I just absolutely love this Walmart what a difference from Arnold. The guy at the movie department checked me out super nice! Would love to come here more often!!

I dont do a lot of shopping here. But when I do its always an experience and almost like a reality TV show. Any Walmart in Jefferson county is a pajama party.

I always have an easy time finding what im needing or what im looking for. i can usually get in and get out very fast and sufficiently without any problems.

Was very busy had to wait in self check out at least 15min was not a happy camper also had to park at other end of parking lot and walk to the middle of stored to enter . thy should allow customers to enter through the door where thy have plants it is hard on the handy cap to walk half the way of the parking lot just to enter.

Although they are a Supercenter they never have anything the shelves are always empty Im better off going to Desoto Walmart which is way smaller and they always have way more stuff

I bought my husband a brand new pair of power beats at these Walmart. Or so I thought they were new. I bought them before Christmas but kept them in the plastic deal that the employee handed me from the locked case until I joined my husband overseas. He opened them when I got there to see that these headphones had been used. There was ear wax on them, there was no extra ear bud rubber pieces, and when he connected them to his phone they were already named to another person. Don’t know if it’s Walmart or the provider but still how does that happen?!

If u can find a store with the items in stock, good luck... other than that, they got what you need...

I love Walmart. In desloge super friendly and all the workers always have smiles on their faces. And I love the old man that greets Al the time in the day time and then the little old lady at night time. Theyre simply the best!!❤️

This walmart is unique as it has survived floods and being in two cities taxable location it is very odd that you will end up paying more taxes on one side of the store vs. the opposite end. This store hasnt had any major changes to it since I lived there except they got rid of McDonalds that was inside which I kinda miss that.

The repeated closing announcements they make just after 10:00 PM are EXCESSIVE. There is NO need for 40+ closing announcements in the span of 45 minutes. Make ONE (1) announcement at 10:50 PM. That would be more than sufficient. They have been making closing announcements for over a year now, so theres no need to continue spamming them 40+ times.

Slow and understaffed. The roadie express pickup had canceled twice on both orders I’ve accepted. I’m trying to make money not lose money. I should’ve made 36 dollars but instead I made 8 kinda pointless big you ask me

So tired of how they treat you like a thief at this store. Can’t walk out without some b-hole in a Walmart costume chasing me down to see my receipt. I’ve never stole anything in my life, and to be treated this way is unacceptable. I recommend people to get their groceries else where. I have family that manages other locations and they say if all your items are bagged and you went through a cashier’s line that you shouldn’t be stopped. Well that is not the case here. It has happened to me several times now and I’m fed up. Also they never have more than one or two cashiers working. I think this location is trying to do away with good ole fashioned labor. The owners and ceo board or what have you ought to be ashamed of themselves for the way they are allowing their employees to treat their customers. I’d like to have a talk with whom ever approved these policies, so I can explain the errors in their way.

Store is huge but you still have to wait for a long time to check out and I will not go to those check out my things thats taking away peoples jobs

Lady at self checkout thought me and my girls were stealing stuff and we were simply preparing things to give someone we had paid for. She preceded to tell customers and coworkers about us meanwhile glaring at us. God knows what we were doing. Its a shame just because someone steals everyone else has to pay for it. What ever happened to kindly asking to see the receipt and matching number instead of accusing.

The store overall was good. Speed of checkout was good and there were not that many lines. Went right through self checkout with no worries. Aisles seemed a little crowded. But it was saturday night when I was there. Most of the store seemed well kept and organized. Couple of clothing racks that looked like they needed help but otherwise was able to find everything we were looking for. We also love the free sample machine that is over by the frozen food section where you scan a QR code with the Walmart app and get free samples of things.

I’ve been to this Walmart many times. I just want to leave a review because it’s a great one, very easy to park and it’s never crowded. Wonderful selection of produce as well.

Worst Walmart Ive ever been to. Today I experienced a very rude cashier and greeter. Why is this the only Walmart that acts like everyones stealing stuff? I moved here from out of state and have never had a Walmart check my bags like Im a common criminal. After I couldnt find my receipt immediately because it was in a bag the greater was a very rude. Also theres a strange smell every time I go in there that smells similar to locker room. And the shelves are never fully stocked. Its Hit or miss whether Im going to be able to get everything on my list.

Its so hard to find an associate in their own department to help with any questions, and when there is one, especially in electronics, 9 times outta 10 they are not knowledgeable enough about that department to actually answer my questions. And what the heck is up with nearly no Halloween stuff?? Its so very discouraging seems as Halloween is my absolute favorite.

Walmart is Walmart. Hit and Miss. They were out of a lot of items. I do not like that I would say 80% of their lines are self-checkout. Have always had some kind of issue when Ive tried to do the self-checkout. And because I wait in line for a real cashier the lines are too long. That should tell them that there are a lot of people that dont want the self-checkout

The managers need to get on their employees. Went once to get new tires and then they just left me and my bf hanging while I was pregnant. Walked around for 2 hours. Then found out later that the guys took 2 of my valve caps from my car.....My bf has gotten scanned 4 times for 1 item that he had bought. The person voided out one of them but not the other 2. Someone obviously doesnt care that they charge people for more than what they are getting and obviously dont care about their job at all. Worst walmart ever!! The bosses need to be more careful picking out their employees!!!!!

This is by far the biggest Walmart Ive been to. Everything is fully stocked, organized and clean.

The people here are great! Especially the guy named Jeremy in the electronics department. I came in not knowing much about the differences between televisions and upon speaking with Jeremy I had an abundance of information to make the best purchase for my needs. Thanks again Jeremy youre awesome!

The employees were so nice and helped us find what we needed. Everything was easy to find. When u went they where out of some things that were kinda important, but they were restocking slot of stuff though.

