Both Brook and David are very kind. They helped us every step of the way after we moved to FL last fall, and made us sleep well at night knowing we were well taken care of . Were new to the Island and needed a place to store our items. Compass Storage is in a convenient location, so we went for it. Our first interactions were with David, over the phone. He was extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, Ms Kelley checked us in and registered. She was also extremely helpful and very personable. The manager, Brooke is extremely attentive and available to help with solutions to storage needs. We have had a unit or two there for more than 3 years and have always felt safe when we visit our unit. The entire facility is always clean, including the restrooms. Having never required storage before, I had many questions and phoned multiple times to discuss the sizes and locations of storage units- and they provided a list of reputable movers to assist me in unloading (I chose Tom Sweat, who is equally professional, kind, and understanding). After reserving a unit I later learned that the closing of my house was delayed. Brooke and David were very understanding when I cancelled my reservation. They are very patient, thoughtful and kind and I wouldnt hesitate to use Compass Self Storage in the future. I highly recommend them.

This facility is very clean and secure. All of the units are accessible inside of the building. They are all climate controlled. The management are very accommodating, professional and helpful.

I happened to stop in to Compass one day when striking out finding any places with availability - Im so glad I did! David and Brooke were bright spots in a difficult time, so understanding, and extremely helpful and friendly. We moved our entire house into Compass this week! They were ready for us and our movers, all elevators and doors were opened to help expedite the movers! Brooke and David helped us through the 4 hour adventure! We felt a little apprehensive going into the day, but they made it painless! They are very professional, but also very kind and friendly! They are their own worse enemy! My monthly rent was increased every quarter (3 months) incrementally, pissing me off into moving out after one (1) year, which by then had toppled over 40% of the beginning Monthly rate. Just plain bad business thinking people. In addition, there is NO lighting availability within the units themselves, you have to always have flashlights with you or you cant see the contents in your storage bay...

Wouldnt recommend. Treatment of minorities/disability(s). They even put folks in collections when they sold/stole entire unit(s)!! Have nothing!!!!! Just the really cloths on ones back. Individual(s) had strokes and heart attack! Estate getting nothing from the place. Trust no one there.

I contacted Gary in early June to reserve a large storage unit to accommodate our move of house contents from Pennsylvania to Fernandina Beach. The furniture was to arrive weeks before we did and Gary was eager to accommodate the process. By the time I arrived, the storage unit was packed and in perfect order. Gary was able to remove a very stressful concern for us and resulted in one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend Gary and Compass Storage and will use them again.

I absolutely love Compass Self Storage! The facility itself is first rate - always clean and everything always works! Ive had other storage units in the past, but none has ever compared to Compass.Just the security would be enough to sell me on Compass; I love that they have passcodes for the doors AND for the elevator; and all the cameras, and the on-site employees provide security I dont even have at HOME!Plus, the manager, Gary, is always so pleasant and helpful! Its obvious that he is very experienced at what he does! Compass could not have a better representative!

I am building a home in FB and have been purchasing my new home furnishings and shipping them to my storage unit. Gary has been so great. He makes sure that my many deliveries are safely stowed. He even arranged to have a mover move my bedroom furniture to my unit after the delivery guy left it in the lobby. The unit is clean and secure, but Garys accommodating all of my deliveries is what has me sold. Cant say enough about how much I appreciate it.

Awsome place. Easy to get into and out of. They have carts so you dont have to break your back, loading and unloading. Customer service at the facility is also great. Very friendly and willing to work and interact with the customers. Great place!

Dont lease space from these losers. Expect a rate increase every 6 months. Inside of the facility is dirty and Ive seen many cockroaches. Front desk people are not friendly and will take advantage of you. Spaces are smaller than the quoted measurement.
