Went in to return two Amazon purchases. I had both of the return barcodes ready in my phone and when I got to the counter, I wasn’t greeted with any hello, hi, what can I do for you… he just stared at me until I said “Hello, I have two returns”. I pulled up the first barcode and apparently my phone didn’t have great service in the store because it took around 30 seconds to load and the man helping me just stood there sighing, like I was wasting his time. 30 seconds! When both scans were completed all he said was “do you want a receipt?” Seems unnecessary to be so rude to a customer for absolutely no reason. Some customer service classes may do some good at this location.

You have heard of Jake from State farm, but Fenton UPS brings you the platinum version: Jake from UPS. I needed to leave to catch a flight at 12, and my printer broke at 11. Jake heard the bat signal of a graduate student in desperate need of aid, streamlined my order, and had me walking out the door at 12:01, printed textbook in hand. The efficiency and kindness of service was heroic. Move over state farm. UPS brings a new level of service.

I needed to ship a package, not realizing I needed to ship through another company. Nathan was very nice he helped me finish taping up and labeling my package. He let me know where to go to ship my package. He went above and beyond to help me, I appreciate the service I received. This is why I will always shop The UPS Store in Fenton!

Overpriced with no quality check. And not even an Im Sorry for their incompetence. I stopped in to have 7 pages scanned and emailed back to me. I was charged $9 for their service, including a $2 computer fee (whatever that is). I waited in the store to make sure the email came. And when I saw it come across, I left. And then forwarded the email to the company that needed the documents.Only in the morning did I find out that they never attached my scan. So, I was charged $9 for a blank email. I emailed them and they found my document and resent. But not even an apology. They just forwarded on the PDF with no text in the email and acted like nothing happened. Really? You fail to complete the task, charge me full price - and then when I point out I didnt receive the service for which I paid a high price, they cant even say sorry. This place is the definition of zero customer service.

Horrible experience! We will never go there again. Such a rip off. Completely unhelpful. They just wanted to sell us more items and packing materials at outrageous prices. We just wanted to send care packages to people who needed them. Zero help. Sad!

I have always appreciated the friendly service at the Fenton store, but it all took on a new meaning when I had to visit yesterday. The workers at the UPS Store greeted me like they always have and helped me get out of the store quickly. Kudos and thank you for being there.

Honestly Kathy you did not address your crazy prices. I got all the insurance I needed and the box packed for 50% less then you charged. Dont deflect; you are just not geared for sending packages for people who walk in. Sorry all your customers are not corporate or sending item back to amazon.$40.00 to pack a small package. Told me that I could buy the package bubbles in the store but could not wrap it there. Additionally told me the my box was used and would void any insurance I purchased thereby implying that if I did not allow them to pack the box I could not get meaningful insurance. Went to Goin Postal and the repacked and shipped the package for $30.00 total whereas the UPS Store was one $60.

I shipped a huge load of 15 boxes of framed photos from the UPS store. The staff did a great job of working through all the boxes and dimensions. Unfortunately, there was one error - but Kristin, the Owner of the franchise, quickly called me back and resolved it for no extra cost. Thank you Kristen!

I wanted some relatively small but important keepsakes laminated and thought the UPS store would be reasonable and quick. I have Print Shop experience from college and I think I’m pretty familiar with how laminators work. I was charged by the square foot and instead of utilizing the small size (2x3 inch prints) of my items and fitting them accordingly to give me a fair price they used more than enough space and wasted a ton of plastic. Then they overcharged me for their negligence and wastefulness. On top of it all they told me it’d take 2 hours and would call me but after 3 hours I finally just stopped back in. It seems as though they aren’t interested in giving people fair/quality business unless you’re as important as The Laundry.

Kathy/Cathy (Sorry dont know how you spell it) was an absolute lifesaver today. After spending an hour at the Flint UPS store on Friday trying to ship out a DHL shipment, it ended up coming back to work with me. This morning I decided to go to the Fenton UPS store in hope that they could do what I was told could not be done at the Flint store. And Boom! They did! Kathy took her time, verified the information was correct, and made sure I left there a happy customer. If I ever need to use a UPS store again, I will definitely come back to this one.Thank you again, Kathy.

I’ve spent quite a bit at this establishment over the years, but it frankly takes this one bad experience to turn me away. I purchased an (important and time sensitive) item from an online establishment, and wished to have the item held at the UPS Store (as I have many times in the past). I called and notified them of this, to which they said it would be held. Instead, the package showed up and they turned it away “addressee unknown” and the item was to be returned to sender across the country. Luckily, I sped up to the Post Office (quite literally a minute from close) and USPS told me they’d hold it.... which I sure hope they will. If I’m out even more in shipping because someone at the UPS Store failed to do their job they will definitely hear about it.... I am taking my extensive business elsewhere, unless this can be remedied.

Went in to fax 1 sheet of paper It ended up costing me $4.50 ! The girl with the attitude charged me $3.00 to witness my signature and verify it? What ever happened to verifying and looking at your drivers license? She had an attitude from the moment I walked in. So sorry you had to be to work by 10 a.m. Sweetheart! I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a customer of the UPS Store as long as Ive lived here, which is 15 years. The staff is well-trained to help people, in a fast, efficient way.Owner Les Beare has remodeled the store since fall, and its now even more convenient. I get color printing done while I wait and they make great banners, too.I havent been in the local Post Office in almost a year. I do all my mailing online or at the UPS Store.

Do not go here if you value what you are shipping! This store took a package from my mother valued at around $700, did not verify the shipping address with her, and now claim that they have no idea what happened to the package and have no record of it on file. Even worse, the manager is unwilling to look further into the matter, refuses to take any responsibility for losing the package, and is unwilling to reimburse us for any of the cost! Seeing as there is no record of it, the package could have been stolen for all I know. This is not a trustworthy place. If you are shipping a package cross-country I would recommend using Fedex or USPS instead.

Watch your account!! This store now under new owners. My first time in and they double charged my account. After a week of back and forth, the owner claimed that they only charged me once and that is was my banks error. My bank verified the TWO SEPARATE TRANSACTION numbers showing that the store indeed charged me twice. Apparently, this is the new form of fraud and the bank has reported them to the fraud department and they will be investigated.

I understand charging $1.25 for sending a fax if it is one sheet, but charging $6.25 for sending 5 sheets is a little extreme. How about $1.25 for one sheet, and then a discount for multiple sheets?
