I always receive fast and great customer service. I’ve only had my Jeep serviced here since I purchased it in 2015. They always do a great job.

I had an issue with my Jeeps sunroof, so I brought it to the dealer where I bought it. I was told that it was a warranty issue but they had to order the replacement parts. I was told that they would call me when they arrive. So 2 weeks later I call and get told that they just forgot to call, but yes they have the parts, scheduled for the following week. Now I am told its a 6 hour job but they are giving me a loaner car until its done. I called them after 2 days and they told me that they were having issues and it would be a few more days, after another week I call back and cant get anyone to take my call. I get sent to voice mail every time. On the 3rd week I drive there and ask about my Jeep and finally get the answer that it is done and I can get it back. Now I have a sunroof that I am afraid to use because every time I try to open it up it shimmys and shakes. And the overwhelming smell of glue that I cant get rid of and the glue smeared in 2 places on the windshield. If I could make this a ZERO star rating I would.

Had a good deal on a new Ram at Dave Smith Motors in Idaho but decided to give my local dealer in Fernley a shot. Best move I made! Fernley gave me a better deal! Last Thursday was getting ready to go camping and hooked up my new truck to my new 5th wheel and had no power to my trailer after plugging it in. Contacted Fernley Dolan and they were swamped but told me to come in the next day at 1100. I showed up at 1030 and they got right on it. Found out that the problem was from the after market plug I had put in from a shop in Reno. They fixed it and I was on the road before my 1100 appointment. Friendly great service!I dont care much for car dealerships but Fernley Dolan has A LIFELONG CUSTOMER WITH ME! Thanks for everything! Cant say enough great things about our hidden gem in Fernley.

Not even worth one star. Car went in for a factory recall gas tank replacement, and they did everything wrong. They left parts loose, my wheel well was loose and hitting my tire, but the worst was they didnt put the fuel pumps back correctly which caused a gas leak IN THE CAR. Wow, unbelievably terrible. Worst service ever. No compensation, nothing. Left message for ownership, no return call. Take your car ANYWHERE but here, they are that incompetent .

I would not recommend. I was not kept informed about the status of my vehicle. I had to call multiple times to get a status and a call back. When I did finally receive a call back I was told that they had to order the part my Jeep needed. After another two days of waiting I called again to check on the status and was told the technician was not in that day. I asked the person on the phone if the part had arrived and was told a part was never ordered but she would look into it and have the technician get back to me the next day. I received a call the next day (day 5) saying my Jeep was ready. I picked up my car and when I got home looked at the paperwork which said “ part was taken from a used vehicle on the lot.” I was told a new part was ordered and that’s what took so long. I called the dealership when I read the receipt and told I would receive a call back that day (Friday) or Monday at the latest. Well it is now Wednesday and still no call back!

No stars. I will keep it short, if possible. I was attempting to purchase a 2021 Cherokee using their online sales process. The page detailing the car price was quite clear and showed an itemized list of all prices and rebates. I had some trouble completing the final page so I called their concierge. Wasnt long before a salesman called and told me there was a mistake with the posted prices and that a rebate had been posted twice. Also, I was told they couldnt complete the transaction with any rebates since the car was still in transit although a person I had spoken with earlier had told me the car had just come in to their lot. The salesman did tell me he would be able to give me a great deal but for more than was advertised. Sound like bait and switch to anyone else? I looked at several other cars on their website and lo and behold, they all had the same mistake. The sales manager was supposed to call, but surprise, he never did.Be forewarned if you intend on doing business there.

If I could rate this place less stars, I would. They had my car a total of a month or more. We had to take the car back a second time after being told they had fixed all the issues. They never kept us updated. They had my car a whole week before they even took it in to diagnose it. When they finally pulled it in, it took over two weeks to fix. We take it home and its still not fixed. So we send it back in (per insurance order). After TWO MORE weeks WE finally had to call to see what was going on with our car, and come to find out. Its done . No call to inform us of this. This place is a serious joke.
