I do not recommend this shop!! I was traveling through here today and needed a new tire so I had them install a new one... I was traveling on highway 30 and the tire that they changed fell off the car at 70mph and they denied that it was their fault!! This shop is a joke do not use them or their services they wouldnt even help me get it towed back the their shop

I cant say enough about the great service at Best One Tire, Findlay Ohio. I always know when I call and need service, I am able to schedule quickly. Speaking with Joyce Maag has ALWAYS been a pleasant experience and she really makes getting my car done very convenient and accommodating to my work schedule. I was even able to drop my car off and she took me to work, then picked me up when the car was finished. I have never had any other business go that extra mile. Thanks again Joyce, you are the best. I have been taking my vehicles to Best One for sometime now. I would never let anyone but Matt Hammer work on my car. He is honest and sincere and willing to take the time to explain in detail what is going on with my car. Not knowing much about how cars work, I appreciate Matt taking the time to explain. I popped my tire today going to my parents house. Best One Tire & Service came to my parents home and did a full service tire change and balance in my parents driveway! Brennan provided quick service all with a smile. Avoiding the hassle of putting the spare tire on and hauling the kids around to find someone in a pinch to replace my tire was so very convenient. Nicest people and best service! They go out of their way to be awesome to the customer, we love this place. We have gotten new tires, rotated tires and just general check to make sure all was good before a big road trip. They have been awesome every time. Best One truly lives up to their name! They were able to get my car in promptly after I called and were extremely helpful and kind! The car tire problem was solved and I have a new favorite tire place to go to. Highly recommend!

Just tried them for the first time. The employees were very professional and worked very efficiently. I got two new tires installed in a little over half the time quoted as the maximum time for install. Very fair price. Would recommend and will be giving them my business from here on. Came in for a wheel alignment cheapest in town! All went smoothly with no extra bs with saying it needs new this and that. Going there again indeed! Joyce was great at helping me threw pricing over email and calls

Wow! Let me tell you that I am very impressed with this Best One Location. I am new to the Findlay area & wasnt sure where to go for new tires. Best one was recommended to us by another auto business because of their reputation for very good customer service & honesty. Joyce helped me immensely & was very kind & knowledgeable when I spoke to her by phone several times. I was given an appointment time, but arrived early & they took my car right in. The technician (Brett) happened to notice a wheel in the back seat which I forgot to remind them about when I checked in. Brett noticed the wheel in the back seat & came & asked me which wheel needed to be replaced. He introduced himself to me first & was very professional. That omission on my part could have been a real pain to correct. New wheel replaced along with new hub cap, viola! The store Manager, Dan also spoke with me & helped me understand the Road Hazard policy, which was great! I was not even there for an hour for 4 tires being replaced, checked & balanced. Go to this location & do not worry, you will be taken care of! The Head office needs to read this review, keep these people & even give them raises!

1200 fr an alignment an ball joints and one of them falls off on the way home..rediculous..need way cheaper an better service..go to north Baltimore at the end of zilman rd an ask for storm

I have never been to a business where the service and employees are top notch! They are very informative, helpful and knowledgeable! They arent there to just take your money. They offer reasonable prices and other ideas to help you save! I will go there every time for tires!! A big shout out to Dan who always makes the visits a pleasure!

Just moved to Findlay, OH from Wheeling, WV. Had service done on my tires and due to poor workmanship at a different auto body shop, I needed my wheels and tires taken care of again. Brought it to Best One and I am glad I did. Staff was overly willing to make me feel secure about the work being done and explained everything in detail. Very professional team. They are willing to work with your schedule to help with your concerns. I will definately be back for future needs. I highly recommend this business if you have tire or wheel needs.

Went out to my car while at work to find my tire was flat. Called Best One around 2pm and they said they would be able to possibly get me in around 4pm. I dropped my car off immediately after getting off the phone with the receptionist and I received a call to come pick up my car before 3:30pm. Really wonderful service!

I always get the best customer service at Best One! I am treated like family and I have never had a bad experience. I take both of my cars in for routine maintenance and whenever I have an issue. They get me in in a timely manner and make sure my vehicles are safe to be on the road. I highly recommend!

As soon as I walked into the building I was immediately greeted by the receptionist, and Dan, the manager himself. Needless to say, I was helped right away! Was scheduled for a new tire and alignment, but with everything being checked, turned out I just needed the tire. That really helped me save a bit of money so I was happy. Very professional! Kept me updated on the progress of the repair, etc... I was very surprised by the volume of business they had and by how fast I was in and out of there. I would definitely recommend this place to new customers, and would go back for future repairs!

Tire One was easy to schedule my vehicle’s oil change. I called and I was given a choice of good appointment times. It was a quick in and quick out. The staff is always kind, friendly and courteous. The car is always parked for easy out onto the highway.

I noticed a slow leak in one of my tires and a nail in the tread so I went in here on a Wednesday at lunch to see how long it would take to fix. The lady at the desk explained that it would probably take a couple hours and so I made an appointment for Saturday instead. As I made the appointment, the lady at the counter mentioned other nearby places that might be able to get me in today.When Saturday came around I brought my car in and was out the door in just over half an hour. In addition, I was fully expecting to need a new tire, but the technician looked at it and told me I didnt need one and did a patch instead. Overall, everyone I spoke to here was very polite and helpful and the prices were reasonable to.Highly recommended!

I stopped in for a leaking tire. I was prepared to buy new tires, but they were able to patch it and I was on my way. When the time comes, I will go back to purchase my next set.

It was Saturday early in the AM. I hit a deer head with antlers. My tire was replaced and they were very helpful for me. I was 3 hours from home and 3 hours from my destination. They had me back on the road within 30 mins of them opening.

No one in town had my turn size available that day but they fixed the one I had . Friendly service and worked with my schedule to get me back on the road to my out of town job....very happy

Do yourself a favor and go here, you wont regret it. This place is the best shop I have ever been too. All of the staff are knowlegable and give honest and truthful advice. I wish every shop had their integrity. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Had a flat tire around 1230 told me they were too busy to plug a tire that I had to make an appt and wait until 3pm for something that would take maybe 20 min meanwhile I see no one working just taking lunch break no hospitality at all

I have went here for years when it was called Easter Tire. They have always been very professional and I would say that 95% of the time they have the tires I need In stock. This last time they had to bring them in from another location but that wasnt an issue, the tires are 16.5s so most places dont even carry them anymore.
