I scheduled a size appointment with them on monday the never showed, never called so I call for them and rescheduled for Wednesday same thing I waited around for them finally I call again and they said oh is this miss haddox I said yes funny how they knew who I was and then told me that its their busy says it season that doesnt matter to me dont schedule an appointmet and never show I suggest you go with somebody else.

Had a floor installed by Carpet King interiors and was not satisfied. First they removed the floor boards and crapper to install the floor. then they put the floor in with lumps and said it was ok, it would flatten out in a day or two. Which turned out to be a fat lie. Then they ran out of time to install the floor boards and the crapper and would be back then next day to finish the job. They never came back and when I call to find out when they were coming back, they said they dont do carpentry work or plumbing and it was up to me to put it back. When I asked for a refund on the labor, they pointed out they do not charge for labor and could not issue a refund. Bottom line is find a place who does good work and guaranties it. Its not this place.
