Great flavors and some very inventive combinations for their specialty sundaes and shakes. And try to make one of your visits on the weekend. They have some delicious bakery treats. We WILL be back!

It’s a good spot to grab ice cream. They also have self serve frozen yogurts with toppings. Also have dog treats and doughnuts.There was a decent ice cream selection. I personally would like to see unique flavors than the regular most popular ones.One thing to keep in mind is that dole whip ice cream is really a sorbet.

Horrible service...horrible atmosphere...help was either clueless or lazy or both and they werent even busy (which shoulda been a red flag).I apologize, I didnt mean to offend anyone...only meant as my on the spot customer reaction. I know team members come and go in this line of business and unfortunately we were there on one of less than better days. From your response here it sounds like you manage your shop for the better which I understand is a process.

Hands down my new Fav. place, for the most magnificent frozen strawberry lemonade 😋, regular frozen lemonade and all things cold and refreshing (of the ice cream variety)Plus now they have GIANT yummy cinnamon rolls,sticky buns & donuties😄Definitely a must stop in for a summer time treat!! Great service for the busy area. The rum raisin ice cream is a beach favorite. The Dole Whip flavors are delicious. Truthfully there is something for every person. Ice cream, shakes, pretzels, cinnamon rolls, cold and hot coffee, and even cold beer. The shop does get very busy on weekends and since its tourist season please come with patience. Id try the off times and days. Check out the photos on the walls. Super history stories.

Make it seem like they have dairy free ice cream but it is misleading.

This place is great. The tart frozen yogurt is so good that we have been five times during our vacation. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

This place is wonderful--and its not just the ice cream and froyo. On weekends, youll find fresh yeast donuts, cinnamon rolls, and the most divine pecan sticky buns Ive ever had. Add that to their excellent coffee and fresh baked bread, and theres not much more you could ask for. Theyre dog friendly, too, and have free samples of their home baked dog cookies. Amazing, friendly staff and delicious baked goods? Count me in, and Chelsea the Terrier gives it four paws up.

I took my daughter here and she really loved the sherbert and the little umbrella that came with it. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great customer experience!

Cute shop for ice cream, frozen yogurt, or coffee. We used to get the hot chocolate with the chocolate chip marshmallows and whipped cream. It was beautifully designed and very good. We visited recently and it was on the colder side. They didn’t have the chocolate chip marshmallows anymore and it was Swiss Miss with water material. We won’t be ordering that specific item again but they have a lot of different fresh topping for their froyo. I love the bright colors of the shops and ice cream options. They have seating inside and out front.

YUM! We love our trips downtown for FroYo at Island Time! Unlimited toppings and so many delicious flavors. Also, they have the most incredible doughnuts- omg!

Nothing but good experiences, its right downtown with so many shops and things to do before or after having a nice treat. My personal favorite was the banana pudding. The staff was super great as well!!!

Came here a few days ago and the place was packed! They were out of regular cookies and cream but the girl behind the counter had me try what she called “crazy” cookies and cream and my mind was blown! My boyfriend got the tropical dole whip and I got a scoop of the blue cookies and cream in a cup. Crazy they let you have two toppings no charge!

So good! Because of my condition I can only have dairy free ice cream. Their coconut non dairy was amazing!!

Better than Starbucks and better pricing too! Please note that they also make their own soft pretzels that are out of this world. And the froyo is not charged by weight, but by cup size. We have gone two days in a row - it does not disappoint!

Enjoyed the tiny frozen yogurt I purchased from this shop (For$4.50!) - but the gal at the counter acted as though she’d rather not be there - no smiles, no thank you, no positive interaction. For a tourist town that I am sure wants to convey hospitality - this shop needs to know the other shops around her shine and are pleasant and welcoming - food for thought!

I love all of the wonderful fruity flavors at the self serve machines. The perfect alternative to higher fat ice cream. I appreciate having the alternative without having to lose any of the taste.

Great little ice cream shop!! The quality and flavor selection of the ice cream was awesome...the customer service was good as well. It is downtown and the area is so cute!! They have indoor and outdoor patio seating which was nice. I will definitely be back!!

Simply taking a walk when we came across this ice cream shop. There are many flavors and toppings to choose from. Menus are clear and readable. Be sure to stop in on Wednesday for a flat rate of a little over 5 for whatever weight in frozen yogurt.

This place was great! We have a lactose allergy and more in our group. The woman was so nice and helped us sort all of that out. The kids loved the ice cream and all the treats they could pile on. I got a homemade brownie and it was delicious!! Very reasonably priced.

The Dole Whip is wonderful. Beautifully refreshing and tart, it is the perfect pineapple treat for a hot day. One cup is $5.35 after tax and is plenty for 2 to share.

Liked this cozy little place. Hard to find a parking spot though. Young kids work in there but they were really nice. It was the week of Halloween when we went and we ate the sugarfree yogurt every night.

Used to come here years ago when the yogurts were advertised as 100% natural. So was surprised on last visit to find all but vanilla (which they didnt have) have artificial flavor and/or colors. The taste of what they offer is very good, as are the toppings.

It was only my second time in the shop but I was pleasantly surprised at all the sweet offerings. Lots of ice cream flavors, frozen yogurt and toppings. My daughter got the cotton candy and I was surprised by how tasty it was. They also have Albanese gummies and unsweet tea. My favorite part though is the indoor seating on a hot day. Great way to cool off while shopping.

This rating is based on solely on smoothies only. I went there with my girlfriend and our daughter and we all got smoothies. We did not like them at all. We ended up throwing them away as we walked around downtown. They had an awful aftertaste and just didnt seem right, I really dont know how else to put it. I will however be back to try some icecream. The flavors sound so good and the vast amounts of toppings are awesome. The building itself is really nice and clean with a nice atmosphere and really friendly staff. I hope I can change my rating to a better rating after we try the icecream.