Was spending at least $400.00 a month at Wal-Mart now I go to Schnucks, much better store.

Well stocked deli girl was rude to my mom very disrespectful my mom worked there for ten years .I believe we where there around 1 pm I was visiting from out of town sad to see my home town going down hill people use to be respectful .hey I guess you just hire anybody to fill a space good job

Pharmacy. Had to pick up a prescription and Lacey waited on me. She helped me by using good rx for my script. She went above and beyond. Something you don’t see much anymore. Great job Lacey and thank you.

It was raining this day I went literally had buckets to catch water everywhere throughout this location for leaks. I even had several drops which i hope was rain water hit me on my head in several areas through out the store that didnt have anything below to catch. Maybe due to this they were not stocked on many things I went for. Which ment an extra stop at different non Walmart store

Can get anything at Walmart. The only problem lately is the same global supply issue that every other company is having with getting supplies.

I love shopping here but the last few times Ive been there now its warming up, I havent had my jacket/coat on. So I have a sleeve of tattoos showing and like I said not once but a few times theyve come up to me in self checkout before I could even pay to check my list on the screen to see if it matched what I bagged in the cart. Ive held my temper every time but its starting to get old. Stop profiling me bc Im young with tattoos!!! I have a damn good paying job!!! Im not going to steal!!

I love this store, it has everything I need and has an abundance of things that I dont need but would really like. Going into the electronics department I always seem to run into one particular employee named Jeremy that has all the answers to my questions. He is fantastic with his knowledge in video games, televisions, DVD players, headphones or earbuds, and even lets me know when he has exhausted his knowledge on a particular product rather than selling me something that I dont need just to get a sale. I have even run into a couple gentlemen named Adam and Will (who has vast knowledge on computers especially gaming computers). I have no grievance with any of the employees just my own lack of self-restraint when I come in for one item and $200 later I finally leave the store lol. Great customer service and staff overall. It seems like everyone there is always in a good mood.

3 registers open on a Friday night, lines wrapped around front isle. I took my cart with 400 in food up to returns because it would have taken 40 minutes to get through their lines. Completely ridiculous that they can not pull staff off the floor. incompetent management (CSM). I returned my cart when 2 employees went to put returns away instead of alleviating the long lines.

I do my banking with First Community Credit Union under such a blessing to have them in the Walmart stores and to be able to do banking on Saturday and Sunday inside the Walmart store thank you very much

After remodeling the store seems smaller. They removed most of the registers so you have to self checkout or stand in a long line so a cashier can keep their job. Plus theres now security patrols in the parking lot.

The line was 5 deep with two thirds of the checkout lanes closed. Of course they did have two attendants checking receipts to slow your departure even more.

Its a decent Walmart overall. They do have a family restroom and a mothers room, which is a plus if you have lil ones running around. Ill give 5 stars when Im able do general shopping and they have everything I need on the shelves

Terrible!!! Twice now in the last 2 weeks we have been in this store. The shelves are empty or a complete disaster. They do not have half of what I needed. I can hardly believe that corporate would be pleased with this. I will go back to shopping any where but here. I gave 1 star only because I had to.

I pick up my groceries here and my order is never right or on time. Probably because the only people who work in grocery pickup are teenagers except for one guy named Tom and I definitely prefer the teenagers over him. Very creepy. I’d recommend checking his basement for dead bodies. Anyways, I’m going to a different store from now on.

Shop at any store but this one. If you choose to give your business to this store, you will be disappointed. Whether you choose to shop in store, pickup or delivery, they will find a way to let you down. Whats worse is they dont even care. You can fill out surveys and call the 1800 number but no matter how you raise a complaint the issue wont be resolved.

You need to replace your carts. It was horrible. Everyone was looking and making comments about how loud the screeching was. One man said several are like that. We stopped there going home. We dont live in that area.

I will not be returning to this location. I asked one associate where the order pickup is, and he did not know. He was very kind and apologetic which I am grateful for and he was the only one that showed some manners. I asked another and she just pointed to the back of the store. No explaining, no reference points, just a point to the general location. When I found the order pick up, I pressed the button to have someone come to assist. I waited for about 5 minutes and tried to ask a couple associates to call for someone while they were walking to the back of the store. Both interrupted me mid sentence to say they are going on break. After a total of 15 minutes, someone came to give me my order. I totally understand that it was busy, however the rude responses and lack of costumer service will guarantee a loss of my business.

This place is a joke. I go to this walmart every 2/3 days ( spending over 200 every trip).Everytime I check out in the self checkout, Im assuming because Im highly tattooed and have a non traditional hair style, the cashiers will watch me scan everything in my cart. Not turn around once to the other full self checkout kiosks. As a veterans wifes find this very discriminating.

Most often a visit to Walmart is good. I wish that they would carry their thin crust pepperoni pizza at all locations. If you can find a store that carries the thin crust, most often they are out. If Walmart is using an automated replenish system , they should update to ensure product is available more times than not.

Its nice to see them gradually stay open later but it will be nice when they go back to being open 24hrs!!!

Talked to a man named tom supossedly he is a higher up manager and the way he handles his employees and work ethic is unacceptable in his line of work will be reported too someone higher up. Very rude too his own employees too very sad to watch. Katie on the other hand was the definition of a great manager!

Good customer service

Barely stocked, they have a million workers shopping for pickup, and no products for them to pick. The bakery has improved, although sometimes we still see outdated bread. If this wasnt my local Walmart I wouldnt ever go back. Most of the time I drive to the store south ( desoto) or the one north ( arnold) because its so poorly stocked here.

The workers are usually extremely friendly and helpful, but they rarely have all the items on my grocery list. Theyre frequently out of things I need.
