Went to them with a wiring issue my rear lights werent working. They got the work done within a day and a half. Upon picking it up I noticed that my check engine light was on and my car was making a subtle unfamiliar noise. I brushed it off thinking Ill call and ask them about it another day since the shop was already closed, also the lights were working great. The next day I try to commute to work my Transmission slipped and I was losing acceleration so I had to pull to the side of the road and get help off the freeway. I had to wait for the shop to reopen because it was labor day weekend and they were closed. I call and take it back and they had it for about a week. No calls other than asking me about my key... Turns out my engine wont turn and they thought the key had a security lock in it to prevent other keys from working (it does not). So not only was my transmission malfunctioning so is my engine and my battery will no longer hold a charge. I went there for just lights. They hold no responsibility for this and refuse to do any further work to fix this. They are blaming a shop I went to 6 months ago for a transmission replacement and they reccomended to go back to the other shop to fix this new issue. Had nothing wrong with it for 6 months until I went to Monro. Never again. These photos are when I had to pick it up, this is how they left my car...

I had a slow leak on a rear tire on my 2003 Corvette Z06. Nick, KD and Ethan did an excellent job fixing it. They knew the proper way to get a Corvette in the air (trust me, a lot of places do not), removed the tire and fixed it properly. I am very happy. Thanks guys!

Overpriced and not a place I would spend a dollar in. This facility used to be great, I dont know what happened to it. I got quoted so high for a job I got done for a fraction of the price elsewhere.

Nice friendly service and trustworthy auto assessments. nothing but good things to say about these guys they fixed up my Honda Element twice, and alerted me to two big problems that I had. one being I need to learn more about automobiles (my opinion) and to being that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced and my brakes were locking up, which if they heat up too much could cause the brake lines to blow, not good. Probably too much detail for a review but was very thankful to get a fair price and get this work done at Monroe.

Was going to my job caught a flat this place happen to be down the street thank God they was. Anyways went in was greeted with a smile (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) I told him I just got a flat took a look at it but the hole was to big and found out my struts were bad too I knew that😉 He worked out a sweet deal took me to work picked me up 3hours later brought my car to me riding like a champ. Honest and fair thats all I ask of a car shop. These guys will have my business for now own.

KD assisted me at a previous location with figuring out how to put a headlight into a wrong harness and saved me an easy $1100 over what the dealer would have charged. I also called him up when my truck began to make a noise, he checked it out and knew exactly what it was, fixed the problem and my truck has been riding fine since. When I called, he told me hed switched locations. I didnt care, since he did such an excellent job with my car, I was definitely going back to see him when my truck was acting up. Jimmy and KD are fair and honest and offer great service! A lot of times its hard to find good, honest people in this world, but you will get all that and more with Jimmy and KD. Thanks fellas, I will be back whenever I have another issue with either of my vehicles.

They charged me way too much just to change one tire on my passenger side. These guys wanted $125 just to change one bad tire on my car, and a bonus of $100.00 if I want a wheel alignment. Totaling up to $225 for the whole job. I ran out off there soo fast and went to a “quick tire shop” repair on 8 mile near wyoming and got all that done for $50.00.

Drove several miles out of my way down Woodward for the fantastic service my friend had told me about. My experience exceeded those high expectations! By far the best customer service i have ever gotten from an auto service store. Rachel is an amazing manager and the mechanics are uncontested. The first place who was honest about anything and everything. They suggest whats good for the car and tell you what is only absolutely necessary. Honest with their warranties always. I visited today because I could not put my new license plate on my car. The old one was stripped. Rachel came out to help me, and before you know it Josh was there helping as well. Turned out it had to be welded off. They would not take any money for their time. This saved me a lot of grief with the police. I asked for an estimate because my good was up on one side.....they looked it over and in 10 minutes it was foxed!!!! I am never taking my car needs anywhere else. I mean from oil changes to tune ups to brakes, I am their very happy customer! I love them, I love the fact that my needs mattered to them. If you are looking for repairs and dont want to be ripped off. GO THERE!!!!!!

Worst experience Ive had with a mechanic. Monro charged me $750 to fix my A/C, and the Freon was low when I first brought my 2010 RAM to them. They didnt perform a test to locate a leak, because they were confident it didnt have one. They said they knew what to do. After they fixed what they thought was the problem, it stopped working 24 hours later, then they finally tested for a Freon leak and said I needed to pay another $1100 to fix that. I then refused to be taken further advantage of. Manager offered no resolution or apology.

This place is a rip off. My mother and I came in to get repairs for 2003 Saturn Ion; gas leak and muffler (was loose) fixed. Rachael stated that it would cost 1600 to fix both. And she charged us 12.99 warranty for tires (but tires usually come with a warranty). However, I thank the Lord for a mother who has wisdom and can hear the Holy Spirit. My mother knew that 1600 to fix both was too much. My mother and I went to Auto Parts and they charged us 590!!!!!!! Rachael is a scam artists! She must have thought we was ignorant. Please do not go to this place got to Holbrook Auto Parts!!!

I took my Car there for an oil change. Most simple thing to do. Than my new car started to have an oil leak. Took it back and they told me sorry we had an excident and we splash oil and that was the leak. Next day more leak. Than they sad we cleaned the extra oil but not sure where is it coming from. I never had any leak until I took it there. My car is two years old Toyota. Third time I took it back than they sad there is oil coming from above. Always some new excuse instead fixing their fault and saying sorry. Not sure where is it coming from. Than they put something in my engine to track the oil leak. And they sad we change all the plugs and washers so it should be ok. If I didn’t know how oil change works I could believe it. They act like they know what they doing but after going back and forth four times there is still oil leak. They pretty much ruining my new car. I have to check my engine oil everyday like an old car now. Own your mistake and fix my car. I had enough with it. You guys couldn’t even do some simple oil change. I need to talk to owner of the company or general manager because my car is still leaking. And you guys didn’t fix anything. I had to leave the country for a business trip and found out by my family it’s still leaking in the parking lot. When I come back you either fix my car or talk to my lawyer. I had oil change done 20 years and this never happened. Cover your fault and do t come up with some excuses to me. If you don’t know how to change oil close your business. Mistakes can happen but if the place is professional at least you can own your mistake and try to fix it and do it right. Would t recommend this place to anyone. Put yourself in my position and what would you feel about this, if it was your car.

They did the lift on my jeep, and all custom parts and fittings to my jeep, I trust my jeep to them as Ive put a lot of money into it, very experienced mechanics.

My experience was not good. Took 3 hours for a oil change. Had to get filter from auto part store. Saw one of the mechanics smoking while working on a car!! Never will go here again. Very disappointed. I call myself going here because i had been having my oil changes at the dealer. Will stick to the dealer!!!
