I would not purchase any vehicles from this place! They will not sell to anyone out of town or who will not service the vehicle at this place. Ridiculous! Very rude the salesman had laughed. Would not recommend family or friends. Highly recommend to look else where if your wanting to purchase a vehicle. We live 3 hours away an would expect us to drive to get this vehicle serviced. It’s crazy do not recommend at all! Would rate at 0 stars but there is not an option to do so.

Based on past experience with buying and servicing my 15 Cherokee at Lucas, I took the plunge and ordered a 21 ecodiesel Gladiator through them with the knowledge that if I were to have issues with a new model first run 3rd generation diesel, that they would have my back if issues arose. In fact, that is just what has happened and Lucas has bent over backward to not only to trouble shoot a poorly engineered DEF system that keeps freezing in single digit temps but also spent time helping me decide whether to move to a gas model or stay with the Diesel. By providing me with options Ive decided to stay with the diesel and resolve what I hope to be temporary issues at cold temperatures. Lucas rocks....👍

I can say that I had a great experience here. The salesman that I dealt with went above an beyond to help me and my father( who is disabled and cant walk real good) by coming to our house with the Jeep that we were interested in and picked us up so we could test drive. We decided that we wanted it and went back to the dealership and Chris brought the paperwork out to the car so my father didnt have to try and walk inside. Chris gave us his personal cell number and told us to call if we had any questions or anything. Well the next day I had some questions about the Jeep so I called and he answered my question. Very friendly service and maintenance was completed quickly. The only thing I did note was there was some hand prints on my passenger dash as they had to remove the glove box for a cabin filter replacement. Wiping that area off would have been nice.

Everything you need with a down home feel to it. We didn’t purchase our current Dodge from them and probably messed up, but we’ve taken it there exclusively for service. Even when a water pump recall issue caused us to be stranded in Chesterfield, I had it towed the 50+ miles to their shop.

Had an 8 a.m. appointment for oil and filter change on Saturday morning. They pulled my truck in at 8 sharp and I was back on the road at 20 after. Everyone was polite. Cant ask for more than that. Oh yeah, this was one of my free oil changes from when I bought the vehicle two years ago. Really doesn’t get any better!

I went there to look at a 2013 ram SLT , I get there and I guess he was a sales person said that the truck he showed me was the SLT but it was an express. I asked him he blamed Chrysler for the mixup then he said it was the web site. I dont know what kind of operation they have going but its called bait and switch. They have no inventory probably because Chrysler wont send them any cars THEY ARE A JOKE

I was told my car was ready to be picked up but one of the 2 keys couldn’t be reprogrammed after they “fixed” the computer in it. I talked to Rick the service department manager that both keys were working so I want both keys to still work. He said he doesn’t really know if both keys worked before hand and that many customer lie to him. He said I can buy a new key for $175 or if I don’t drop it he’ll charge me 20 extra car labor hours!

You had to park outside the garage door and wasnt good parking...very little space and thats not good when I have to get my wheelchair out of my Van but the Service guy did come out right away to look at my problem which was good

I recently went in for a 60k mile service. The worked performed was fine, no complaints there. Staff was very friendly and the gentleman behind the counter was very nice; Updated me throughout the day. The problem lies when I got back into my truck.... it reeked of cigarette smoke. It almost smelt like someone smoked in it with the windows up. Being a non smoker with an infant, I didn’t appreciate that. I’m not saying that someone smoked in it, but it smells that way. Next day, truck still smells like smoke. I won’t be going back.

My salesman, Pete, was very helpful, working hard to find a vehicle that met my needs. He was also available afterward to help me with my (sometimes silly) questions. He was aware that I dont speak car, and was able to deal with that. Pete also worked to get me the best deal.

Automotive staff is hands down 1st rate, never had a problem. They are always more than happy to accommodate me on short notice visits. Would only take my vehicles to them.

Needed parts they are back ordered with no ETA. Didn’t get a call back when my car was done. Hopefully I’ll get a call when they have ETAs for the part to get it fixed

I bought an oil package and I used one of 3 oil changes then traded off the vehicle. They dont inform you that it does not transfer to another car. I lost good money from them not informing me or anyone about not being transferable.

Very nice people but if you plan to get an oil change done in a decent time, this is not the place to go. So far Ive been sitting here for over an hour and Im still waiting. I got here early hoping to get this done fast but thats not going to happen. This is the second time Ive been here and both times its taken this long. Again its only an oil change.

Really bad experience my salesman name was Alex they sold me a used truck for $20,000. 5 days later. had to build the whole top part of the motor. Which is about $4,000. Talk to Pete the general sales manager. wouldnt help me with any of it. if you can afford to buy a $20,000 vehicle and then put $5,000 into it it would be the place to go. Youve been warned!!!

I went here with the intent to purchase a car and trade my current car. I had 2 previous trade in quotes, and the salesman I spoke with here gave me a price that was 800 dollars lower than my quotes from other dealerships. I asked for the price to be lowered on the car I was considering, and was told no. I left because I know a dead end when I see one. I looked up the car I was interested in to compare it to a different car I saw elsewhere and saw that the price mysteriously dropped the exact 800 dollars that this dealership was behind on my trade in value. This tells me that they never expected me to walk away, and that they knew they were offering me a low value on my trade in. And as extra info, I am a woman under 30, so definitely take a man with you or dont go here at all because they manipulate the market to their benefit.Edit: No, I will not be calling you because this isnt baseball. You get one strike and youre out of the game.

Brought the car to the dealership to see if they could help me out. The battery was out of warranty and the warranty I purchased from my bank didnt cover it. The sales staff and receptionist are the best u will find. The service people lie. Do terrible work. Two men stood across from a woman and yelled at her while blaming her for their shortcomings. I will always own a Chrysler but I will NEVER spend another dime w this dealership only because of Dan and Rick are so disrespectful and literally said they do not care losing our business. Im fine with that was the response (this is easily my familys 10th Chrysler)

Bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado from them. They had apparently done an oil change on it incorrectly. Had it three weeks and needed two quarts of oil. There are no oil leaks. Be aware if you buy anything there other than a Chrysler product.
