and beyond for me. He never questioned my credit situation or anything before I test drove the car. Once I finished the test drive and brought it to my mechanic I decided to finance through them to see if they could get a better interest rate than my bank could provide me. They got the lower rate lower and the entire process minus the test drive and inspection took no longer than 30 minutes. They just make the experience so easy. Im back months later writing a review because Im so pleased with my purchase. I spoke with one of the technicians there and I was blown away with his knowledge I even changed mechanics! Thanks again guys. You have made a life-long customer. This review was the least I could do.

Treated us fairly. Also backed up repairs after we bought a car. Setting up service again which they will be giving a loner car while are car is being fixed. Thats great service.

I purchased a car from these guys a few months ago and was absolutely pleased with the service provided. Your not talking to a couple of guys just trying to put you into something as fast as possible without letting you really dictate the process of buying. They are just there to answer your questions and help you in the process of finding the best car for you. I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I ended up in a Subaru Legacy with 78k for a great price, seeing as I was buying a Subaru before the Winter, and New England demands AWD. The car had the CAR-FAX taped to the window along with complete service records. The buying process was quick and simple and I didnt even have to do that much it was painless. Steve gave me all the information I needed on buying a car as well seeing as it was my first financed purchase. I am so pleased with my Subaru too, the car is in awesome condition and drives like a dream. The part of this whole experience that made an impression on me as to what kind of business these guys try to run, was when I had my check engine light come on for a O2 sensor after my 30 day warranty through N.E. Motors was expired. Im only 23 so I didnt have a good mechanic that I could trust and called Steve to see if he could point me in the direction of someone who would do a great job for a good price and wouldnt swindle me into paying more than I should. Steve told me to bring it to his mechanic and he would take care of the whole thing free of charge. I was amazed a dealer would do something like this after the warranty seeing as most would tell you it was your problem now. The service provided was amazing and the least I thought I could do was to give them a review so others could see how well these guys treat their customers. If you are in the market for a used car with a clean report at a great price, I would totally recommend going down here and seeing what Steve can do for you.

Dont waste your time! You pick out a vehicle that your interested in and do all the paperwork and application process only to have them call you to tell you that your approved and when you get there all of a sudden you werent approved for the vehicle you want, you were approved for the newer vehicles and more expensive vehicles.

Nothing compares to this dealership in the Fitchburg/Leominster area. If youre going to buy a vehicle in Central Mass do it here. I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape here last year and have been servicing it with them ever since. My credit was so-so and they got me a great monthly payment at a rate i didnt think I could get. I never write reviews, but I had to do something because these guys treat me like family and they still do. I would never go anywhere else.

Terrible service. Absolutely horrible. Bought several vehicles from them. A friend of mine bought one there. All of their vehicles have accident records, codes, dents if you look close enough, etc. DO NOT BUY HERE AT ALL.
